It is about a 10-minute walk from Kamata Station, so it is convenient for transportation. The facilities are clean, and I was surprised that most of the restaurants in Kamata are delicious. However, even though two people stayed for 4 nights and 5 days, there were only 2 large towels and 2 handkerchief-sized towels, which was disappointing. The bathroom is wide-angle in the photo, so if you look at it in person, it looks like a single-person room like you can see anywhere in Japan. I had a comfortable stay.

I didn’t have a toothbrush on the first day of staying for two days. Some Ctrip’s customer service wrote that it was very good and actively solved it. I was reimbursed for the toothbrush, but I had to go out to buy it in the middle of the night. There is no hot water and communication with the hotel for a long time, the hotel customer service response is slow and it takes an hour to solve it and will not go
I feel that there are many more apartment options for accommodation in Tokyo now, with small kitchens and washing machines, and the area is generally larger than that of hotels. After all, the new homestay law stipulates that the area of a single room must be greater than 25 square meters. This eliminates the trouble of spreading out large suitcases.
We stayed in this apartment for five nights and found it convenient to travel. It is only one stop away from Ikebukuro Station. The neighborhood is quiet and it is not noisy even if you sleep with the windows open. When we checked in, the apartment had just opened not long ago, so some of the equipment was not very complete, but as soon as we made suggestions to the landlord, they immediately sent folding tables and chairs that night. This spirit of serving guests is valuable. It is worthy of praise👍

The view of the Sky Tree from the front was amazing. The Sky Tree lit up at night and the Sky Tree reflected in the morning sun are both very beautiful views. The room had all the kitchen utensils and was very convenient for cooking a simple breakfast. It was a comfortable stay in Asakusa, as the facility is new and the rooms are spacious and well-maintained. It seems that some people have written that check-in is difficult, but if you register the information in advance as per the instructions, the procedure on-site was very easy and I didn't get confused. We recommend that you complete your registration in advance. There are no amenities in your room, so please remember to take them from the front desk. This is a hotel I would like to stay at again.

Excellent
GGuest UserI used it on my first trip to Hachijojima. This is an inn that I would definitely like to visit again. The originally planned stay was in the new building, and after checking out, I received a phone call from Lodge Ocean as soon as it was confirmed that my flight from Hachijojima Airport was cancelled, and I stayed on the second floor of the building where the front desk was located. Both rooms are slightly larger than a typical business hotel. The new building has a very clean and bright atmosphere. Perhaps the soundproofing was a bit poor, but construction workers were having a party in the same room in the new building, so it was quite noisy. It's a pretty comfortable room unless you're having a party. The room on the second floor of the front desk is about the same size as the new building. It looked like a slightly older Japanese-style room that had been renovated into a Western-style room, but it was comfortable. This accommodation was the cheapest plan that included two meals, but it still included fresh local fish sashimi and fries, so I was full and satisfied. There are no restaurants nearby, let alone shops, so we recommend a half-board plan instead of just staying overnight.
울울I made a mistake in the password and did not request it, so I am grateful that the Trit.com customer center and the local manager came and processed the matter quickly.
The location is about 15 minutes away, but it was easy to find if you go along the main road, and the facilities were satisfactory. Thank you.

LLanxinIt is about 900 meters away from Nakamura Bridge subway station in Nerima District. There are two straight roads. There are many small restaurants on both sides of the small road out of the subway station. There is also a supermarket selling food and daily necessities, as well as a FamilyMart.
The room is very small. In addition to the bed, a three-layer metal rack for clothes, and a desk, it can only accommodate one person. The bed seems to be 1.5 meters long and can sleep two people. The quilt is very thin. It was only 5 degrees on the night I arrived. Because the window had to pass the wifi line, there was a gap that was not closed tightly, and there was always cold wind coming in. The air conditioner was aging and there was no hot air. The next day, I asked the boss to add a quilt to the bed, and it was warm.
It is also close to the main road. Because the road is paved with gravel and asphalt, it is very noisy. The next day, I bought a second-hand head-mounted noise-cancelling headset to solve the problem of sound interference.
The corridor and the room are very clean. Because the corridor is high, you must change your shoes when you go up (there are shared slippers in the entrance). The boss comes to mop the corridor early every morning, which is very clean.
The entrance hall also serves as a shared kitchen, which has a large refrigerator, washing machine, microwave, gas stove, kettle, water heater, vegetable sink, and wash basin. It is very convenient. I put breakfast and milk in the refrigerator every night and heat them in the microwave the next day.
It is difficult to contact in advance. I can only send a text message in the system on the day of arrival to know the room. There is no one at the front desk, but when I went to open the door of the room, the boss's son came out in time and said: Slippers are optional, the bathroom is on the left and the toilet is on the right, and you can call him if you need anything.
The boss also sent a plate of welcome candies the next day and chatted with me. He was quite easygoing.
GGuest UserThere is no front desk. If you have any questions, staff will answer them.
But I hope there will be an announcement about the facilities and so on.
There are no toothbrushes in the hotel, only stairs
There are bath towels, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel.
Sound insulation Very poor Very poor Very poor
really bad
You can hear people talking in other rooms after 10 o'clock
The toilet is also a bit small, but it still has a bathtub.
There are small pharmacies, supermarkets and supermarkets open until 12 o'clock nearby.
If you go to the room where you want to see the Skytree
Remember to ask clearly before ordering
GGuest UserThe location is really good! very convenient and near subway station.
A little small but for the price, it is perfect.
The check-in needs to be done in advance if you don't want to have some delays getting in the room.
There is no front desk, so the communication is through email. But that was also little fast.
A lot of food options around and in the area.
Cleanliness could be better.

DDaria KarpovaThe hotel is located within walking distance of the popular Shibuya area, and there are also several subway stations nearby, which is very convenient. There are many shops and restaurants around, the area is quite noisy and dirty. The hotel itself is small, the rooms are cramped, but suitable for two. The shower stall is quite small. But there is a kitchen, microwave and washing machine, this is a big plus. Internet works fine. The hotel does not have a reception desk, so if you have any questions, there is no one to contact. Check-in information will be sent one day before arrival.

GGuest UserIf you are a light sleeper, I would not recommend this accommodation as you can hear every movement from upstairs. It is not soundproof. Additionally, there were discrepancies regarding the check-in and check-out times. The website states check-in is after 2 pm and check-out is before 12 pm, but I received an email indicating check-in is after 4 pm and check-out is before 10:30 am.
새새우스키There were a lot of cheap restaurants and lunch boxes nearby this hotel, so there was a lot to eat.
Also, the hotel had good amenities. Many items, including toothbrushes and towels, are free.
A big advantage was that you could use the washing machine and dryer for free during limited hours in the morning and afternoon.
However, you have to walk about 1.4km to Keikyu Kawasaki Station (京急川崎駅), where there are many things to see.
And it was a bit uncomfortable to see a man walking down the living room hallway with his shirt off.
It's not the host's fault, but I think it's important to regulate it well so that women can use it well!
As of December 16, 2023, I paid about 40,000 won (KRW), but it is too noisy to go to a net cafe, and if you are looking for a quiet place for a similar price, I think this place is suitable!
