Check-in was from 3pm, but I arrived 30 minutes early and when I checked with the staff, a young female staff member, who was doing something without looking at me, told me it would start from 3pm. Of course, I had no complaints about that, but when I returned after killing about 10 minutes at a convenience store, I saw that check-in had started at around 2:45pm, and I felt that I had been treated carelessly in my earlier conversation with the staff member.

Great, albeit a little small, hotel in the convenient and nice location of Roppongi Hills. The hotel is on a quieter side street but right of the main road so was actually nice to be quieter but also right where the activity is. Subway stations located around and good food options. Room itself was a little small, but honestly it is what it is. Hotels will be on the expensive and smaller side, just like New York. Bathroom and shower were clean and modern. Bed was comfortable, AC worked, and desk was perfect to work from for a few days. Would look into coming back again next time in the area/doing business.

Hotel that is close to Roppongi station and has plenty of places to eat nearby. Plenty of amnesties and room is very clean & well maintained. It is however in Roppongi and there is plenty of night life which will result in it being a bit noisy and you may hear it from your room. Bring earplugs to help in this

Not too bad! The massage chair is as a little odd, but still enjoyed it. They did move my room when I asked. It was small, but doable. I slept well each night. Very accommodating staff. The room was a little stuffy with not ability to open a window. English TV and so much signage as well. Perfect for one person.

Overall, the hotel is great—excellent room and location—but the cleanliness was horrible. Every corner of the room, behind the TV, the upper shelves, and under the sofa chair and table were ALL covered in dust. After I put my luggage on the rack, it was also covered in dust. We had the cleaning lady come to our room every day, but it didn’t help. She was very nice, but the cleaning was just………. I feel like the hotel doesn’t own a vacuum. The picture shows just one small area near the sofa chair; I can’t take more pictures because it’s just disgusting. We tried to clean a little by ourselves and avoided looking at the corners. 😫😫😫😫

I stayed here for five days and was generally satisfied. The most satisfying thing is that the location is very convenient and quiet. There are convenience stores at subway stations and bus stops. There is a large supermarket within an extra seven or eight minutes of walking. What I am not very satisfied with is that even if I ask for cleaning, it is only extremely clean. In eco mode, I can't fold quilts or vacuum (it's obvious that potato chip crumbs were not cleaned up when they fell on the floor. I only refolded quilts one day after staying for five days). There are too many left next to the trash can. Completely ignore the garbage and just clean the hotel's trash cans.

Location is great, approx. 400 m from Roppongi metro station. Lots of eateries in this neighborhood within walking distance. Room is great, as we have twin and the size of a similar room is large compared to a typical hotel room in Tokyo. Free coffee and tea served all day. Shower is powerful. Breakfast is ok for western, and Thai breakfast is served.

금연싱글 예약했는데 더블룸으로 배정해주었는지 침대가 더블 사이즈고 어매니티 등이 2개씩 놓여있었어요. 청소상태는 괜찮았고 15층 중 14층이라 창밖이 답답하지 않았으면 도쿄타워오 모리타워가 보이는 뷰였습니다. 일본 비즈니스호텔 방 사이즈는 비슷비슷한 편이라 작았고 욕실은 더 작아시고 욕조는 다리를 펼 수 없을 길이였어요. 생수 2병이 제공되고 칫솔,치약 등 어매니티가 방에 놓여 있으며 클렌징폼 화장수 같은 용품은 제공되지 않습니다. 세면대 수전이 물양을 적게 맞추면 나온 물양만큼 나오고 나서 멈추고 많게 맞추면 너무 세게 나와서 사용이 편하지 않았어요. 수하물 맡기는 방식도 QR코드로 접속한 사이트에서 내용 작성 후 생성된 QR코드로 찾는 식이라 시스템화 된 느낌이었어요. 전체적으로 좋은 위치에 가성비 좋은 호텔이었어요.

A beautiful hotel! We got the renovated room and it was just beautiful. Love the separate toilet and modern touches. Though the space was small it had everything that we needed, and anything additional that was needed was available in the lobby. Only complaint is the bed is so firm! This may be how beds are in Japan, but it was definitely not something we were used to and we were not very comfortable sleeping.
