Venice Hotels with Parking

We arrived at the Opia Hotel on the morning of March 18. The hotel is in a good location, not far from the train station. When we arrived at the hotel, it was already check-in time. The guy at the front desk took the initiative to store our luggage for us. When we arrived at the hotel in the afternoon, he helped us deliver our luggage to the room. The service was very good. The hotel's breakfast was rich and varied. The hotel's facilities, hygiene and environment were all very good. If I come again in the future, I will stay here again.

Staff was courteous and very friendly - especially the woman at breakfast. Room was clean and very large with a nice bathroom. Only negative was the lack of a free shuttle to and from the airport Would definitely recommend to other travelers

We love the hotel room, it’s so spacious, clean and beautiful 😍 However, the location is not the best, it’s 18 minutes walk from the train station and still have to take another train ( 2 stops) to Venice. Initially we thought the hotel will provide free shuttle service, but we were only told that our package is not included with the shuttle service and need to pay 20 euro per person for one way in order to use the shuttle service. This is a very small villa and I think they are short of staff to work? There’s only one receptionist when we first arrived, and when he directed us to the wrong room, he tapped the door and someone was inside??? He later then told us it’s a wrong room. When we came back at night, there are no receptionist at the counter ( we waited for 5-10 mins and rang the counter bell). We were so surprised that the cleaner that cleaned our room did not top up water for us, and didn’t even replace new glasses/ wash our glasses? The used glasses were remained on the same spots. Overall I think we mainly enjoyed the room, but mainly not there for service or if you need to travel out to Venice.

Overall, I'm very satisfied! The only minor issue is that the bus from the city's train station to the hotel stops running at 9 PM, which is quite early. A taxi wasn't too expensive, costing 15 Euros. However, there's a convenient direct bus service between the main island and the train station. You can buy bus tickets at the hotel front desk; I recommend buying a couple extra. Otherwise, it can be a hassle if the ticket machines in the city are broken or there are long queues. Breakfast was quite good, but the windows couldn't be opened, so I kept seeing dust and lint floating around in the room. This seems to be a common problem with hotels where you can't open the windows.

The hotel is very well located, with a bus stop just a 3 minute walk away and the train station about 8 minutes walk. There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The hotel is clean, and the reception staff are friendly and helpful. The room itself was decent; however, the shower stall was extremely small and quite difficult to move around in. I’m not sure if this was specific to my room or typical across the hotel. Breakfast was simple but satisfactory. As the breakfast area is relatively small, guests are asked to choose a time slot, usually around 40 minutes which is generally enough time to eat comfortably.

A good place to stay in Venice cheaply. The location is pretty well connected and i strongly recommend taking an independent bus, rather than their shuttle bus service - they drop you off by a busy road and the walk to Venice is not much shorter than the 20min one that you take from the Hotel to a bus stop (and it’s cheaper). I found it very disappointing that my message I sent 2-3 days before my stay with questions, was never read or answered. The room has all needed amenities, and is overall comfortable, however the only table is outdoors. The on-site shop is convenient, with prices not too racked up, so very reliable. However the Hotel restaurant is disappointing. We ordered a pizza and a kids menu burger and fries - the pizza was very average, but the burger was actually just the meat patty and fries?? While it was clearly called a burger on the menu. Additionally, it was neither cheap, or fast service. I’d say this is a good place to stay for a short trip to Venice, especially on the budget, but would not recommend using their extra amenities such as the restaurant or bus.

We stayed here because we booked a cruise departing from Venice. This is a great hotel for that purpose; the room is spacious and the beds are comfortable. We had a good rest for the upcoming day. Despite it being 34 degrees Celsius outside, we slept well thanks to the general air conditioning system. The breakfast was excellent and featured local products. The bar closes at 11 PM, which was a bit disappointing. You can watch the World Cup here. Smoking is allowed on the outdoor terrace with a beer. The staff is very friendly. We parked our car here for long-term parking until after our cruise, and the rate was very reasonable. You can take a taxi to the Cruise Terminal for 35 euros.

The room isn't big, but it's very clean. The front desk staff were warm and welcoming. The bus stop right outside is really convenient for getting to the main island, and there are lots of Chinese restaurants nearby. My only minor complaint is that it's still quite cold, and the heated towel rail was turned off.

The hotel is a good hotel with a living room, bed and mattress with very comfortable couchs, large and spacious bathroom, and a tent used in the bathroom instead of a glass wall/box that would be more presentable. Improved breakfast, little choice and variety...and lack of electric toast and bread to make a toast.

I like the room and the service provided like I need to open alcohol bottle. The staff is very helpful and finish it in short time but the toilet sink was blocked and I could handle it.
