My neighbors were quiet and friendly, and there weren't any unnecessary people around. From 11 AM to 3 PM, capsule cleaning takes place, which can be noisy if you're trying to sleep then. Otherwise, I'm very satisfied with my stay!"

Great

Great location, just steps away from the JR Yamanote line, Akihabara shopping malls, 24/7 convenience stores and food options were plentiful. It’s a huge relief to return to the hotel from the train station after a long day of walking knowing it’s just at the across the street from the train stations, not just the JR line but other lines as well all in the vicinity. The hotel amenities were good and pajamas comfy. There is coin operated laundry machines next to the lobby. Didn’t get to try the restaurant. No complaints about the room or anything else, it was cosy and comfortable stay. I would stay here again if I had a chance.

Though the room was a little small(typical of Tokyo hotel rooms), it is well laid out with all necessities. There’s complimentary coffee/tea and snacks at the lounge area after breakfast hours. From 8-10pm, Ochazuke(Rice soup) is available for supper. The reception staff were all very helpful. Walking to Tokyo Station takes about 12-15mins. Ginza is just mins away. Our family had a great time staying at Hotel Intergate Kyobashi.

Thank MIYU During my trip to Japan, I stayed at this hotel. The front desk staff, MIYU (an intern), left a very deep impression on me. I arrived at the hotel earlier than the check-in time, and my English is not very good. However, MIYU could already understand what I wanted to say before I finished my sentence. This shows that she truly understands the needs of customers and is very empathetic. She is also very familiar with all aspects of the hotel’s operations and answered my questions patiently. Her attitude and work performance are truly commendable, and she made me feel very welcomed. Well located near a train station, with a famous fox temple nearby and good local food.. checkin and checkout process was easy and seamless.. beds were clean and comfortable, with free ear plugs provided toilets were closed for cleaning from 10am to 4pm.. this seems like the standard for most hostels/ capsule places.. they had a small foyer for regular folks but its not too big and sometimes crowded

Great location with a metro 3 minutes away. No card and key, just a code to open the door, convenient and fast check in and check out. Small room but with everything there, kettle, fridge, microwave. Bathroom could be small for tall people.
