The pictures don’t do this place justice. Amazing accommodations and bigger than we thought it would be. Great location and very close to a subway station, Tokyo Tower, TeamLab. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

A very affordable hotel in Ueno, can accommodate 4 people, only about 10 minutes away from Skyliner, very convenient, will stay here again next time I visit Tokyo
The hotel needs getting off at Tobu Tojo Line "Naka-Itabashi Station" north exit on foot in Nakaitabashi mall in three minutes. Nakaitabashi Station is the fourth station from Ikebukuro.
Behind the hotel is the famous cherry blossom viewing spot in Japan: the cherry blossom trees along the Shakujii River.
The Nakaitabashi mall that is located at the "Nakaitabashi" station north exit.
Because a station started a business in 1933, stores increase and form "a Nakaitabashi dealer meeting place" in 1935. I registered "Nakaitabashi mall promotion association" afterwards in 1967. It consists of Ginza in according to orange, Nakadori, the first Avenue, and about 200 stores are open. In the long-established store which is full of goods food, a gourmet, a fashion, entertainment, life service and variety, and follows from the Showa era.
The row of cherry blossom trees of the Shakujii River in the neighborhood is chosen as Itabashi ten view and holds "なかいたさくら Festival" at time of the flowering. It swells with stamp rally or a stand and is full of much cherry blossom viewing visitors every year. Besides, the event that "crab crab carnival" to provide the menu using the crab "a navel festival" to parade around a mall the dance girl who painted a face a stomach under the pretense of a navel from the idea called "the middle of Nakaitabashi = Itabashi" in Nakaitabashi each shop is fun is full.

Location: The hotel is in a good location, with a convenience store within 100m, a police station and a station within 200m, and good security. It's very convenient to get to Ikebukuro in four stops.
Facilities: The bed is really super comfortable, and the bedding and mattress are very comfortable to sleep on. The shower gel is also very good. The only drawback is that the hotel room is smaller than it looks in the photo. If you spread out two suitcases, the bathroom door cannot be fully opened. The shower room is also a little small, but it's acceptable. Each room has a separate wifi with fast speed.
Service: Although it is semi-self-service, the service is very good. We have to check in after the specified time, and the staff also helped me with it, which is really good. I also received a macaron gift later, which was touching~~

The area around the guesthouse is full of gourmet spots loved by local Japanese people. Behind the guesthouse is the Michelin three-star restaurant Homage French Restaurant, and the Shimiiru French Restaurant, which has a high price-performance ratio, . Among them, Tansoan Kenjiro (hand-made soba) is a good choice. Moving into Hibikiya is your best choice.

It was a great experience, but unfortunately I forgot to take a photo, so I found one in the photo album. It is quiet and quiet near Sensoji Temple. It has two floors, tatami mats, and floor heating. The living and sleeping areas are separated. There are two toilets. It is very cost-effective. I stayed here for 12 days. The boss was very considerate and the room was fully equipped. We didn’t have to cook. If we need to cook by ourselves, it would be very convenient. We are very satisfied and will come back next time.

Stayed here for 2 nights. It's a no-staff hotel - you get entry codes by email.
What's good:
• Cool traditional Japanese room with tatami mats
• Had everything needed: towels, fridge, small kitchen
• Easy check-in/out with no human contact
What could be better:
• Very tight space for luggage (we had 3 suitcases)
• Weird shower - have to keep pressing button for water
• Found some hairs on floor and bed
• Walls are thin - hear neighbors talking
Who it's good for:
✓ Solo travelers or couples
✓ Those who don't need hotel services
✓ Want to try traditional Japanese style
Not fancy but works if you need simple, affordable place in Tokyo. Everything functioned as promised.

The location is super convenient—just a 10-minute walk from the station, which made getting around really easy. The room is small but has everything you need, including a washer, microwave, and fridge. There are also plenty of convenience stores nearby, which was really helpful.
A couple of things to keep in mind:
There’s no elevator, so carrying large suitcases up the stairs can be a bit of a challenge. Also, the room is quite compact—it’s a bit tight if you need to open 2 big suitcases (larger than 24”) at the same time.
Overall, a cozy and well-equipped place that’s great for short stays!

