Guest User5 minutes from the station? There is a Z subway, and if you walk about 10 minutes, there is an A-line subway. There is a 24-hour mart right next to the mart, and there are convenience stores nearby.
There is also a T-cat bus terminal that goes round to Narita Airport!!
The location and accessibility are great.
Tokyo is great for going around tourist spots just by taking the subway.
The accommodation changed the towels every day and cleaned the room once during the 4 nights.
They also provided 2 bottles of water every day.
The amenities are very diverse and the best!
The accommodation is very clean, spacious and nice!
The water pressure in the bathroom is also the best!!

Guest UserExtremely satisfied. The service was excellent, and the attention to detail was impressive. The bathroom had a drying function, and the toilet had an automatic deodorizer, so there was no odor whatsoever. The location is very convenient, with three metro stations nearby. The hotel primarily hosts Western guests, and most of the staff speak English, so even if your English isn't great, you can still get by with gestures. The restaurant is small but open all day, offering a comfortable place to relax with free coffee, hot water, and nuts. It's also exceptionally quiet. The only minor issue was that the curtains weren't blackout enough, so the room got bright around 4:30 AM.

Guest UserI saw a lot of reviews before booking and was hesitant, but after actually staying, I can confidently tell everyone to go for it! 1. The room offers great value for money; the bed is large and very comfortable, and there's a small sofa, making the design practical. 2. I have to praise the bathroom; it's really spacious and I absolutely love the layout. 3. Transportation is also convenient; the nearest Hibiya Line is only about a 5-minute walk away and goes directly to Ginza. Of course, there are some minor downsides; many hotel lobbies offer simple refreshments, but this one has nothing. However, overall it was excellent, and contrary to what many previous reviews said about a strange smell, I experienced absolutely none during my stay – it was very clean.

Guest UserThe hotel was very clean, located in a very convenient place -- close to everywhere. From Nagoya airport, there was a direct train to the Nihombashi station, so we didn't have to transfer to any other train lines. Gym/common room/room condition were all superb. I highly recommend this hotel!

Excellent location and perfect sleep quality!
After exiting Yaesu Underground Shopping Mall Exit 22, take the first alley, and you'll spot the hotel. The ground floor is where you catch the elevator, and the reception desk for check-in is on the second floor. The second floor also features a public area with complimentary tea and coffee. It's worth noting that both the front desk staff and housekeepers I encountered this time could communicate in Chinese, making their service incredibly friendly and reassuring!
Room comfort completely exceeded my expectations! The soundproofing is excellent; I wasn't disturbed by any noise these past few days. The pillow was very supportive and comfortable, and the air conditioning didn't blow directly onto the bed, so I slept wonderfully every night. There are charging ports by the bed, and you can even set your own wake-up call from the phone, which is very convenient.
Two bottles of water are replenished daily in the room. The bathroom has excellent water pressure, making showers very pleasant, and the shampoo and shower gel provided by the hotel are also quite good. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with my stay and would definitely want to visit again!

It was my second time staying in this hostel in about 8 years and it is still the most comfortable sleep I've had in a dormitory bunk (I even overslept a couple of times) in Tokyo. The toilets and shower areas are the most spacious as well. The location is great as it is near multiple metro stations as well as JR Bakurocho station which allowed me to utilise my Tokyo metro pass and JR pass without issues. The service staff are excellent as well. The storage lockers were a little small but sufficient for usage.

Pros:
1. Right across from the hotel is Torikizoku, open until 4:30 AM. This was a lifesaver for us after our flight was delayed and we arrived in the middle of the night.
2. The next day, getting a taxi to Tokyo Station was incredibly convenient, taking only 5 minutes.
3. The front desk staff were very professional. When we arrived close to midnight, the elderly gentleman on duty was still meticulously attentive. The two young men at the front desk the next day during checkout were also very enthusiastic and even helped us call a taxi.
The only slight drawback was the air conditioning. There were two adults and two children, and one child slept on the top bunk. They woke up in the middle of the night feeling hot and stuffy in their chest. We didn't know why at the time, but realized the next day it was likely due to the hot air from the AC rising. I suggest putting a small note in the room with tips for those sleeping on the top bunk regarding AC usage.

Guest UserThe room had everything I needed. And the bed was comfortable. The hotel has a laundry area, so I was able to wash and dry clothes. There was also a microwave in the lounge room, which came in handy on days I didn’t want to eat out.
There are a few convenience stores close by, with a 7-eleven next door.
It was really easy to walk to the metro lines and Kanda station was well linked to the rest of the city.
The area was quiet at night, which I liked after a busy day.

ひとり遊ぶThe dorm room was very quiet, and the futon was so fluffy and comfortable that I slept really well. Since I was on the bottom bunk, the light peeking through the gap above the curtain bothered me a bit, but once I put on a hot eye mask, I had no trouble sleeping. I'd read reviews saying the hairdryer was weak, but it seems they've replaced it, as it was powerful and dried my hair quickly. If you're someone who doesn't fuss over minor details and just wants a safe, comfortable place to sleep, this is for you! The location is great, and I think it offers excellent value for money.

Guest UserI stayed for one night as I had business in Tokyo for just one day. The initial online registration was a bit complicated, but checking in upon arrival and checking out online were both very easy. The room was clean and well-equipped with amenities, making for a comfortable stay. If you encounter any issues with online check-in, the hotel staff are very helpful over the phone, so if you're unsure if you're registered, it might be a good idea to confirm before your stay. For a short overnight stay in Tokyo, I think this place offers great value for money and a convenient location!
