Guest UserThis place is so nice for a solo traveler! Easy to get in the city because it’s located near a JR Saikyō line station. Ikebukuro, Shinjuku, Shibuya are only 2-4 stations away! There’s a Family Mart nearby.
The room was clean, beds are soft.
I just don’t like the fact that the air conditioner stops and turns itself back on every 10 minutes.. I need my constant cold air. 🥲
5 stars for 3 cats in the alley. 🐱🐱🐱

The photos are of the room after we'd lived in it for five days! The room is small, but it's fully equipped with appliances: a washing machine, fridge, microwave, stove, pots, pans, and dishes – everything you need. We even cooked instant noodles for breakfast. As for transportation, it's a 6-7 minute walk to the Oedo Line and about a 25-minute walk to Shinjuku, so you can easily stroll back after dinner. There are two supermarkets near the guesthouse, about a ten-minute walk away, both frequented by locals. One has an apple logo; we went three times because it's cheaper than the convenience stores, which I'd recommend to other guests. There are also two convenience stores within a five-minute walk, which is very handy. This was my first time staying in a guesthouse instead of a hotel, and it exceeded my expectations – it really felt like home.

Loh Wei KangCheck-in was easy, with clear instructions. Staff welcomed us and talked us through the facilities and some procedures, though I don't quite understand why he said no photo of shower room. Space of twin-room is rather tight, the bunk beds at level 2 would be more spacious. Heater, TV, Wi-Fi works well, and the fridge is large. Pillow and bed are soft. No daily change of towel or clean up of room, wasn't sure is there an option to request for it. Room for improvement for the cleanliness of common area's facilities. There's lots of shoes at the racks, but it doesn't tally with the number of guests inside, looks a bit cluttered. Good location near to the train station and shopping streets, and room rate is quite value for money.

This guesthouse boasts a great location, just a few minutes' walk from the tram station and easily found right off the main road. It's incredibly convenient for daily commutes or catching an early train, significantly cutting down travel time.
The guesthouse features a minimalist yet detailed decor. Both the common areas and rooms are spotlessly clean, and the amenities are thoughtful and complete. The air conditioning works perfectly for both cooling and heating, Wi-Fi signal is stable and fast, and there's a reliable supply of hot water at a consistent temperature, so you never have to wait to wash up. A hot shower instantly melts away travel fatigue.
The host's service was also exceptionally attentive. From detailed directions before check-in to important information after arrival, everything was patiently and clearly communicated. Any questions sent via message received prompt replies. It truly made us feel at home while traveling, a fantastic experience.

The picture is after I left, it was a amazing stay. The apartment was insane clean. The shower was perfect and the toilet also. On the pictures I thought the room was small, but at the end had really much space. The beds were really good also and it has a USB charging point. The location is close to a metro station, but mind most of the metros you will need will go from Asakusa Station and that is around 12 minutes walking, not bad but after a whole day walking can be a bit far.

Guest UserThe female dorm is on the 5th floor. The stairs are narrow and there's no elevator, so I wouldn't recommend it if you have a lot of luggage. If you just have a backpack and no suitcase, it might be okay. The capsule itself wasn't too cramped for a woman around 150cm tall, and the lighting control was good.
However, the cleanliness was a letdown. There was a towel inside the capsule that seemed to have been used by a previous guest, and the sinks and showers had many personal items that looked like they'd been left there for a long time.
It was also inconvenient that the capsule door didn't close, so you could only draw the curtain, and there was no changing room directly in front of the shower stalls.
Nevertheless, the biggest advantage was being able to stay for around 50,000 won (approx. $35-40 USD) just over 10 minutes from Shibuya Station, even if it is a capsule hotel.

It’s a wonderful experience. I got to know my roommate from a foreign country. It’s very convenient to travel. Akasaka Station and Akasaka Mitsuke Station are both very close. It’s not easy to find the place. After following Google Maps to a location, you have to turn and walk to a small alley. Inside, I followed the map and walked into a certain restaurant. The blond-haired guy kindly helped me. Thank you.

The condition is better than I expected, it's easy to get to Asakusa, and you can walk to the subway in less than 5 minutes.
There are many restaurants nearby and convenience stores such as Lawson, Family Mart, and 7-Eleven are located within 5 minutes.
First of all, the private bathroom is not in the room. It's outside.
We used the second floor and were in rooms 201 and 202.
If there are two rooms, there are two toilets and two bathrooms outside, which are used exclusively for the room.
I don't have any pictures, so I'll just post a picture of the bathroom.
It was nice that each item was separate.
There aren't any downsides, but the owner was a bit harsh but not unfriendly.
Still, I had a good stay. For 3 nights and 4 days
And one thing is that the door is locked after 12 o'clock!!!
Please note this!
Have a nice trip to Japan everyone😆
