The hotel is very nice. The front desk tayier is very good and enthusiastic. The room is also very clean. The breakfast has Xinjiang characteristics and is very rich. There is free parking and a 24-hour gym. I am very satisfied with every aspect. I will choose this hotel next time I travel.

The hotel is ideal if you are visiting the Expo as is Walking distance. The hotel as such is nice, it was very crowded when we visited due to the Expo next door, however met our expectations. Anna the hotel manager is a star! 🙏 Also the hotel has the beer garden which was an easy way to spent our nights! Need a didi to visit sightseeing areas and the hotel arranged for as a taxi to visit the Tianchi lake!

This youth hostel has excellent hygiene, a real bonus for those who hate the smell of cigarettes. While it's not very crowded during the off-season, the check-in process is still very strict, fully ensuring the safety of guests. Eating is also very convenient. I went to the Yili Kelaixiang breakfast shop on Kashi East Road every day for six days to eat their steamed buns and Ili milk tea. The Silk Road Qingxiang BBQ restaurant next to the youth hostel is also excellent, with great prices and delicious food. For those solo travelers out there, I've tried it for you and won't let you down. The Uyghur girl at the front desk, Xiaotun, was very welcoming, hardworking, and responsible. So here is an English review. I stayed on this hotel over 3 weeks, and I really enjoyed my stay here! The hotel was good location for my work purposes, surrounded with a lot of fancy restaurants . The hotel and rooms itself was very clean and neat. There is a small gym here, I used it frequently. If you don’t like Chinese style breakfast, there is also Western style options, even with cutlery 😁The main thing here is employees , very friendly and helpful. We could communicate with the microsoft translators. The all receptionist were helping with the logistics in general, supporting good stay and helped to navigate around here, suggested to visit beautiful locations around, suggested good restaurants, helped with online shopping, etc. The cleaning lady, (I am sorry I forgot your name) we talked almost every day, and she would ask about my needs, did laundry; the security guards were curious about my life here, and we had always good chat together, the kitchen service workers were helpful for adapt to new food and explaining things about it. In general, I had very positive experiences and memories. If I come back again I will stay here and recommend everyone also stay here.

I met her in person, a very beautiful and enthusiastic Xinjiang beauty sister. I was in a good mood when I saw her! When I left the hotel, I saw her squatting on the ground wiping the stains, which really touched me! Her sincerity and professionalism will surely rise step by step in this industry she loves! The ethnic minority staff in the hotel restaurant will also remind the guests one by one when the meal is about to close. Aunt Li Chunhua, who helped clean my room, knew that I was not feeling well these days, so she would come to clean later and care about me, and help me boil water. In short, it was a very wonderful stay. It felt like home when I came back here after a tiring business trip!

This orange hotel is a new business, with complete facilities, large rooms and very good sound insulation. The underground parking lot is very bright and equipped with charging piles. It was okay to call, but there was no phone in the room. It was a button embedded in the wall. Even if I hung up, I couldn't press it. The beeping sound of disconnection resounded throughout the room. The waitress couldn't figure it out when she came up, so she finally tried to change the room, but the sound could still be heard in the next room, so I suggested that she cover it with a towel or something so that she could rest tonight. I could tell that the young lady was embarrassed, so she took some drinks and snacks from the minibar to apologize to us. But I asked her to make a new room card and send it over. I don’t know if she didn’t understand. She told me to get the electricity card. If she couldn’t swipe the room card after dinner the next morning, she would have to go downstairs and make it again. It's very unprofessional not to give you a new room card. The girl on the day shift made the room card and asked me to write a good review, but she didn't mention it when it was time to hand over the shift. There was no record or note about the faults in my room. If I were a guest who complained and made trouble, wouldn't she take the initiative to write a negative review to me 😂 I’ve written a lot about the second shortcoming, so let’s make it short. There are not many choices for breakfast. There is a problem with the circulation design of the restaurant. There is no one direction for the flow of people. It always feels like you have to bump into others when taking things. It feels weird to turn left or right. Don’t Work hard.
