The train station is a 15-minute walk away. The hotel service is very good. The hotel allows you to directly purchase gondola charters and customize motor tours according to your own schedule. The prices are clearly marked. I think it is more convenient than finding it yourself. I added 50 euros to upgrade to a loft. It is very convenient to stay with children. The service is also very good. The breakfast is OK. There are simple meals in the small buffet. I only stayed for one night, but the overall experience was good.

Even though we checked in after 9pm, the front desk greeted us with a smile and showed us to our room, providing a very hospitable service. We had requested a room with two single beds, but they upgraded us to a quadruple room for free because they had forgotten to prepare the room. We were happy to be able to stay in a larger room than we expected. We were also happy that there was a wide variety of breakfast options.
There are drinks prepared in the refrigerator in the room, but if you start drinking, you will be charged from €3, so we recommend buying your favorite drink and drinking it.

The location of this hotel is very good, very close to Saint-Cyprus train station, only 5 minutes walk away, very convenient. The room facilities are a bit old, and there is no charger at the bedside. The shower in the bathroom is a bit small, there is a balcony, and the room is quite large.
The breakfast is a standard continental breakfast, with milk, coffee, and bread. The scrambled eggs are super delicious, highly recommended

Close to Piazzale Roma, you dont need to carry you lagguges so far if you park your car on Municipale Parking or Tronccetto or if you travel by train you dont need cross even this one bridge :) . Hotel is on via Spagna is commercial street so crowded but is close to Ferrovia. Hotel is in old building Pallacco in Venetian Style. Rooms are in Venetian Style also, cossy, but on minimum, in fotos it looks little beter. Aroud you have all you need shops, restaraunts, etc, so no problem, Vapporetto Stop is just right the corner. To Piazzale San Marco is about 40 minutes (via Realto), or 50 minutes (via Academia) by foot, even beter by foot than via Vaporetto, you vist Venezia. Hotel service is very nice and helpful, breakfast is very good and has a lot of meals.

Location is excellent as it is less than 10 minutes walk to the Santa Lucia Venezia train station. You can find food everywhere below the hotel and also supermarket just few few hundred steps from the hotel entrance. The grand canal is just 3 minutes walk from the hotel. Breakfast is provided on optional basis. Only thing is there is no lift to the hotel lobby on the 1st floor and smaller and lighter luggage is recommended. Overall we love the place because of location, convenience and also value for money

I do appreciated that the hotel upgraded my room. It’s such a big, clean, quiet, and luxury room. It’s also close to the river sothat you can see the river view directly. The location is so good, you can you go anywhere by feet or by public boat. The gentle man any beautiful mrs at front desk are so…o kind, nice, patient, and friendly. They will show you all around the Venice through the map. The breakfast is also. A beautiful girl, she can say a little Chinese. I do recommend this hotel! Nothing bad.

Hotel was just next to the railway station which is very convenient for travelers who have heavy luggages. There is no need to climb the bridge with the luggages also. But there is no slipper or kettle in the room. The room can hear noises from the pavement and restaurants next to the hotel

