Venice Hotels with Pools

A luxurious hotel in the heart of Venice! Perfect service, excellent breakfast, responsive staff! We liked it very much! Recommend everyone!

The hotel is dreamy. Although it is not on the main island of Venice, you can easily reach St. Mark's Square by taking the hotel's private ferry. The hotel has a beautiful garden.

The hospitality was excellent; they were very accommodating even though I only spoke basic English. You can only book a reservation by phone or by going directly to the front desk, but I highly recommend using the shuttle service for airport transfers. It's €15 for two people one-way and gets you to and from the airport quickly. In other cities, it's common to pay over €10 per person and take over an hour to get from the airport to the hotel, but this hotel is less than a 10-minute ride. Getting to Venice is also very convenient, taking about 20 minutes by bus. The public road to the bus stop is a bit difficult to walk on, though. The interior design is quite stylish and very clean. There isn't a refrigerator, but the air conditioning works great, and I enjoyed the wide variety of teas among the amenities. Even without the 'rose-tinted glasses' of Venice's own charm, this was a fantastic hotel.

Beautiful hotel on a beautiful island. Room was big and clean with little view of the lagoon. Staff in the reception was helpful and we got a complimentary ride to visit the glass factory on Maurano Island. Really enjoyed our dinner by the seaside restaurant with the beautiful sunset. Highly recommend this hotel to those who visit Venice.

The room's location was decent, but since it's not on the main island, we had to pay €15 per person daily for the hotel shuttle boat. Also, the hotel provides NO complimentary drinking water! NO complimentary drinking water! NO complimentary drinking water! A small bottle of water costs €6, and there's nowhere nearby to buy any. If you don't want to fall into this trap, choose this hotel carefully! On our first night, I messaged the hotel asking how to get there by boat but received no reply. We ended up taking a public ferry and then lugging our luggage across a bridge. For guests who aren't strong, it's best to confirm arrival methods in advance! The most outrageous part was being overcharged €48 upon checkout. They charged me for another room's bill (my room number ended in 0, theirs in 6). The signatures were completely different, but they didn't even check. It took ages, and they had an attitude like they were doing me a favor by finally letting me leave. Absolutely ridiculous!

The bus driver who picked us up in the evening was incredibly rude; I wouldn't even give him one star for service. We'd pre-booked the shuttle service and had already been charged online, with the order showing as confirmed. However, for some reason, we couldn't access the bus ticket page – it kept showing an error. Perhaps it was because we were using a German SIM card, or maybe there was an issue with the hotel's website (we tried again after leaving the hotel the next day, and it worked fine). But at the time, the bus driver was really difficult, you know? We tried repeatedly to explain and show him the order confirmation page, but he just said it wasn't his fault, that he didn't care about our reasons, and he only looked at the ticket page. His impatient tone and glare would have made anyone lose their cool. So, my husband got into an argument with him. I tried to de-escalate, telling him I understood it was his job and not his fault, but before I could finish, he pointed his finger at my nose, stared me down, and loudly declared, 'Yes, madam, it's all your fault!' Then he got back into the driver's seat and started muttering to himself in Italian, but in a way that sounded insulting. At that point, I lost it too. We flew all the way to Milan and took a train to Venice specifically not to deal with such attitudes. Can't there be special treatment for special circumstances? I believe such people are rare, but this one incident definitely ruined our vacation to some extent. The bus driver who dropped us off in the morning was excellent. Faced with the same issue, he let us on the bus and even said that these things sometimes happen, proving how different people can be. Now, about the hotel: it's about a 20-minute walk from the train station, so it would be more suitable if you're driving. The internal facilities are decent; the well-equipped kitchen was my favorite part. However, one toilet wouldn't flush, the shower temperature fluctuated between hot and cold, and the soundproofing was poor, likely due to it being a wooden building. The hotel has a pool, an internal shop, and a restaurant. The surroundings are quite isolated, with nothing to do nearby besides farmland and residential areas. The front desk staff provided excellent service.

Ho soggiornato al Green Garden e la struttura si è confermata un'ottima scelta per chi cerca tranquillità. L'hotel si trova in una posizione strategica e molto silenziosa, ideale per riposare lontano dal caos. Le camere sono accoglienti, ben curate e offrono una bellissima vista sul giardino interno, che è il vero fiore all'occhiello della struttura. È stato un piacere svegliarsi e poter fare una passeggiata nel verde appena fuori dalla stanza. Il personale è stato molto cordiale e disponibile nel fornire indicazioni sui dintorni. Un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo

Lovely hotel , very handy for airport. Nice touch to provide water and croissants to guests on welcome. Nice outdoor space with loungers by the pool, pool too icy to swim in though.. nice high ceilings in superior rooms and comfortable beds. We were impressed with the breakfast, lots of choice for continental, eggs too, a lot of effort gone to. As upper floor to room was quite hot either air con or a fan up there as standard would have made it perfect.
