The hotel was average.My safety deposit box in the room did not work and a young blonde girl at the bar became annoyed at me when I complained that I had been sitting there waiting for a beer for 15 minutes,in the meantime she was faffing away on the computer and making small talk with guests.

After check in, with room still to prepare, we returned to the hotel at 1.30. The room was not yet prepared. The receptionist, rude, boastful, arrogant and sloppy, threw the sheets in our hands, saying that it was not his job to solve the problem and that we should prepare the beds ourselves. Another 10 minutes to get towels. We were offered breakfast by the morning receptionist.

The room is good size and FREE parking , can easily walk to the city centre and good if you are going to see concert there ( pop podium 013 ) about a 20 minutes walk to the centre and 013 .

They tried to charge me a late checkout fee of 30 Euro for being there 1 extra hour after I was feeling really sick during my last night. This had never been a big deal anywhere else. After Awakenings festival there was almost nobody there anyway. Ridiculous! Also the property needs to do some renovation, some stuff is pretty outdated.

Entree was oké.....Bed was prima zo lekker groot. De kamer was schoon. Het ontbijt kon iets beter miste gewoon iets lekkers . Verders alles prima verlopen . Personeel was wel prima ....moet wennen aan Engelstalig personeel

Aly over having travelled from Channel Tunnel on the way to efteling.
Hotel was easy to find with a clean and pleasant reception.
Receptionist was professional and friendly.
Rooms were clean and comfortable.
