We arrived Urumqi early in the morning, but we got a surprise coming at the hotel. All the staffs were superx3 nice and helpful.
For check-in, a staff not just gave us a super early checkin, but she also got us an upgrade. Another staff was so patient with us to figure out how to help us for the airport transfer the next day, that she offered us an alarm call and help to call taxi to the airport.
For the room, it is spacious, clean and warmly-looked. The settings is nice and comfortable. Toilet is spacious too, convenient for 2 to use at the same time, which I think good and smart. And finally, the special view to the park in autumn was so peaceful.
For location, the hotel is near several attractions and you can take a taxi to Grand Bazzard with reasonable cost.
Definitely and strongly recommended to anybody who come to Urumqi.

TTraveling green teaOne of the best hostels I’ve stayed at in China — and the best in Xinjiang! Super clean, comfy bed, great shower pressure, and a perfect location close to everything. It was also really quiet — I slept so well, and it’s been a while since I could say that. I wish I could’ve stayed longer. The lockers are huge — you can even fit a big backpack! Free drinking water and laundry are a great bonus too.

AAussie NikThis hotel is top quality. Worthy of 5 star standard. Just built in 2024, everything was brand new. Front desk receptionists were all so professional and hospitable. We felt so at home and comfortable that we stayed for 6nights. We were offered an abundant breakfast, evening tea and late supper. We had 70 inch tv with movie channels. There is a complementary laundry room. The Japanese style toilet was a bonus. Bus stop is across the road. Walking distance to Hong Shan Park, Peoples Park, Xinjiang Museum and Saybad Shopping district. Highly recommend any visitors to Urumqi to this wonderful hotel.

GGuest UserGreat location in that it is near a lot of bus lines where I can take it into the city area to
get to some of the main attractions. Best hostel that I ever stayed at in that they clean the rooms frequently and
that it is new and modern. They have a nice lounge room where you can sit down and some of the workers like to
play music at night where it livens up the place. Also has another lounge room where you can sit down and do things
like using your laptop. The only bad thing I didn't like about being at this hostel which is through no fault of their own
was just dealing with these 2 guest that wasn't the most pleasant. One of the guest that was staying there that had this personality
where he seemed kinda of stuckup and looks down on other people. I feel like I was not on the same page as him when talking about things.
And then there was this baldheaded older guy in the red shirt that is from Taishan in Guangdong province that kept bothering me and asking me
if I had taken a shower or wash my clothing and behaves like he looks down on people. He's kind of noisy too where he kind of prys into other

Clean, spacious ,comfortable. the room is modern and somewhat looks futuristic. even small details are designed for comfort such as mirror with extra light on it, anti-slip bathroom mat, clear label on lights switch on/off so guest know what button for what lights, automatic night light turn on when guest wake up at night to go to washroom to ensure guest can see the walking path (been travelling for 6.5months and these are items that are almost never seen even in big hotel chain).
the receptionist team are also warm and welcoming. Special thank you to Xiao Xia and Noor who help with my check in and extend my stay.
Reasonable price, even offer discount on 2nd night (different person offer different discount, so i choose the best offer.lol)
This place also close by to many eateries and 4minutes walking to bus stop where multiple buses stop there (i.e.there is bus from airport to here, i.e.take metro and change to bus. the bus will stop here).
Convenient for solo traveller who rely on public transport to explore the surrounding (download 百度 or AMAP application to see route and bus timing in real time.百度is better though).
They are also available a wechat away for any questions or recommendations that you'd like to know.
Delicious breakfast!! Still thinking about it. taste like home cooking style.

