Our room was small but enough to rest and take a bath or bath tub. The location was nice and close to the Kanda Station, from there you can go anywhere. The employers very nice and attentive. For me the breakfast is the most important meal and I expected more. (ceresl, milk, apple juice, coffee,and croissant if you are lucky) But over all, I liked.

Location is prime! 5 mins walk to Kanda Station. Best part, free wine, takoyakis, coffee and teas!!!
But do remember to put your “do not disturb” sign else they will clean your room. I had a bad experience of them cleaning my room and left my pyjamas on the floor!!! But the staff gave us free laundry service to clean our clothes subsequently.

Staff were very helpful and courteous. Just 5 minutes’ walk from Kanda JR Station. However, the the drainage problem of washing basin was not solved during our 4 night stay after raising the complaint. We made use of the bath tub instead

Good price and clean room. Room was quite small but ok to stay. Cleaning service only while l available 2 times in a week (Mon and Thu).