The location is a bit inconvenient, since the Asakusa Station is not the JR nor Metro one. There is no elevator so people with big luggage will be difficult. Lzz

Overall, I am relatively satisfied.
The space in the twin room is just right, the WiFi is also easy to use (the WiFi password is posted at the anchor, it seems that each room is different?), the refrigerator, washing machine, kettle, kitchenware, clothes drying rack, etc. are all used. The only small regret is that the hot water in the shower can be hotter.
As a person who has stayed here, I would like to remind you:
1. The key password lock failed several times. In order not to sleep on the street, I tried it again two or three times and finally opened it. I will see if the unlocking method can be simpler in the future.
2. The thin blanket at the entrance is a bit slippery, so please walk slowly.
3. Only two sets of toothpaste and toothbrushes were prepared. We stayed for three nights, and toothpaste was not enough. You can bring some yourself or buy some at a nearby convenience store.
4. The garbage disposal method is in accordance with the check-in guide email, please take a closer look.
5. I don’t seem to see chopsticks and spoons, so you can prepare them yourself.
6. The sound insulation is a little insufficient, so you can speak softly.
7. The toilet lid seems to make a loud noise when it closes, or maybe it was because the room we stayed in was a little louder.
8. The hot water in the wash basin seems to be hotter. The water from the shower head is also quite hot when it is strong.
Attached is a photo of the room before we checked out.
(The bathroom wall is not tiled, which is amazing)

Outstanding
MmetrohenryWe had a nice stay in LiLi House which is in a tranquil residential community with 5 to 10 minutes easy walking from JR Yamamoto line or Tokyo Metro Namboku line station. The high street next to the JR station has essential shops and restaurants for necessities and food. Alternatively, the kitchen in LiLi House is well equipped for any cooks who wanna show off their cullinary skills. The three storey house with 3 bedrooms, 2 WCs and a separate room for shower and bath is new and decent, and should be hassle free with friends living together. We enjoy our stay very much and highly recommended this accommodation!
HHito KokoroA very good hotel. If you want to experience exotic customs and simply spend a vacation, this will be a good choice. The facilities are relatively clean. Even in the public bathrooms and toilets, you can hardly see any stains. The relatively affordable tatami double room can also bring a good experience. There is no peculiar smell or bugs in the room. Basically, there is nothing wrong with it. It is very close to the island's port and the island's bus station. If you travel by cruise ship, this will be a very convenient choice. The Japanese breakfast provided by the hotel is also very nice, it looks clean and healthy. All in all, this is a hotel that allows you to experience the island's culture very well. I would recommend it.
一一個家庭### Highlights
1. **Family-Friendly Design**: The hotel is suitable for 4-5 people, providing enough space and amenities for family members to spend time together comfortably.
2. **Multiple toilets**: The design of three toilets effectively solves the needs of family members during peak hours and improves the convenience of stay.
3. **Comfortable Tatami**: The tatami upstairs provides a unique and comfortable accommodation experience, suitable for the whole family to rest and relax.
### suggestion
1. **Add blackout curtains**: Consider adding a layer of blackout curtains to help improve privacy and sleep quality, especially for children and early risers.
2. **Provide bicycle rental service**: It is recommended to provide a shared bicycle point near the hotel so that guests can enter and exit conveniently

FFengyinI’ve wrote a prose for this travel.
If you want to stay in a quiet place, here would satisfy you.Last year,I stay in Nerima for 2 months for healing,Nerima’s tranquility impressed me deeply.Tokyo is a noisy and messy city, but if you want to have another different experience,Nerima would be a nice place, although here doesn’t have any scenic spots.Back to this homestay,it’s not a hotel nor a hostel,it’s small even a little bit narrow, but you can feel peaceful and relieve yourself.
서서유하 (우동가)It's a bit far, so you have to walk a bit, but it's nice because there's Pyeongui Branch and Martrang Station nearby, and the facilities at the accommodation, including the shower room, are clean.
GGuest UserMy toothbrush and toothpaste disappeared. Probably the housekeeper throw it away from sink place where is place for that. That was bad surprise.
GGuest UserThere is no front desk. If you have any questions, staff will answer them.
But I hope there will be an announcement about the facilities and so on.
There are no toothbrushes in the hotel, only stairs
There are bath towels, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel.
Sound insulation Very poor Very poor Very poor
really bad
You can hear people talking in other rooms after 10 o'clock
The toilet is also a bit small, but it still has a bathtub.
There are small pharmacies, supermarkets and supermarkets open until 12 o'clock nearby.
If you go to the room where you want to see the Skytree
Remember to ask clearly before ordering
새새우스키There were a lot of cheap restaurants and lunch boxes nearby this hotel, so there was a lot to eat.
Also, the hotel had good amenities. Many items, including toothbrushes and towels, are free.
A big advantage was that you could use the washing machine and dryer for free during limited hours in the morning and afternoon.
However, you have to walk about 1.4km to Keikyu Kawasaki Station (京急川崎駅), where there are many things to see.
And it was a bit uncomfortable to see a man walking down the living room hallway with his shirt off.
It's not the host's fault, but I think it's important to regulate it well so that women can use it well!
As of December 16, 2023, I paid about 40,000 won (KRW), but it is too noisy to go to a net cafe, and if you are looking for a quiet place for a similar price, I think this place is suitable!

GGuest UserSound insulation is very poor, health is not good... The female bathroom on the second floor is moldy, it seems that 🌚 I washed it on the first floor for two days, I don’t know if I dealt with it.
