The hotel isn't on a main road, so it's relatively quiet. It's an acceptable walk to Tokyo Station, and there are a few other hotels nearby. The room was very clean, and the 1.8-meter bed felt spacious enough. They provided Sekkisei skincare and cleansing products, which was a nice touch for anyone who forgot their makeup remover. However, the room size is genuinely small. There's no chair, and the desk is a folding one. What was really inconvenient was the lack of bedside tables or any extra storage space. We had two bags, and one had to stay on the floor, making overall storage difficult. Additionally, the front desk staff were quite indifferent, making the check-in experience less than ideal. If you're only staying for one night, don't have much luggage, and don't expect much in terms of service, it's manageable.

Hotel location was super convenient, short walk to Tokyo Station, Nihonbashi Station and Airport Limousine stop. Rooms very clean, tho a little small, barely had enough free space to open 2 large luggages without blocking the way.

The facilities are new, and the front desk staff are very friendly. However, the location is a bit out of the way, nestled in a residential area. It's about a 10-minute walk from the station. There's a 7-Eleven nearby and plenty of restaurants. One issue is that it's right in front of the Shuto Expressway, and sometimes when you're just about to sleep late at night, it sounds like a real-life Wangan Midnight Club out there...

The location is excellent, with easy walking access to the subway station. There are convenience stores and restaurants nearby, making it very convenient for dining out and shopping. Although the room isn't huge, it's very clean, the bed is comfortable, and the soundproofing is good. The staff are friendly, and both check-in and check-out processes were smooth. The facilities, including a washing machine and microwave, are comprehensive, making it very suitable for longer stays. Overall, it offers great value for money. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Tokyo, and I highly recommend it for both tourists and business travelers. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The hotel is quite a bit of walk (10+ mins) from the Tokyo Station central exit. But located very close to the Kyobashi Subway and also close to all sorts of restaurants, malls etc. Rooms are squeaky clean, have all amenities though squeezed into a very small space. We couldn’t manage to open 2 medium sized suitcases in the room. The room is 23m square but half the room is occupied by the bathroom! There is a separate bath tub and a floor shower which eats up half of the room. Space utilisation is not great for a room of that size in Tokyo. Had the bathroom been better thought out, it would have easily allowed for more space for luggage and maybe even, more storage! That said, they had some nice free drip coffee at the hotel lobby. The room has an electric kettle to make coffee or tea which is really nice. The room also has a really nice massage chair that can be relaxing after a hectic day out in Tokyo. They allow complimentary luggage stowage post checkout which can be very helpful. There is also a 7-11 store just a few meters away which is great. Staff are really nice too.

This hotel is located in Tokyo's CBD office district and is half the price of the Palace Hotel and Marunouchi Hotel. It offers excellent value for money and is very convenient for getting around. It's a 10-minute walk from my Tokyo office and a 3-minute walk from Otemachi subway station. The hotel is popular with business travelers from abroad and families on vacation. Across the street, there's a 7-Eleven and a Whole Foods, as well as a few Chinese restaurants and ramen shops. The rooms are small, but that's typical for hotels in Japan. There's no desk, which can be a bit inconvenient if you need to work on a laptop. There are very few power outlets in the room – I only found one next to the floor lamp and one in the bathroom. However, there's a USB port by the bed. Breakfast is served in the downstairs cafe from 6:30 AM to 10 AM for 1580 yen per person. From 3 PM to 10 PM, there's a complimentary self-service coffee and tea station with cookies and snacks. Toiletries can be picked up near the elevators. If you need facial cleanser or cream, you can ask the front desk staff for women's amenities. The front desk service is excellent, though communicating in English with the Japanese staff can be a bit challenging.

Location: Right by the subway station, not far from Ginza or Shinjuku. Facilities: Exceeded expectations! The room wasn't as small as I thought, and coming back to a bath and a cold beer after a long day of walking was just perfect. Service: Good. Communication with the front desk was smooth. Highlights: There's a FamilyMart downstairs and a Lawson within a two-minute walk. Plus, there's a great coffee shop just around the corner.

It was clean and had everything that needed facilities. The reception at the front desk was also polite and I liked it. The reduction point is the adjustment of the amount of water in the bath. I had a hard time getting a small amount.

Aside from the small room size, everything else was great. It was pretty quiet, about a 10-minute walk from Ningyocho subway station. The whole neighborhood is generally peaceful with fewer people. There's a local shrine nearby that's popular for people seeking good fortune. I didn't get the hotel breakfast, but it looked like a lot of people were eating it. You can pick up toiletries yourself in the lobby, and they're all DHC brand, so the hotel pays attention to detail. It was spotlessly clean, though that's pretty standard for Japanese hotels.

Excellent location and perfect sleep quality! After exiting Yaesu Underground Shopping Mall Exit 22, take the first alley, and you'll spot the hotel. The ground floor is where you catch the elevator, and the reception desk for check-in is on the second floor. The second floor also features a public area with complimentary tea and coffee. It's worth noting that both the front desk staff and housekeepers I encountered this time could communicate in Chinese, making their service incredibly friendly and reassuring! Room comfort completely exceeded my expectations! The soundproofing is excellent; I wasn't disturbed by any noise these past few days. The pillow was very supportive and comfortable, and the air conditioning didn't blow directly onto the bed, so I slept wonderfully every night. There are charging ports by the bed, and you can even set your own wake-up call from the phone, which is very convenient. Two bottles of water are replenished daily in the room. The bathroom has excellent water pressure, making showers very pleasant, and the shampoo and shower gel provided by the hotel are also quite good. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with my stay and would definitely want to visit again!

