Hotel Butterfly

I decide to book for the Easter weekend (arriving on Friday and leaving on Saturday). The booking of the overnight stay with massage package (I don't remember the name), made close to the date (mea culpa), was a bit complex and in my opinion could be simplified. Some exchanges gave me the idea of ​​a confused communication between the staff which sends the customer back to a bit of inconsistency/lack of clarity... However: Despite the booking made on Thursday for Friday, they managed to organize a massage, dinner, personalization of the room, in a good way and meeting the requests. Specifically: - I requested that the massages be performed separately and not as a couple - I requested a diversified massage - I requested a change to the menu because the partner would not eat a dish - I wrote to anchor love what music he generally listens to my partner, and a bit of our history and the reasons that led us to take this escape from everything... and he knew how to exploit it for a perfect check-in. I have to say he did a lot with little. For example, I wrote that we are oversized and they made us find XXL bathrobes, while the ones we usually find elsewhere are skimpy (in fact we had brought our own), I wrote that my partner doesn't listen to commercial music and the one they put in our room upon arrival was a classic dessert, I said that for health reasons the period was a bit particular and there was attention (you can notice from small things) on this aspect too. When we arrived in the room we were amazed by how large, beautiful, welcoming and romantic it was. Unfortunately the lake view was a little unromantic as there was construction in front of it in this period, which also entails the closure of the restricted traffic zone (so you park 350/400m away). We promised ourselves to return when the work was finished, however it must be admitted that from lying in the tub the view was enjoyable and went beyond the construction site, which remained low. The terrace of the Suite we chose is actually a small balcony (long, but a little narrow), so if you are interested in having and "living", for example for dinner, the external space other rooms are perhaps more suitable. Ask when booking I would say. The tub is very comfortable, larger and softer than we expected, it has side jets and "low" jets that can be operated separately. In total I think there were about 15 of them, three laterals (from the feet) didn't work but you don't even notice. The audio speakers are located in the "head" of the whirlpool, at the top, but unfortunately one of them wasn't working so listening to the TV while we were soaking was difficult. It didn't matter to us, we didn't go there for the first videos. However, turning on the hydromassage made a fan (?) start with a loud and intense noise similar to that of the hairdryer: very relaxing for me (white noise, I would soon sleep there), but for my partner it was annoying

Creepy experience. We arrived at the Hotel Butterfly in the evening after a very long journey. Once we entered the room, we started to settle in when we noticed some fragments of glass on the floor, at the edge of the bed, and layers of dust on the bedside tables. The hot tub, for which we had paid 109 euros, was dirty, in disrepair and with hair everywhere. This in itself was quite shocking, not to mention revolting but it didn't end there. We immediately called customer support for help, but, I must say, we received anything but help! A boy arrived and entered the room with a broom and dustpan and began to collect glass. Absurd! We requested another room, given the unacceptable condition of the one assigned to us. The boy was indisposed, but in the end he provided us with another room. Burned by the experience in the previous room, before settling in, we decided to do a room check (and we did well): we found a pair of dirty men's underwear behind one of the pillows, on the bed. Very angry, after having paid 83 euros for the room plus 109 euros for what was supposed to be a hydromassage tub, we contacted the manager. After 15 minutes he arrived and, without even apologizing or showing embarrassment for what had happened, he rudely asked us to leave. So we found ourselves at 11.30pm having to look for another hotel. The following day we returned to the Butterfly to request a refund, which otherwise would not have been given, since no one had worried about the situation, but in the end we got it. Poor hygiene and ZERO courtesy: it is not possible to pay €192 for a room for one night and find yourself in these conditions. That's all. I don't recommend it.

Everything different from the romantic expectations I found nothing...suite overpaid, unhealthy room with mold on the ceiling, unhygienic bathroom. Total disappoin**ent... the hotel's advertising is a decoy. The only positive note was the kindness of the staff.
