Great. Large space. Cheap. Various pictures and logos. Comfortable mattress. Check out at 12 noon. The most comfortable room I stayed in in Japan.

We stayed here for six nights as a group of three and were very happy with our stay overall. The room was surprisingly spacious, with three comfortable full-size beds, an armchair, and enough space to keep our suitcases open without feeling cramped. The bathroom was also much larger than expected, with a separate lockable toilet and a separate shower area, which was very convenient for three people. The hotel was clean and well maintained overall. The only cleanliness issue we noticed was that the bathroom ventilation vent was quite dusty. Towels were replaced every day, and the room was cleaned once during our stay. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We also appreciated the wide range of complimentary amenities, including toothbrushes, coffee, and facial masks. One feature we especially liked was the laundry room—you could check the availability of the washing machines from the TV in the room, which made planning laundry much easier. The hotel also offered a convenient luggage forwarding service, which is a great option if you’re traveling between cities in Japan. We had breakfast at the hotel every morning. It offered a good selection of both Japanese and Western dishes, and everything was fresh and tasty. The only downside was that the menu stayed the same every day, so after several mornings we would have appreciated a bit more variety. There were convenience stores nearby along with a few small local restaurants, but not many cafés in the immediate area. The neighborhood itself was very quiet, clean, and felt safe. The only real downside was the location. While the area was pleasant, the hotel was a bit farther from the nearest metro stations than we would have liked, so getting around Tokyo sometimes took a little longer. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and spacious place to stay in a peaceful neighborhood.

An excellent hotel, highly recommended to anyone visiting Tokyo. First, the location is superb. Just a minute or two walk to the left brings you to Nihonbashi Station, which offers direct Keikyu Line access to Haneda Airport. To the right, you'll find an entrance to Kayabacho Station just a short walk away. Second, breakfast. They offer two consistent options daily: American and Japanese. The portions are quite generous, and you can also order from their regular menu, with prices similar to the breakfast. Third, our room faced the police station, which was quite quiet. We'd occasionally hear the sound of cars speeding by. Fourth, the bathroom was very clean, especially the toilet. No yellow stains at all. It was a Toto Neorest, and whether it's due to good ventilation or the toilet's powerful deodorizing function, there was absolutely no odor, meeting a 5-star standard. Fifth, for those like me who need laundry services, no worries! There's a laundromat about 200 meters away. It takes less than an hour for washing and drying, which can be done during breakfast time – super convenient. Just Google 'laundry' and it'll pop up. Sixth, toiletries. The toothbrush and toothpaste weren't great. The toothbrush handle was made of two pieces of cardboard glued together and broke after one use. The toothpaste made my teeth hurt; I suspect it contained xylitol. I ended up buying emergency toothpaste from a nearby drugstore. Oh, and speaking of drugstores, there are tons nearby! Also, the unagi (eel) rice bowl place with the long queue near Takashimaya is incredibly delicious. And you can browse Meidi-ya for some good quality and affordable snacks.

The hotel boasts an excellent location near Tokyo Station, specifically the Yaesu exit. You can navigate through the underground mall, take an elevator to ground level, and once outside, look for a cafe called Tsubakiya Coffee. The hotel is located on a small street right next to this cafe. The room itself is quite small; there's barely enough space to open two suitcases. However, it's clean and tidy, equipped with a bathtub, shower, refrigerator, and an electric kettle. Our room had a window, but there was no view – just a very close-up wall of the adjacent building. The air conditioning unit seemed a bit old, as even on the lowest setting, it made a noticeable sound. The staff were very friendly. Toiletries like facial cleanser and lotion are available for guests to pick up at the front desk. During non-breakfast hours, guests can also enjoy complimentary coffee and tea. Additionally, hotels in Tokyo charge a consumption tax per person, with the exact amount calculated based on the nightly room rate. Ctrip does mention this, and the front desk will collect it. For our stay of 4 people across 2 rooms for 1 night, we paid 400 JPY.

It was my second time staying in this hostel in about 8 years and it is still the most comfortable sleep I've had in a dormitory bunk (I even overslept a couple of times) in Tokyo. The toilets and shower areas are the most spacious as well. The location is great as it is near multiple metro stations as well as JR Bakurocho station which allowed me to utilise my Tokyo metro pass and JR pass without issues. The service staff are excellent as well. The storage lockers were a little small but sufficient for usage.

All the staff who I interacted with before i arrived (via emails) and throughout my stay are all very friendly and helpful. Room is clean; Shampoo, conditioner and showers gel are provided in the room. Other items such as toothbrush and toothpaste, have to be requested at the front counter. Daily basic cleaning which involves emptying bins, changing of towels. On the 3rd day, they will arrange your beds. Location is at the quiet side of Tokyo, 5 mins walk from Hatchobori and Kayabacho station respectively. You can see a few lawson, 7-11 and family mart; Tomad and Sugi pharmacy and small restaurants along the way from the train stations to the hotel. Mimaru tokyo station east which is along the road, is maybe 2 mins walk from here. Mimaru also has their own luggage delivery service. Recommend to stay here if you prefer a quieter area and nearer to Tokyo disneyland

The room had everything I needed. And the bed was comfortable. The hotel has a laundry area, so I was able to wash and dry clothes. There was also a microwave in the lounge room, which came in handy on days I didn’t want to eat out. There are a few convenience stores close by, with a 7-eleven next door. It was really easy to walk to the metro lines and Kanda station was well linked to the rest of the city. The area was quiet at night, which I liked after a busy day.

I didn't have high expectations and only booked this place to save money. On the way from the airport, I was already regretting my decision knowing how picky I am about where I sleep. I even told myself that if I didn't like it, I'd book a hotel for the next night, but it completely exceeded my expectations. The beds were actually more comfortable than those at a famous capsule hotel chain I tried one night just for the experience. It was incredibly quiet at night and the space for opening luggage wasn't nearly as cramped as some reviews made it sound, for me with my carry-on was perfect. I read other reviews, so I brought my own disposable travel towel. I also liked that the showers were spacious and had shelves where you could put all your toiletries. Overall, the place exceeded my expectations.

I stayed for one night as I had business in Tokyo for just one day. The initial online registration was a bit complicated, but checking in upon arrival and checking out online were both very easy. The room was clean and well-equipped with amenities, making for a comfortable stay. If you encounter any issues with online check-in, the hotel staff are very helpful over the phone, so if you're unsure if you're registered, it might be a good idea to confirm before your stay. For a short overnight stay in Tokyo, I think this place offers great value for money and a convenient location!
