The hotel is located right in the heart of Ginza. Super convenient location to all the shopping and restaurants. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The rooms are tastefully designed and exudes understated luxury and is mininalistic. Very spacious and well laid out. Really enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel.

I stayed at the Ginza Edition Hotel during my trip to Tokyo, and was really amazed by its service! From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me warmly, and the concierge was waiting at the door, quickly helping me with my luggage, which was very considerate. When checking in, I was able to sit comfortably on the sofa and choose a drink, and then someone led me to the room and explained every detail in detail. During my stay, whether I asked about nearby good places to go or needed additional items, the staff responded quickly, responded to my requests, and were always friendly and polite. When it came to check-out, the process was smooth and efficient, and they would also ask about my stay.
