GGuest UserThe staff were friendly and greeted us with a smile. The room overlooked the harbor, was clean, and the amenities were excellent. They even delivered lip balm and chocolates in the evening, which really showed their hospitality. The breakfast was delicious, and the stay was comfortable and relaxing. I highly recommend this hotel if you're ever in Venice.

YYiyiyi999The room facilities and hygiene are all good; the staff's service attitude is very good, polite and thoughtful, and they even offer free drinks; the new hotel's facilities are indeed more fashionable and novel, with a sense of technology and modernity, so I used voice to avoid typing. The result is comfortable and pleasant ; The air-conditioning in the hotel lobby is very sufficient and powerful, making it cool and comfortable to travel in the summer of Italy🇮🇹 in August; the breakfast is OK; the location is very good, very close to shopping malls and business districts, and many major attractions are within walking distance. The safety factor is high; a pleasant stay experience, worthy of being a new five-star hotel with high ratings. For your reference only.

The hotel and room are very good. Free shuttle was provided between hotel and San Marco at the time of my visit. The staff is very helpful and handle my request promptly. I also enjoy the time in blue bar which has excellent service and food. Highly recommended.
