Temperature very uncomfortable inside the building. Unable to adjust room temperature with the indoor thermostat. Complained to the reception but couldn’t be sorted. It appears the room thermostat are just there for decoration as individual room temperatures cannot be adjusted. Guests have to make do with the central building temperature setting throughout their stay. Had a miserable 7 days with no option of making my room temperature cooler to sleep well. At the end, the hotel had to provide a standing fan in my room throughout my stay.

The dressing table is dim and the wall lamp cannot be turned on Administrative courtesy: There are afternoon tea and happy hour. Whether it is breakfast or afternoon tea, it is quite average. When checking in, the front desk told us that there are executive courtesy, but the room card cannot be swiped to the 11th floor. I asked a staff member who might be an intern on the first floor, and he said bluntly: Oh, then you don’t have this authority. 🙂 Then we found the front desk staff and said to take us to swipe the card.