Need to reserve the airport pick-up a day before arrival and clarify regarding the location for pick-up in the airport. Urumqi airport is huge. I was confused with pick-up location, went to arrival gates instead of departure gate where the hotel pick-up was. Otherwise, the breakfast was great with many choices. There are lots of restaurants and small night market around hotel for meals

I wanted to use this place as the starting point and end of the whole trip to Beijiang, but there are always some places that make the guests very **, unacceptable, I am a senior student, with an 11-year-old brother, and a friend, A total of three people traveled together, and on the day of 4.29 they had presented their original ID card, their brother's ID card number, and their mother's ID number and mobile phone number. The first time I was in Xinjiang, it was understandable that the investigation of minors was strict, but when I checked in on the 4th, it was already more than 12 o'clock in the night, and the hotel actually proposed to dial my mother's phone number to verify the relevant information. It is more unreasonable. During the past six days and five nights in Xinjiang, this hotel needs to record my mother's ID card and mobile phone number for record and even phone verification; I would like to ask, if I check in at two o'clock, do I still need to contact my mother? Can you verify your identity from the home address bar of the ID card? In the ”five must”, if we are in a suspicious situation, should we report to the public security organ except to contact the rest of the family guardian? Even in my many mentions, 29 nights have been checked in, the front desk staff did not think of solving the problem for us, actually the punishment day did not call the staff! It is simply unreasonable!
As a service industry, what is the important thing? Is it an unhuman indifference rule written on white and black? Or do you have to stand in the customer's perspective and help customers solve problems? In all this, I think the service quality of the hotel still needs to be discussed!

KKevan KeeganAlthough from outside the hotel does not present an attractive face, the room was very nice and the very plain small lobby very friendly and efficient.
Hotel location is however excellent being less than ten minutes from metro station and one stop from Grand Bazaar, where there is so much to see, do and eat. I went there every night!
Unfortunately the metro does not yet go to the main Urumqi fast train station (I arrived from Turpan) even though station signs point to the metro station it is not yet open. It was though very easy to reach the airport by metro in 45 minutes.
I found that the best way to get to the excellent Xinjiang Museum is to take metro four stops to Nanhu Square, and after enjoying Nanhu Lake Park, get a taxi / Didi to the Museum. It takes 15 minutes and costs about ¥20/25. The museum is free and I did not need to queue or pre-book for a ticket.
There is no power switch inside the door where usually you place your key card. So not clear how to cut off room electricity when leaving unless firmest switch off in more than ten switches around the room!
Bed was very large and comfortable and huge TV had all the channels…once you discover that - among the many light switches on both sides of the bed - there is one labelled TV and without this neither of the two remotes will switch on the TV!
The shower was a little out of date but effective, though the hot water was not really that hot.
The breakfast on the top floor was a really good Chinese buffet although coffee was from a machine and very average. One morning fresh wanton were prepared by a chef.

The hotel environment is elegant and simple, the facilities in the room are thoughtful and comprehensive, from the staff to the robot delivery service, every detail reveals the ingenuity of modern design, and the city view outside the window silently tells the prosperity and tranquility here.
Breakfast is a wonderful prelude to the day. Under the warm yellow light in the restaurant, the dining table is filled with steam, and there are Xinjiang-style milk tea and yogurt, as well as freshly cooked noodles and fresh fruits. The waiter asked softly, ”Do you want another cup of milk tea?”, with a smile that showed the vitality of the early morning. This kind of thoughtfulness makes people feel the care that goes beyond food.
The hotel is located on Wenhua Road in the People's Square business district, within walking distance of the century-old cultural street. Take a stroll to the South Gate in the afternoon, where you will see three cultural relics protection buildings standing quietly. The time accumulated between the bricks and tiles and the aroma of baked buns wafting through the streets and alleys form a unique urban rhythm. If you want to explore further, you can reach the International Grand Bazaar and Red Mountain Park in ten minutes by taxi. Climb up and overlook the snow-capped top of Bogda Peak and the sunset, and your mind will be broadened.
The most unforgettable thing is the ”human touch” here. When checking in, the girl at the front desk handed me two bottles of mineral water, and the words “Thank you for your hard journey” were as warm as returning home; when leaving, the sincerity in the waiter’s eyes as he waved goodbye made this brief stay full of friendship.
If journey is poetry, then this is the station where the poetry takes root - unobtrusive but soothing, using the warmth of a bowl of hot soup, the scenery through a bright window, and the sincerity of a group of people to turn a foreign land into a place of peace of mind.
