The corner room is spacious and tidy. The location is just walkable distance from Tokyo Station. And it’s very lucky for me to see snow for the first time in Tokyo.😎

Pros:
-good location, walkable to Tokyo Station and Ginza
-new and clean
-front desk staff are professional
-The soundproof should be alright since I stayed in a room opposite to the lift but couldnt hear the lift sound/ people walking. However, on one day the woman from next door yelled and shouted for at least 5mins in Korean really loudly at early 6AM before we gently knocked on her door and hoped she would stop. We then called the front desk and they swiftly came up to check for the noise. Although the woman already stopped shouting before the staff came, we really appreciate their promptness in handling our concern.
Cons:
-for one day our room was cleaned (there’s a rule in many Japan hotels where your room must be cleaned every 2/3 days). When we were back, our clothes that were hung in the hanger, were fallen off the ground. Not sure if the cleaning staff accidentally made that or they fell off by themselves (altho they were hung for the past 2 nights and they didnt fall). Also, I sticked the hotel sticker (provided in the room) onto my paper shopping bag with trash inside indicating the bag could be thrown. But the staff didnt throw it away. So cleaning staff could be more mindful.
-no disposable slippers. They only have reusable slippers so better prepare for yourself if needed.

Excellent Location, Comfortable Stay, Great Value!
The hotel is in a fantastic location—just a short walk from both the Metro and JR lines. You can leave your luggage if you arrive before check-in time, which is super convenient. The room was clean and spacious—we could easily open three large suitcases at once.
Staff spoke English well and there are self-service check-in/out machines, making everything even more convenient. The area around the hotel is right in the heart of tourist spots, with Don Quijote, famous restaurants, anime shops, and direct airport bus access at a reasonable price.
Housekeeping was done daily. The bed was soft and cozy, and the bathroom was clean with a bathtub—perfect for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. They also provided a hairdryer and sleepwear.
I was really impressed, especially considering the price was more affordable than other areas in Tokyo. Super convenient and surrounded by everything you need for a fun and easy trip!

Overall good experience at this hotel, room size was towards the smaller side but it was a comfortable stay. However it would be good if the hotel has laundry coin services as we were not able to do our laundry in Tokyo. Massage chair in the room was a good addition but i wished it provided options to the customers if they would prefer it or not as it occupies quite a big amt of space in the room. Hotel provided extra amenities too like free probiotics, eye mask each day at the lobby and checkin process was seamless.

First time staying here. This hotel looks like its name. It is the first hotel in Tokyo and has a history of more than 100 years. It is conceivable that such a large scale and such decoration had a great status in the last century. The hotel is in a prime location, close to Shimbashi Station, and has a strong commercial and dining culture. Perhaps it is a time-honored brand, so the facilities are still a bit old, but it is acceptable.

I said no English or other languages but the front desk still speak English to me. I don’t really speak any of the languages on your screen. But I will write this comment in English for you guys. I enter the room full of ads. This place except is right next to 秋葉原駅 feels like a motel to me. Especially the room, it’s dirty and old and small. I have vent and blanket photo attached. I am afraid of turn on air conditioning.
That massage chair is a no need you could just leave an empty place for luggage otherwise I can not find a place to open my luggage at all room too small.
By the way, except for check in I speak Japanese at all time to the front desk and they all understand and reply in Japanese. Im a foreigner living in oosaka so I do have fluent Japanese.
I was living in 日本橋 hotels and it’s just much better. Maybe a few more stops but the quality.

★★★★★ Exceptional Stay!
This hotel exceeded all expectations. From the warm welcome to the impeccable service, every detail felt carefully curated. Our room was spotless, modern, and surprisingly spacious with luxurious bedding and a stunning city view. The central location made exploring effortless – major attractions were within walking distance.

Rainy day, asking for umbrella but the staff refused to give as I have checked out. I said I could buy it but the staff refused too!
Again, my room very noisy due to facing the train railways.
This was my 3rd time staying at Remm Hibiya, but I don’t think I will come again! Very bad service!

Geographical advantage: 5 stars, very convenient for travel, about 20 minutes walk to Ginza Center Street, not far from the subway station.
Landscape: Because the hotel is located above the 32nd floor of the building, the view of the city is very good, especially the night view, which is very good.
Facilities: A bit old, the bathroom is too small for tall people, there is a problem with the bathtub drain, you need to clean it manually, a little dissatisfied
Hygiene: Overall OK
In general, because of the view outside the window and convenient transportation, a little dissatisfaction can be ignored.
Oh, there are two convenience stores downstairs, which is really convenient👍🏻

GGuest UserThis is a nice and affordable hotel. Clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and there is a spa connected to it. Great place to stay for several nights. I would stay there again if I’m in Tokyo again.
(For the pictures, please note that I had already sat on the bed before taking that picture. It wasn’t wrinkled like that before I sat on it).
