No complaints about this hotel! Location is good, 2mins to the train station, family mart in the same hotel building, supermarket and a restaurant next to the train station that opens till late night.
Rooms are spacious, bathroom space is well planned for efficient use for a family. There's also complimentary skin/hair care packs that you can collect at the reception area.
Also comes with a guest only onsen (which you can also monitor through your room TV screen for crowd level).
This hotel is so clean and has comfortable beds. Free amenities at the lobby. It’s beside a mall. Very convenient. There is free shuttle bus to Tokyo station. I think they also go to Haneda airport. I’ll book my flight to Haneda airport next time. I also miss out on the spa. :( We can walk to small world exhibition cos nearby. Check in and out using self service machine. After check out, we put our luggage at the luggage storage at the lobby.
I booked Nikko Daibas as 12 mins drive away to Tokyo Big sight exhibition. The arrival experience is really good as I took midnight flight and when I arrived hotel 10.30am, the room is ready for me. That's really lovely of the manager. Very appreciated the gesture of this hotel. The room 32 is considered spacious enough for me usually I stay in hotel >40m2, so this 35m2 is average standard.
Upon arrival and check-in to my room , which is 2137 ( I booked bay view room ) I made myself a cup of coffee with their Nespresso machine in the room and drink a bottle of water. They provide 4 bottles of water per day with daily amenities like- toothbrush/slipper/skincare/standard shampoo etc. The housekeeping is very satisfying.
Arrival and departure experience are very good as well. The bellboy and the staffs are very polite and friendly, totally love their Japanese gesture. Absolutely different from UK/Europe hotels.
Hotel Nikko is very big hotel with many rooms with 3 breakfast location. Above all the satisfaction points, I have some feedbacks :
1. Cafe Lobby/Grand Restaurant breakfast section are SUPER Long que- I stayed 4D3N, I managed to have my breakfast 1 day at Cafe Lobby another day at 30th floor SuShi breakfast set which I will share together with the reviews.
2.The Bed/Pillows are not very comfortable with me, I can't sleep well at nights, took me hours to fall asleep
3. I have 6 breakfast coupons for single person , so I am allowed to use for room service / high tea, anyway I am very busy at exhibition and also their good quality didn't meet my expectations.

Very clean and very quiet environment. Not too far from the station and is very convenient. Perfect for solo travellers with small luggage. The place is located in an industrial area.
The hostel was clean and ok.
It was so nice to have a public bath.
The bath is always crowded from 7 o'clock in the evening, so it is recommended to use the morning
The outside of the building is huge. There are so many amenities to choose from at reception. Definitely gives the impression its a 4* hotel. When I got into my room I could see rust and marks in the bathroom, the bed was hard and uncomfortable. I wasn't pleased that the WiFi kept cutting out constantly. Now I got the impression it was a 2-3* hotel. Room service was excellent until the last night when they forgot to leave a night dress. The location is excellent, very close to the station and surrounded by shops. There's an amazon locker close by which helps with my online shopping addiction lol. I forgot to take a picture of the hotel and the amazing view but I got one of the symbol in the front garden.
A great hotel if a little hard to find initially. In a good area with open space and a very large mall; good for shopping and food.
Well connected with a subway station around the corner, and a riverboat pick-up spot nearby.
The rooms were good, although the bathroom was smaller than I’d expect. Shower over the (child-sized) bath was a bit 1980s. I think the difference between the first 3 room designations (up to Superior) is purely the outlook. But what a beautiful view, well worth it.
Also of note are the ‘public baths’. They are segregated because no swimwear is allowed - not so comfortable for Brits but well worth it. There are indoor and outdoor pools at 42 centigrade with a great view of Mount Fiji.
Bar was friendly, we didn’t eat in the very Western-style restaurant.
I’ve been in this property on 2019 and, despite the 6 years in between, the hotel kept is style and it is still a solid choice while traveling in Tokyo.
Position is good with good access to metro or a 15-20€ Uber ride to the major sightseeing points.
Room is also very good with breathtaking views over the bay.
Breakfast is a good mix of western and Easter cuisine.
Only downside is the fact that the pool is not accessible for free. As HH Gold member I’ve would have expected more a free pass rather than a discounted entry (25€).
Had to extend our stay. And I am so glad I got to as we had missed a day. The hotel staff were super kind to figure out if we could. Convenient and needed to stay again haha
The hotel room is spacious and comfy, this time we are mainly going around toyosu and daiba area there this hotel is perfectly fit for us

Great
DDavid StephaneThe hotel is very close to Tokyo Big Site and TeamLabs Permanent show. It is right on the yurikamome station and the Rinkan station. The room was new, large, and with a nice with in Tokyo bay. Everything is fine except the coldness and robotic attitude of the entire staff (Daiwa staff tends to be like that in all Daiwa hotels, particularly with non Japanese clients).
CCrystal_iceThe environment is good, the surrounding area is residential, there are two large supermarkets, there are many convenience stores nearby, and there is a police station, which is very safe~ The toiletries provided are also very rich, and check-in and check-out are very convenient~ It takes about ten minutes to walk to the nearest subway station. You will pass a bridge. At night, the tower will light up, which has a Japanese drama atmosphere~
GGuest UserVery convenient as train station is just right across the hotel. There is also a family mart on the ground floor. The station is just several stops to central tokyo, and even to disneyland.
KKosuke SAWAI had an absolutely wonderful stay at L stay & grow! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated, with a comfortable bed that ensured a great night’s sleep. The amenities were top-notch, including a fantastic breakfast buffet with a wide variety of options to suit every taste. The location was perfect, just a short walk from local attractions and with easy access to public transport. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable experience. I’ll definitely be returning on my next trip!
GGuest UserThis time I stayed here to attend a fan meeting for K-pop idol group ATEEZ. The hotel was so beautiful, I felt like a celebrity! What I particularly liked was the number of mirrors. I was impressed that the bathroom door was a mirror! I'd like to stay here again the next time I have business in Ariake. Thanks to the hotel, I was able to enjoy the fan meeting to the fullest ♡ Thank you!
GGuest UserI stayed alone for three nights. The room size was good for me to stay alone, and I can spread out my luggage. But I couldn't open the windows, and the air conditioner was not an individual cooling system, so the air was so humid that I couldn't sleep. It was so painful. I usually don't write reviews on the accommodations, which was the most horrible accommodation I've ever stayed abroad. It felt like I was in a fish tank. The bedding was damp, and when I left the clothes hanging, even the clothes got wet. When I came back to the hotel after the schedule, I felt like it was my mission to think about how I can keep my room from not being humid. I didn't feel like it was a break time. Even going downtown is quite expensive than in other areas. It costs about 600 yen each way. If you're suffering from rhinitis, I recommend you look into other hotels.
GGuest UserIt was closer to the station than I expected, and the building was very clean and comfortable.
I was able to use the large public bath without it being too crowded.
I had plans so I couldn't stay until the last minute before check-out, which is a shame. The breakfast was delicious, so I'd like to use it again if I have the opportunity, and I hope I can take my time.
The elevator takes a while to arrive, so it's best to leave with plenty of time when going out.
I was a bit worried because the only place to leave luggage was in the bathroom, so I had to bring my suitcase into the changing room.
GGuest UserAmazing hotel. Been going back this year as I stayed last year!!!!! Over the bridge across the hotel there is a 24/7 supermarket that has everything you want to buy!!!! Public bath is available at this hotel
