HHahalulalaThe hotel's location is excellent, right across from Akihabara train station, with convenient amenities nearby. Check-in is semi-self-service via a machine that supports Chinese, and the front desk staff are helpful in guiding you through the process. The room facilities are good, and the view outside is also great.

AAnonymous UserI rarely leave reviews, but this hotel was super clean and smart. On the second floor, you can even help yourself to Sekkisei toiletries, and the bathroom comes with Pola products. It's right above the Ginza Line and airport line, and there's a convenience store just downstairs. Plus, it's really close to Tokyo Station. My stay here totally exceeded my expectations, and I'll definitely be back!

GGuest UserThough small, this hotel has everything you need. Its Ginza location is incredibly convenient, perfect for shopping or quickly getting to Narita Airport via the expressway. What truly impressed me is how many features are packed into such a compact space. They have a coin-operated laundry and a large public bath. The room, which I'd estimate at about 20 square meters, even managed to fit bunk beds (1.2m/1.5m), making it very family-friendly. A minor point is that since the hotel is directly above the subway, you occasionally feel vibrations as trains pass. This led to a funny moment when an actual earthquake hit at night, and I initially thought it was just another train going by!

GGuest UserThe hotel is in an excellent location, conveniently situated near Ueno station and a nearby subway station, making travel around the city very easy. One of the highlights of the stay was the thoughtful amenities. The hotel offers an onsen, complimentary soba in the evening, and jelly desserts, which added a nice touch to the overall experience. The breakfast was especially impressive-delicious and well worth the price. The room size(around14square meters) was impact but comfortable, suitable for 2 people. Additional blankets can be requested at the front desk if needed. The staff were friendly, always smiling, and very throughout the stay. Overall, I was very impressed with the hotel and had a great experience. The downside was the elevator, which can be slow and crowded during peaking times. However, if you’re staying on a lower floor, using the stairs is a convenient alternative.

JJJVFXThe hotel is located right at the entrance of the alley, next to a FamilyMart, which is very convenient. There is luggage storage available in front, and they also provide check-in machines. Overall, the facilities are good and well managed. However, during my stay, the women’s public bath was under renovation, so guests had to rotate and use the one downstairs instead. One small note: the bathroom floor is slightly higher than the room floor, so you need to be careful when stepping out.

유유닠_안Before my arrival, I had to change my reservation due to a personal matter, and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful in processing it. I was also very pleased that they assigned me a good bed upon check-in. The only minor drawback was that the lockers weren't on the same floor, unlike at the Ningyocho branch, which was a bit inconvenient. Other than that, everything else was satisfactory.
