房間滿意，硬件條件老舊房子改的，該有的都有了。開始房間電視沒有，小孩子又要看，經工作人員調試無果後，前台馬上聯繫更換了，滿意。朋友住另一間，東西落下了，酒店打掃衞生時發現後，通過電話與我們聯繫，幫發快遞回來，感激。直到電話聯繫我們時，朋友還沒反應過來自己有東西忘記帶走了，哈哈，贊贊贊！

酒店位置好，就在景區裏面，前台在大食堂裏面，住宿有1～6號樓，停車免費，衹要進入景區大門交20元即可，前台服務態度好，熱情周到，感受到了那個年代的人之常情。

設施：設施陳舊，牆壁都發黴了。衞生間設計尤其不合理，馬桶到廁所門的間距特別窄，家裡人個子高，坐在馬桶上，腿直接把門頂開了，上廁所特別尷尬。洗澡間的蓮蓬頭出水很小，下水又不暢，洗幾分鐘水直接漫出來了。8月份這麼熱的天氣，房間正中間居然還擺着冬天取暖的爐子，本來房間就不大，這爐子又佔地方又礙事，夏天和冬天的擺設不同，難道不應該及時更換嗎？
衞生：毛巾居然是破的，上面大大小小几個洞！晚上睡覺有蚊子，全家人被咬得受不了，半夜起來打蚊子塗風油精。
服務：攜程訂房的時候，酒店有懸崖泳池，彩虹滑道，地下長城等等遊樂設施，到了酒店才發現所有的娛樂設施都關閉了，衹有那個年代那條街是開放的。有種被騙的感覺，既然全關了就不要放在酒店介紹裏面啊，把這些當做賣點，結果遊客來住酒店卻告知什麼都關閉了。
環境：總體感覺臟亂差，花星級酒店的錢住了一個招待所。帶着長者孩子特意來懷舊，參觀礦山，結果什麼都沒看到，被蚊子咬了一身包。這次旅行住了五六個酒店，就這個懸崖酒店我給了差評，真是差勁至極！

我是升級去的6號樓，還是很驚喜的。畢竟佔了大便宜。設施比較高端，主要是晚上外部環境非常好，很舒適很愜意。有散步活動的廣場和空間。畢竟那裡曾經是礦工生活的小區鎮。我去過貴州至少5次，感覺這裏遊玩還是蠻不錯的，值。人少景美。還有無邊泳池，粉色沙灘，玻璃棧道。都可以送門票的。
