I finally understood what ”lying down to win” means - open the curtains in the morning, the Century Clock waves to you in the morning mist; lie on the windowsill at night, and the light show of Jinwan Square is your exclusive curtain. This hotel embedded in the traffic artery proves with textbook-level site selection: location is indeed the ultimate secret of the hotel industry. Facilities: Practical The moment you open the door, the 36㎡ space is very much like Tianjin's temperament: no fancy shelves, focus on real life. The ultra-wide windowsill is very wide, and the pancakes packed from the northwest corner are placed on it, which is a breakfast bar with Haihe River view. No wardrobe? The minimalist system composed of luggage rack + wall hooks has cured my storage anxiety. The water heater in the bathroom is a hidden BOSS, which can continuously output hot water for 40 minutes without taking a breath, which is better than some five-star hotels. I arrived before 10am and was received by 2 friendly staff (forgotten to ask for their names). The room was ready and check in immediately. Room - clean and spacious, beautiful view of sunrise. Location - just beside Tianjin railway and MRT station (walk to North Square and exit 6). Very near to tourists attractions. There are many eating places around the location. Will recommend to my friends and definitely stay here if I am in Tianjin again.

The apartment is located on level 4, no lift, is walking up, so if you have big luggage,or elderly people, you need to consider. Location is very good, within the Tianjin high speed train station and also metro station. However, it's a long walk into the metro station, because the metro station is super big. If you exit from metro and high-speed train, sure you walk into the direction of South Square only, that's is the only access for and go to the accomodation, or you will lost. Its near by the popular tourist places of Haihe river, the century clock, jiefang Bridge and opposite is Jinwa plaza. The room is nice, I like it. The staff will not help you with the lugages matters, and the directions is not clear for foreigner.

The room is clean, tidy, spacious and bright. The location is very good. It is located in Jinwan Square of Tianjin Station, close to Century Clock Square, Jiefang Bridge and Tianjin Station Pier, and convenient for travel.

The best hotel! It’s located literally just next to the metro station and jin wan plaza, room and bathroom were spacious, staffs were friendly. Added 99yuan for two person for two days breakfast, breakfast was good too. There’s Mcd subway 7 eleven nearby and few more restaurants, also there’s food stalls alongside the river during night. Will definitely return for Ibis if I’m in Tianjin!

Location location location. About 10 min walking distance from the Tianjin train station, a couple of min walking from Jingwan subway station, and right next to an old financial district with some European flavored and charming street. Plenty of food choices right around the corner so we didn’t choose hotel breakfast. Rooms are very clean and reasonable sized, plus a super friendly staff. Although the hotel is smoke free, we did smell a bit smoke in the room, which the staff explained possibly due to previous guests ignoring the hotel policy. For the second night, we requested a different room and was granted with no question at all. Although close to the river, the building is blocked by others, and so with no view. Overall, highly recommended.

I was very satisfied. It is very close to the Italian Style Street and Zhongshuge, and you can walk there. The room is quiet and the facilities are clean. The shower and toilet are separated. The mirror is smart and has a light, so the makeup is very clear. There are also Da Tianjin's pancakes for breakfast, and the wontons are also delicious. Finally, there is a little episode. I lost something in the scattered four rooms. The service staff found it and called immediately. Good, good, good

Service is excellent. Arrived early at 12pm, and receptionist checked and told room undergoing inspection and ready soon. I have 2 separate reservations on the same room type, due to flight changes, and they are able to put me in the same room, and not require a room change in between. Room is clean and tidy upon check-in. They also provide kid's slippers, but you need to ask them for it. Only note is that there is no room safe. Breakfast is good and changed daily. Location is close to Tianjin train station and a MTR station, with 5 minutes walk. You have to walk slightly further to shopping malls further, but is no issue. Also walkable to Italy square ~ 10 mins walk. They also have a 7-11 store downstairs where you can pick up essential items. Also have a DIY washing/drying machine for your clothing, if you need it.

Highly recommended for anyone seeking a quality stay with great service and amenities.
