Hilton Garden Inn Hotels in Tianjin

It was my first time choosing this hotel. The room facilities were worthy of the price. The room faced west and had a view of the Tianta Tower. However, the room was sometimes hot and sometimes cold in the hot and cold seasons. The hotel provided a cooling and heating fan, which was good. After reporting it to the front desk, they handled it as soon as possible and sent a thin quilt cover to my husband because we really didn't have a thin quilt. I can understand it. In short, it was the same at home during this season. Xiao Sun at the front desk and the first deputy manager Wang were thoughtful and efficient in solving problems. Thank you for your hard work!

Staying at this hotel was brilliant. I was traveling alone and check in was great and the living experience was next to none. I’ll definitely come here again.

It is a wonderful place, very well located. The reception desk staff are very helpful. The breakfast is super, especially impressed that the chef was around almost everyday of my stay at the breakfast area, and guided me well on the vegetarian options. The gym is very conveniently attached the laundry, and you can get your clothes washed will doing the Laundry. On the flip side, take note that the lift from the lobby takes you to the second floor and then you need to change the lifts again to the main rooms. The rooms are all well kept and neat.
