A great hotel if a little hard to find initially. In a good area with open space and a very large mall; good for shopping and food.
Well connected with a subway station around the corner, and a riverboat pick-up spot nearby.
The rooms were good, although the bathroom was smaller than I’d expect. Shower over the (child-sized) bath was a bit 1980s. I think the difference between the first 3 room designations (up to Superior) is purely the outlook. But what a beautiful view, well worth it.
Also of note are the ‘public baths’. They are segregated because no swimwear is allowed - not so comfortable for Brits but well worth it. There are indoor and outdoor pools at 42 centigrade with a great view of Mount Fiji.
Bar was friendly, we didn’t eat in the very Western-style restaurant.
Stay here for 2 times. Reasonable price compare to other hotel around Tokyo. Could have been nicer if provide public washing machine. Only the location is a bit far from subway line except we have to transit via monorail first everytime we want to go to downtown area.
Absolute best location. 3 stops to Tokyo Station which takes you anywhere. Supermarket, 24 hr eatery and train station virtually right beside the hotel. Very quiet area despite being beside the train station.
Spacious room, sparkling clean. Love the bath tub and the separate toilet (so everyone can get ready in the morning faster). Comes with everything and the extras you could possibly ask for, including shoe dryer, microwave, ice making machine etc.
Best hotel we stayed in Tokyo so far. Will repeat the next visit.

No complaints about this hotel! Location is good, 2mins to the train station, family mart in the same hotel building, supermarket and a restaurant next to the train station that opens till late night.
Rooms are spacious, bathroom space is well planned for efficient use for a family. There's also complimentary skin/hair care packs that you can collect at the reception area.
Also comes with a guest only onsen (which you can also monitor through your room TV screen for crowd level).
Like a hotel very much, very comfortable beds , pillows, nespresso capsules, variety of tea, super nice breakfast buffet , also a traditional Japanese and European, lots of fruits. A view at the rainbow gate and Statue of Liberty is fascinating (22F) . Mall Diver-City is 5 min walk. Monorail is coming every 5 min, 15 min and you’re on Shimbashi station, also an airport limousine bus departs straight from the hotel (15 min to HND T2) I think it’s better to live in 5star Daiba hotel for the similar money rather then Tokyo business hotels with 12m2 room where you can’t even open the suitcases, especially if you’re with the kids. The only minus is paid usage of swimming pool and it’s for adults only.
It is nice room and quite soundproof and it had a bathtub and it is near to a few train stations so you may walk to it and take the train and also the buses are near so you could take a bus and it is near a shopping mall so you may buy and eat food
I’ve been in this property on 2019 and, despite the 6 years in between, the hotel kept is style and it is still a solid choice while traveling in Tokyo.
Position is good with good access to metro or a 15-20€ Uber ride to the major sightseeing points.
Room is also very good with breathtaking views over the bay.
Breakfast is a good mix of western and Easter cuisine.
Only downside is the fact that the pool is not accessible for free. As HH Gold member I’ve would have expected more a free pass rather than a discounted entry (25€).
The hotel is just next to metro station. The room is considered bigger than other hotels in Tokyo. We stayed in the deluxe room for 2 adult 2 kids, and it is sufficient. The nearby mall has everything you need. Travel to Disneyland is only 30min by metro. A good stopover hotel for Disneyland.
Everything is just perfect except for the location. Its not close to any station within walking distance. The hotel is located in an artificial island in the chuo district. Every time we moved, calling uber is definitely a necessity. Besides that, the room, the food, the washroom, the bed and amenities are simply excellent. We chose this hotel because its newly opened recently. We suggest that free regular shuttle to nearby station should be offered to room guests.

GGuest UserThis time I stayed here to attend a fan meeting for K-pop idol group ATEEZ. The hotel was so beautiful, I felt like a celebrity! What I particularly liked was the number of mirrors. I was impressed that the bathroom door was a mirror! I'd like to stay here again the next time I have business in Ariake. Thanks to the hotel, I was able to enjoy the fan meeting to the fullest ♡ Thank you!
HHannaThe room is relatively large among hotels in Japan, and the price/performance ratio is relatively good. The location is very good, close to the Kachidoki subway station.
The sanitary conditions are also very good. At this price, it is highly recommended
WwooGreat Stay in Odaiba – Highly Recommended!
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean and very comfortable, and the facilities were excellent. Having a Lawson convenience store right inside the building was super convenient.
The service was friendly and professional, and getting around was easy — there's an airport bus available, which made arrival and departure stress-free.
If you're planning to stay in the Odaiba area, I definitely recommend this hotel. Great location, great service, and everything you need in one place!
GGuest UserIt was closer to the station than I expected, and the building was very clean and comfortable.
I was able to use the large public bath without it being too crowded.
I had plans so I couldn't stay until the last minute before check-out, which is a shame. The breakfast was delicious, so I'd like to use it again if I have the opportunity, and I hope I can take my time.
The elevator takes a while to arrive, so it's best to leave with plenty of time when going out.
I was a bit worried because the only place to leave luggage was in the bathroom, so I had to bring my suitcase into the changing room.
GGuest UserAmazing hotel. Been going back this year as I stayed last year!!!!! Over the bridge across the hotel there is a 24/7 supermarket that has everything you want to buy!!!! Public bath is available at this hotel
Ooki explorerThis is a good location especially if you’re going to Disneyland. There are 3 train stations around the hotel within 5min walk. Its very convenient and spacious. Would stay there again. It is also close to Haneda airport. I don’t like to stay in the metropolitan area so this is a perfect location for us. They have lockers for early arrivals and also has a McDonalds attach to the hotel with convenient store. We also got a good view!!!
