The location is the main draw, for it is near many stations on different lines, and is easy to get to. (About 4 min walk from nearest station). A plus if you enjoy specialty coffee and bar. Facilities are clean and rooms are relatively big for Tokyo! Toilets are clean and well maintained.

Overall, it was a very satisfactory stay!
I highly recommend it if you want to reduce travel expenses but don't want to give up cleanliness and convenience, and don't mind using a shared shower room and toilet.
The rooms, shared shower rooms, and toilets are all kept clean and the staff are friendly.
In the case of double rooms, there is a sink in the room, and towels are changed daily upon request, making it convenient to use.
It was nice that you could leave your suitcase after checking out, and you could also rent equipment such as adapters and humidifiers.
There are convenience stores such as Lawson and 7-Eleven nearby, so it's good to pick up snacks on the way home.
If I had to point out a drawback, I think it would be that there aren't many bars nearby that stay open late.

When you first arrive and check in, the owner greets you very kindly. Next time, I want to stay a little longer and use the cafe and lounge on the first floor of the accommodation :)