5 minutes from the station? There is a Z subway, and if you walk about 10 minutes, there is an A-line subway. There is a 24-hour mart right next to the mart, and there are convenience stores nearby. There is also a T-cat bus terminal that goes round to Narita Airport!! The location and accessibility are great. Tokyo is great for going around tourist spots just by taking the subway. The accommodation changed the towels every day and cleaned the room once during the 4 nights. They also provided 2 bottles of water every day. The amenities are very diverse and the best! The accommodation is very clean, spacious and nice! The water pressure in the bathroom is also the best!!

Extremely satisfied. The service was excellent, and the attention to detail was impressive. The bathroom had a drying function, and the toilet had an automatic deodorizer, so there was no odor whatsoever. The location is very convenient, with three metro stations nearby. The hotel primarily hosts Western guests, and most of the staff speak English, so even if your English isn't great, you can still get by with gestures. The restaurant is small but open all day, offering a comfortable place to relax with free coffee, hot water, and nuts. It's also exceptionally quiet. The only minor issue was that the curtains weren't blackout enough, so the room got bright around 4:30 AM.

I saw a lot of reviews before booking and was hesitant, but after actually staying, I can confidently tell everyone to go for it! 1. The room offers great value for money; the bed is large and very comfortable, and there's a small sofa, making the design practical. 2. I have to praise the bathroom; it's really spacious and I absolutely love the layout. 3. Transportation is also convenient; the nearest Hibiya Line is only about a 5-minute walk away and goes directly to Ginza. Of course, there are some minor downsides; many hotel lobbies offer simple refreshments, but this one has nothing. However, overall it was excellent, and contrary to what many previous reviews said about a strange smell, I experienced absolutely none during my stay – it was very clean.

The hotel was very clean, located in a very convenient place -- close to everywhere. From Nagoya airport, there was a direct train to the Nihombashi station, so we didn't have to transfer to any other train lines. Gym/common room/room condition were all superb. I highly recommend this hotel!

It was my second time staying in this hostel in about 8 years and it is still the most comfortable sleep I've had in a dormitory bunk (I even overslept a couple of times) in Tokyo. The toilets and shower areas are the most spacious as well. The location is great as it is near multiple metro stations as well as JR Bakurocho station which allowed me to utilise my Tokyo metro pass and JR pass without issues. The service staff are excellent as well. The storage lockers were a little small but sufficient for usage.

Pros: 1. Right across from the hotel is Torikizoku, open until 4:30 AM. This was a lifesaver for us after our flight was delayed and we arrived in the middle of the night. 2. The next day, getting a taxi to Tokyo Station was incredibly convenient, taking only 5 minutes. 3. The front desk staff were very professional. When we arrived close to midnight, the elderly gentleman on duty was still meticulously attentive. The two young men at the front desk the next day during checkout were also very enthusiastic and even helped us call a taxi. The only slight drawback was the air conditioning. There were two adults and two children, and one child slept on the top bunk. They woke up in the middle of the night feeling hot and stuffy in their chest. We didn't know why at the time, but realized the next day it was likely due to the hot air from the AC rising. I suggest putting a small note in the room with tips for those sleeping on the top bunk regarding AC usage.

The room had everything I needed. And the bed was comfortable. The hotel has a laundry area, so I was able to wash and dry clothes. There was also a microwave in the lounge room, which came in handy on days I didn’t want to eat out. There are a few convenience stores close by, with a 7-eleven next door. It was really easy to walk to the metro lines and Kanda station was well linked to the rest of the city. The area was quiet at night, which I liked after a busy day.

My overall experience with this stay was quite complex, feeling more like a test of service management capabilities. On the first day, the room cleaning quality was noticeably below expectations. The wash area, countertop details, and some amenities weren't clean enough, and the bedding wasn't tidied properly. From a housekeeping management perspective, this felt more like a failure in process execution rather than an isolated incident, and it definitely affected my first impression. However, after I raised the issue, the hotel's recovery actions were prompt. In the following days, the room cleaning was significantly more standardized, with noticeable improvements in detail. This indicates that the hotel is capable of good service, but the initial day's execution standards simply weren't met. In contrast, Trip.com's service experience during this incident left a deeper impression. The customer service proactively followed up, communicated efficiently, and handled the situation professionally. They were able to push for problem resolution from a customer experience perspective, demonstrating a mature platform service system. This level of after-sales responsiveness is quite high among current online travel platforms. Overall Rating: The hotel's hardware and positioning are fine, but there's room for improvement in service consistency, especially regarding the first-day delivery standards of housekeeping management. Trip.com's coordination and service performance in this incident, on the other hand, highlighted the professional value of their platform.

The dorm room was very quiet, and the futon was so fluffy and comfortable that I slept really well. Since I was on the bottom bunk, the light peeking through the gap above the curtain bothered me a bit, but once I put on a hot eye mask, I had no trouble sleeping. I'd read reviews saying the hairdryer was weak, but it seems they've replaced it, as it was powerful and dried my hair quickly. If you're someone who doesn't fuss over minor details and just wants a safe, comfortable place to sleep, this is for you! The location is great, and I think it offers excellent value for money.

I stayed for one night as I had business in Tokyo for just one day. The initial online registration was a bit complicated, but checking in upon arrival and checking out online were both very easy. The room was clean and well-equipped with amenities, making for a comfortable stay. If you encounter any issues with online check-in, the hotel staff are very helpful over the phone, so if you're unsure if you're registered, it might be a good idea to confirm before your stay. For a short overnight stay in Tokyo, I think this place offers great value for money and a convenient location!
