Amazing hotel and location. Rooms are modern and spacious for Japan. For first timers in Japan it was so helpful to stay here as it's connected to the train station and with plenty of restaurants on other levels as well. Definitely a great location. All you needed to do was get in the lift and you would be surrounded by restaurants/bars, at the train station, a 7 eleven or the scramble. Staff were always helpful and attentive. Quick walk to major attractions also which was great. Room serviced daily and the bed was comfy. Super clean and safe. I would highly recommend.

Great location to stroll around and walk around explore and experience different Tokyo neighbourhoods, from Harajuku to Shibuya to Daikanyama within a day - can even drop off shopping and go again! Small, as expected for Tokyo, but completely fine for a couple. Shower is really comfortable, great amenities, everything was clean and tidy, and the interior design was minimal and hip. Would recommend especially if you had limited time in Tokyo!

Had a fantastic stay at Dormy Inn! The ramen at night was amazing, and the unlimited popsicles and ice cream were a sweet treat. The breakfast buffet was delicious, and the public bath/onsen was a perfect way to unwind. Great location, friendly staff—everything was worth it. We'll definitely be back!

No daily cleaning of rooms though towel change and clearing rubbish if needed. Overall good stay, good size and convenient with washing machine in the room. Stayed in twin room. Walking distance to main Shibuya crossing area. No fitness and onsen which is a pity.

The hotel is in a good location, just above the shops area and close to shibuya metro station. The hotel common areas are really nice and well organised, full equipped laundry and kitchen are a plus. Hotel staff is kind and very helpful, service is flawless! Our room (One Of A Kind Plus (Studio Double)) was quiet and clean, but really too small to accommodate two guest with one medium size luggage each: we had to remove one chair and wedge one under the bed and the other under the small desk.

Clean and simple. I was in Shibuya for work, this hotel served as a base for about a week. It's a few minutes walk from the Shibuya Station south exit but still pretty manageable, I love how it's situated a bit outside of the bustling area and on the back street so the nights are quiet and peaceful. Cleanliness is ok, amenities can be picked up from the lobby. Staff are minimal with only a few at the front desk but they are very friendly and helpful. In room washing machine is magnificent, I can put my clothes in in the morning, set a timer and come back to fresh laundry, perfect for longer stays. Might not recommend for family with kids as the walking distance from the city center can be a bit far.

Walked in with no reservations (booked online there in the lobby) and they allowed us to do an early check in. Super nice and helpful staff. The room was all we needed, comfortable bed, nice shower. 2 bottles of water was in the fridge. Location was close to all the shopping and easy to walk to. Also easy to get to for tourist spots.

It was a convenient location. I was very thankful for the 2nd stay I was allowed for an early check in with my room ready that really help to make my whole day or itinerary smooth. The staff was very warmth and welcoming from the entry to the reception and even room service. The room was tidy and clean with all necessities available for use in the room. Would recommend for a stay here if you are planning to travel by metro often as it’s near the JR Shibuya station.
