Amazing property with beautiful serenity… we had a great time .. property much better than online photos … food is awesome.. people are always ready to give their best services . Our pet is also properly taken care ..

The room was very comfortable a pleasant stay as well. The amenities and house keeping was also good. People like Alpana, kavindra, santanu. Many more names and faces that made us feel like home. Must recommend once a year.

The property has best scenic lake view to enjoy peaceful stay. Many activities for kids and family to keep them occupied. Music events in the evening is good to enjoy. All staff members in the property are prompt at services. Alpana and Nepalsigh is a kind person to keep you aware about surrounding and places to visit. Also Sunil and Romina were good in kitchen services. Highly recommend this place to everyone.

All staff r very cooperative and polite, helpful...I want mention some names..Mr.Ravi porwal ,Mr.Rajendra, Mr.jagdish, Mr.Suleman ,Mr.Moti, Ms.priya , all r from f&b ..Mr.Radheshyam (h k) Mr.inayat... thank u all of you for tremendous help & cooperation....

Verry good food and everything nice and well arranged especially thanks to Mr. Moti and Mr. Ashok kewat they both are arranging the candle light dinner at pool side view that is amazing surprise for us thanks to all tatsaraa team for making the beautiful memories

All food are amazing and food is very tasty and all staff behaviour is very nice especially restaurant staff very nice are Mr Ashok kewat , Rovi Porwal , Ravi Meena ,Suprava Pradhan and Moti alll are very nice hospitality delivered resort are very nice

Staff behaviour is very very rude. They just answer with their arrogant behaviour. Their high tea menu and taste is worst than a dhaba. Even a tea stall on the roadside knows better hospitality than TATSARAASA’s resorts staff. I recommend never ever book the property you wanna enjoy your stay.