This is the first time I write a review on Ctrip. I'll say that when you are away from home, don't be too hypocritical, and don't ask and expect too much. But this time I can't help but tell the truth. Let's talk about the price first. 1. The standard large room of this hotel is more than 4,000 yuan per night. This room type is enough for two people. After arriving at the hotel, we still asked how much it would cost to upgrade to a better room, and the front desk receptionist took us to see two upgraded rooms with different decoration styles, but it would cost about 350-400 euros. In the end, we gave up because of the price and felt it was not worth it. In addition to the larger space, although there is a sea view, it is not a floor-to-ceiling window. 2. The design style is dark. I personally think that this hotel should be suitable for young people under 25 years old who are avant-garde in art. It is a personalized design boutique hotel. For other business travelers with high comfort requirements/poor eyesight or older people, forget it, because it is really a bit dark, a bit dark, and the practicality of various buttons in the room is really a bit brain-consuming. It is more recommended to choose a chain brand five-star hotel). At least those brands are more mature in operation, the service is also very professional, and the courtesy is more diverse. 3. The reception is not good enough. There is no pick-up service. This is a hotel on the main island. If you come here, you can book a water taxi ticket at the airport (140 euros for two people, a special boat, 20-30 minutes to get off at the hotel door, it is quite smooth.), but you will be very embarrassed when you leave the hotel. Anyway, we are going to Lucia Railway Station to take 🚞 to Milan. The hotel staff did not provide any service to help us see off. You know, guests like us from the ”Eastern Tang Dynasty” have several suitcases and have to travel through several cities. We dragged several heavy luggage all the way, and there were 5-6 bridges on the cobblestone road and 20 minutes of walking. Oh my God! Where is the decency of staying in a boutique hotel? ! ! It's really ironic! ! As a hotel of this price on the island, a representative hotel, it is marked as the No. 1 luxury hotel in Venice on Ctrip... It really made me feel very, very bad. 3. I am quite satisfied with the hotel breakfast. You have to order a set meal on the spot, which is freshly made and not self-service, probably to avoid waste. As shown in the picture, the drinks, water, snacks, etc. in the mini bar in the room are all free. 4. If you are a little superstitious, you don’t have to choose this hotel, because the standard room is a sky view room, which is really depressing, with insufficient light, and dark style design. I almost brought my own black magic. There is also an art installation in the corridor at the door of my room. As shown in Figure 1, there are all kinds of monsters moving in a pool of mud... Just think about it and your stomach will tremble! When we checked in, we were very nervous, and we could only stay in this state of mind. The reason why I have such a long talk is to avoid many compatriots from stepping on thunder. In fact, Venice is very small. One day on this island is enough for you to play. It is similar to you visiting an ancient town in China, but the architectural scenery in Europe is more outstanding. There is no need to stay on this main island. Leave more time to other fun cities!

