Mercure Urumqi High-speed Railway Station

Since last year, I have been traveling back and forth from Beijing to Urumqi for business. I have stayed at the Mercure Hotel Guangdong Tower in Urumqi four times. When I checked in for the first time, the hotel had just opened and the facilities were very new. The design of the hotel room is the same as that of the Mercure Hotel in France. It is very warm and feels like home. The soundproofing in the room is very good and it's quiet outside the window. The hotel provides free wifi, the network is stable and the speed is very fast. I really like the small intelligent control in the room, which can control the opening and closing of curtains, screens, lights and TV with voice control. You can also play music, report the weather, etc. The air conditioning temperature in the room is very suitable, warm in winter and cool in summer, and can be adjusted according to personal feeling. The toiletries provided by the hotel are all scented with lavender, which smells great. I have high requirements for toiletries and care products, and the effect of the hotel's toiletries exceeds my expectations. The room will be equipped with two bottles of mineral water every day, as well as instant coffee and tea bags. If it is not enough, you can ask the front desk for replenishment. The smart little robot in the hotel is very cute. It will help you deliver the things you need to the door of your room, and will also interact with you. When it arrives at the door of the room, the robot will call the landline in the room and tell you that it is waiting at the door. There is a small supermarket, breakfast shop and restaurant downstairs, which is very convenient. It is also easy to hail a taxi, and online taxis can drive to the hotel door. The hotel service staff are very enthusiastic and will help open and close the hotel door. While waiting in the lobby, the front desk staff will bring tea. If you need to store your luggage, the hotel provides free storage service. In addition, the hotel currently provides free pick-up and drop-off services, which can be booked in advance if necessary. Overall, the price/performance ratio is very high and it is recommended to stay.

I chose this hotel when traveling to Xinjiang. Although the hotel is not big, it is very modern and clean inside. The breakfast is also good. The front desk service is very dedicated and I am very satisfied.

On my first night in Xinjiang, the girl at the front desk upgraded me to a large suite, two bathrooms, and large floor-to-ceiling windows with a great view. New hotel, clean and comfortable, mattresses are moderately soft and hard. The breakfast is rich in variety, it’s great👍 I will stay here again next time I go to Urumqi

In the Guangdong Building, I booked a guest twin room. The room was quite large, and there was a three-person sofa. The bathroom was smart and the shower water was very large. The bed was also quite comfortable. Breakfast is OK, suitable for business people. During the National Day, the price is 500+, which is quite reasonable. The special toiletries are very fragrant and come with conditioner and body lotion which is very considerate. There are some Cantonese restaurants on the first floor of the shops, and a large specialty store selling Fuding white tea on the other side.

The most satisfying hotel during this trip to Xinjiang. The handsome and beautiful guys at the front desk provided professional and friendly services. The rooms were very clean and the laundry room was very useful. The breakfast was rich and delicious. Those with little luggage can walk to Urumqi Station, and it is also very convenient to take a taxi. highly recommended

The hotel is very new, basically equipped with smart appliances, and a fruit plate and mooncakes are given as a gift when you check in. It is within a 15-minute walk from Urumqi Station. During my stay, it coincided with the National Day holiday and I was lucky to see several local weddings.

The environment of the hotel is very good, the staff are very professional, and the service attitude is also very good. Because I arrived early, the room I originally booked was not packed out, so I was directly upgraded to a room type. The services provided by the hotel are very timely and I am very satisfied.

The guy and girl at the front desk are very welcoming~ The room is relatively clean and tidy, not far from the airport, and it’s a good value for money if you stay for one night~😊

Booked for a friend, the stay experience was good, I will come back to experience it again if I have the opportunity.
