A nice part of Shinjuku area.. part of the quiet neighbourhood, the metro station is only 10 minutes away.. overall a nice hotel without the frills.

The rooms are clean, Pola shampoo is very good, next time I will go again.

Central location easy access to trains, room was very clean plenty amenities available at reception. Fresh bottled water & towels every day. Really enjoyed our stay

New business hotel . Quite surrounding environment . There are many store and restaurants very easy access for shopping and eating.

location is ok, not so far from Akebonobashi station, just need to carry heavy luggage go up stairs (from station), staffs is nice but limited English capability, breakfast is the same menu everyday, nice on the first day.

Overall of the stay was good. Good value for money. Breakfast was good but the food was extactly same every day during our stay (7 days).

Recommended due to the location, of course, as per being Japan, expect the room to be tiny.

Was along a small alley. Convenient as two convenience stores downstairs. Subway was about 7min walk away if you include the stairs. Not the most convenient station as it is not an interchange. Service staff was curt during check in and out. But honestly it’s a business hotel so not expecting much. For the price paid pretty worth it.

Very conveniently located nearby the subway started Akebonobashi (green line) which is just 15-30 mins distance from Shibuya, Tokyo Station, Akihabara Electric Town, Take****a street, Asakusa, etc. just bringn your own water as they can provide tap water or bottled water if you forfeit room service!

Not the best but good enough for a night's sleep. Service was good. No issues with anything. Convenience stores like Lawson and 7 eleven nearby. Great 24-hour counter service

Room space is just nice for one person with 2 luggage. Location wise, is very near Akebonobashi. Is suitable if you are looking for just a place to sleep. Not much facilities. Overall! Is good!! Recommended for solo traveller! And a plus point is that they help to keep your online orders but do contact them first