Very Good
GGuest UserWhat a fabulous hotel perfectly located a block from the Grand Canal and close to both the Rialto Bridge and St Marks Square.
The receptionists are outstanding and answered all of our many questions with comprehensive answers, patience and respect. Can’t rave enough about them.
The rooms are even prettier than indicated on line, with plush bedding, a large bathroom and plenty of space.
Breakfast was convenient and offered a large variety of choices. Service was also exceptional.
Without question - you will enjoy this full service hotel. As a bonus, there is also an elevator so you don’t have to lug your suitcase up the stairs.
GGuest UserIt was my first solo trip to Italy. I have never stayed in any hostel ever. At first I was super scared but one of the best experience I had. Everyone at the reception was so very helpful. They helped me plan my trip. Rooms were super clean. Great bathroom. Kitchen, bar everything is there. It's 1 minute walk from Venice Mestre railway station and 20 minutes from Venezia Santa Lucia by bus. You have both options. Train would be more easy. You can Roam around at night. I wish I could stayed more. The price is pretty cheap in comparison to Florence and Rome. It's the best. Go to the Main door which is exactly shown in the picture unlike me , I was standing at the backdoor and calling for directions. 🥴🥴
AAnonymous UserLeonardo Royal is located just 10 mins walk from the bus and train station making it an easy and convenient place to stay. Rooms are clean and bathroom is spacious. The reception also taught me an easier path to walk behind the hotel parallel to the train tracks for a smooth path to walk with my luggage to the bus station to go to the airport. Breakfast spread was good. it's my 3rd time staying here. Happy to recommend.
IIkaamiraLove it! The hotel is directly in front of the Venice Mestre Station, so convenient. Staff was really good, room is super clean and spacious. Just a walk away theres this halal food which is delicious!
It is also directly in front of a bus station to go to Venice (where we took the gondola ride)
Everything is very convenient
GGuest UserThe hotel services and facilities are good, relatively new, much better than the expensive and old hotels on the main island of Venice. There are several conditions, if you meet them, I recommend you to stay here: 1. You have a lot of luggage and are willing to spend money on water taxis. I contacted the hotel repeatedly before, and the hotel said that you need to book a package to provide free airport pick-up and drop-off services. So I booked a package price package of more than 9,000 on the official website, but the hotel ignored my airport pick-up reservation at all. So I chose an ordinary reservation of more than 5,000 (duplex king-size bed room, two nights), and spent 240 euros on a taxi (including round trip). It seems expensive, but after all, I have a lot of luggage and I can go back and forth freely. The taxi goes directly to the hotel door, how convenient. 2 Because I live in Murano Island, I am willing to enjoy the tranquility and beauty of Murano Island most of the time. It takes 50 minutes to take an ordinary cruise from the hotel door to San Marco. The cabin is very hot and sunny in summer. We stayed for three days, and we only went to San Marco on one day, and the rest of the time was in Murano Island. Although Murano Island does not have many attractions, it is less crowded and quiet, and the experience is very good.
To be fair, the hotel is still good, and I am willing to go again.
GGuest UserIt wasn't great visit for us. We just came im to our hotel when we saw water leaking from air conditioner while making loud noise from electrocity. We called the reception, and man came to ”fix” it.
We went touring and still the same day when we came back it happend again. Again someone came to fix it but couldn't do anything about the noise. Also we were told that they can't give us different room because ”they are full” but when they saw our dissatisfaction suddenly the different room was found... 🙃
The area (Mestre) seems dangerous, full of eastern immigrants. Especially in the night you don't feel safe.
GGuest UserIt was a nice experience overall. There is a €3.60 city tax per person per night that's added on and can only be paid in cash which was inconvenient. There is tea/coffee provided in the room, however, they also charge to refill them if you use any. Breakfast is an extra €5 per person and breakfast lasts less than 3 hours (7am-9:45am) which is a bit inconvenient if you want to sleep in or if you have to get up early. The desk staff is moderately friendly. When we first arrived they weren't too friendly but the evening and check out attendants were nicer. The room is pretty small and really only enough room to eat around the perimeter of the bed. The bathroom is decently sized, however, the shower didn't have a door so water pools out onto the floor unless you huddle close to the shower head and even then... The TV is very small and not easily seen if you are vision impaired. My biggest complaint, however, is how hard the bed was. There's little to no cushion on the mattress. I woke up both mornings I was there and had back and hip pain (I'm 28 yrs old in relatively good physical condition). It is close to sleeping on the floor. There was a closet with a nice amount of space to put our things. There is also am elevator to access the floors which was convenient on days that we walked a ton. The lobby is nice and clean and has some seating areas. We did not explore the bar or breakfast areas. The hotel itself is located near the water bus station for easy access to Venice. It is also on a strip of shops and restaurants. Granted most things on the island of Lido do close early and a lot of them are temporarily closed but still marked as open on Google maps. Plan accordingly and call places ahead of time. I've included pictures of the bathroom which was overall nice, however, I didn't take pictures of the bedroom as it was small and hard to get a good angle.
GGuest UserWe arrived at the most expensive hotel (AU$1600 for 3nts, 2 adults) we had ever stayed at, there was no lift to our room on the 1st floor.
I struggled to carry 2 suitcases with no assistance from the gentleman in reception up to the 1st-floor room. This would be very difficult if we were older & unable to carry our cases.
The wi-fi didn't work in the bedrooms only in the public areas - even though we were told it would.
The bedroom had multiple squashed mosquitos on the walls next to the bed.
The lace curtain had a couple of cigarette burns on it.
The bedcover had a cigarette burn on it.
The telephone handset cable was not connected to the .telephone - I tried to fix it but it wouldn't stay in the socket.
The safe was not working.
The instructions to use the safe were so old & worn out you couldn't read them.
The shower wouldn't work properly, so I had to call the person in reception to assist us in getting it working.
You had to get out of the shower cubicle to retrieve shower gel/shampoo/soap. There was nowhere in the shower to put these items. There was no room in the shower at all. I moved the stool in the bathroom to put my shower gel on it & two legs fell off the stool.
The toilet roll holder wouldn't hold the toilet roll and it kept falling off.
The bathroom bin was broken and filthy
The breakfast ran until 10 am, the bread ran out & was not replaced & this was before 9 am.
I am a travel agent & book many guests to stay in cities around the world including Venice
I was upset that this hotel was an extremely poor standard and felt like it ruined the end of my beautiful holiday in Italy.
We would be extremely grateful if you could offer us a credit for our next hotel booking with trip.com, we are in the process of booking our November Asia tour.
Kindest regards
AAnonymous UserVery good experience in this hotel. The very large and clean room. The staff very careful and have gluten-free food. Furthermore, it is very close to the Academia bridge that crosses the great channel. They also have a restaurant in the same hotel. I therefore recommend it 100%.
