The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with meal deliveries or arranging taxis. They were very professional, and communication was smooth, which made the experience even better. The breakfast buffet was impressive, offering a variety of fresh salads, bread, and egg dishes, all served in a relaxed and welcoming dining space. It was our first time in Tianjin. We found a pet-friendly hotel. We stayed there for 3 nights. We were 100% worried when we came. Before we arrived in Tianjin, Miss Chen Mengna had already sent us the location, precautions, and hotel information. The nearby specialties, the pet room is really great after arriving at the hotel, and it has prepared bowls for eating and drinking, diaper pads, wet wipes, a small sofa, toys, etc. for the fur kids. The fur kids can sleep peacefully and happily during the 4 days here. The hotel has automatic washing machines and dryers, and there is also free underground parking.

The hotel's location may not be ideal for those primarily interested in visiting Tianjin, but it is conveniently situated near the South Station. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and there is a shopping center with numerous restaurants nearby. As is typical of most hotels in China, the breakfast is of good quality, but it is advisable to arrive early to avoid missing out on the best selection. After an hour or so, most of the breakfast options are consumed, and it may be preferable to have breakfast at a nearby cafe.
