EElle2024Between 2 metro stations, which should be convenient but if you have luggage and need to take the lift, not really so, because there IS a walk to the specific exit. Even more so if you are from the JR lines at Tokyo Station: it takes 10+minutes. Then again, not bad for Haneda access as there is a direct train 2-3 times per hour? Also walkable to Ginza. They advertise free service/lounge but it really is just a bit extra something near the reception. Arrived less than an hour early and asked if my room is ready: they straight up showed me a calculator of ”2000yen”. Room is regular and size slightly over Tokyo standard.

GGuest UserThough small, this hotel has everything you need. Its Ginza location is incredibly convenient, perfect for shopping or quickly getting to Narita Airport via the expressway. What truly impressed me is how many features are packed into such a compact space. They have a coin-operated laundry and a large public bath. The room, which I'd estimate at about 20 square meters, even managed to fit bunk beds (1.2m/1.5m), making it very family-friendly. A minor point is that since the hotel is directly above the subway, you occasionally feel vibrations as trains pass. This led to a funny moment when an actual earthquake hit at night, and I initially thought it was just another train going by!

ZZiviReally amazing hotel breakfast, for me one of the best. The room maybe is small by some standards, but other hotels i’ve stayed in in Japan had smaller rooms so i was pleasantly surprised. It was very clean! The location is great, really close to supermarkets and lively streets. We loved our stay here and would stay again! The only thing that could improve is the washing machine and dryer - not great for washing a weeks worth of clothes, also only three pairs available for the whole hotel.

GGuest UserThe hotel is in an excellent location, conveniently situated near Ueno station and a nearby subway station, making travel around the city very easy. One of the highlights of the stay was the thoughtful amenities. The hotel offers an onsen, complimentary soba in the evening, and jelly desserts, which added a nice touch to the overall experience. The breakfast was especially impressive-delicious and well worth the price. The room size(around14square meters) was impact but comfortable, suitable for 2 people. Additional blankets can be requested at the front desk if needed. The staff were friendly, always smiling, and very throughout the stay. Overall, I was very impressed with the hotel and had a great experience. The downside was the elevator, which can be slow and crowded during peaking times. However, if you’re staying on a lower floor, using the stairs is a convenient alternative.

SSupattra(kung)The room is small, Japanese-style11 sqm i book conneting room, The location is very convenient, close to JR. There’s a FamilyMart, AEON, and many delicious and reasonably priced restaurants nearby. You can walk to Tobu Department Store every day for shopping. The hotel offers a welcome drink available anytime, and there is a separate onsen for men and women. In the evening at 6:00 PM, there is a free happy hour with drinks—perfect for alcohol lovers. My husband really loved it. The amenities are also of good quality. If I visit Japan again, I would definitely choose to stay here—the price is very reasonable too.

유닠_안Before my arrival, I had to change my reservation due to a personal matter, and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful in processing it. I was also very pleased that they assigned me a good bed upon check-in. The only minor drawback was that the lockers weren't on the same floor, unlike at the Ningyocho branch, which was a bit inconvenient. Other than that, everything else was satisfactory.

GGuest UserThe hotel room is small and perfect for a solo traveler. Very clean and felt safe. About 20 minutes walking distance from downtown Ginza. Much cheaper than hotels in downtown Ginza, but of a lesser standard. But ideal if you just need somewhere to sleep at night.
