I feel that there are many more apartment options for accommodation in Tokyo now, with small kitchens and washing machines, and the area is generally larger than that of hotels. After all, the new homestay law stipulates that the area of ​​a single room must be greater than 25 square meters. This eliminates the trouble of spreading out large suitcases. We stayed in this apartment for five nights and found it convenient to travel. It is only one stop away from Ikebukuro Station. The neighborhood is quiet and it is not noisy even if you sleep with the windows open. When we checked in, the apartment had just opened not long ago, so some of the equipment was not very complete, but as soon as we made suggestions to the landlord, they immediately sent folding tables and chairs that night. This spirit of serving guests is valuable. It is worthy of praise👍

The hotel location is decently located quite near the Asakusa Station (10mins walk). However, as the roads are flat, it is okay. The size of our room is decent for Tokyo standard. Love the facilities in the room. We get to stay in Tokyo comfortably with great value for money. The only thing might be it’s a self check-in system. You might find some issues if you’re in certain situation.
