Anonymous UserThis hotel is located on Venice's main island, just a few minutes' walk from the train station, which is incredibly convenient for travelers with luggage – highly recommend! The breakfast selection is limited, offering basic coffee, drinks, and bread. The front desk staff were very warm and attentive, patiently answering all our questions and assisting with luggage storage.

Guest UserA bit of a vintage hotel and no personal bathroom but I liked the retro vibe and the service was great!

Location very near to train station, good for us with heavy luggages.
Horrible experience to have to use own room private toilet, which is not in our room, but located at our upper floor…
Toilet is extremely small, even for Asian, just wonder how European can fit into this toilet.
Ss the toilet is extremely small, the shower curtain will stick to your body all the time while you are showering.
In our room, no toilet available but there is a complete kitchen. However, there isn’t any cooking utensils, cup, plate, or even simple kettle there.
Your information about local hotel tax is €2 / pax, but the counter lady was trying to collect €3.50 instead!
Very terrible experience and we stopped bathing and plan to bathe only in Milan …

This is a really lovely little hotel. It's small but perfectly formed, and the reception is just down the road at another hotel. It's the perfect place for a short stay of one or two nights, especially since it's really close to the train station. We were very grateful that they let us in at 1am. The beds were comfortable and clean, and the staff were helpful. The breakfasts are really good too, especially when you consider the Italian norm of just espresso and croissants.

Not only was the room very small for its price, but on top of that, they charged extra for the city tax( not what was mentioned on trip.com)
The worst part, especially for a freelancer, was the awful internet connection. Since the rooms are in different buildings, the Wi-Fi was unreliable, which completely ruined my experience as someone trying to work and travel at the same time.

Very good location, 5-10 min walk from bus station, right on the bank of the Grand Canal, easy to get to. We booked private bathroom and the room was pretty decent for a 2 star hotel. The breakfast was varied and the the wifi was reliable.
There were some issues with the electric power, but the staff was helpfull.
All in all, a decent stay for a decent price.

The hotel has an excellent location, about 200 meters from the Rialto Bridge, making it convenient for exploring the city on foot and also close to the Rialto boat stop.
The hotel is ”spartan.” We had a triple room; the room was small, and the bathroom didn't have a bidet. The bathroom was small, but it had a comfortable shower. The beds weren't the most comfortable; I think the mattresses were a bit dated, especially the one on the ”campina,” which was the third bed in the room. Breakfast is available at the hotel for €5 per person, and includes orange juice, a small sandwich, a croissant, jam, and a tub of Nutella. A hot drink (coffee/cappuccino or other beverage) is also included.
The hotel is clean and the staff are friendly.
Overall, for the price paid, I'd say it's definitely worth it for 2-3 nights.

First off, don't expect a star-rated hotel experience; this is a no-service accommodation. If you're used to staying in hostels, you'll find a private room like this to be perfectly suitable. You pick up your key with your name on it from the front desk yourself to check in. The main gate code is 8910.
It's only a 10-minute walk to the main attractions of St. Mark's Square and very close to the pier, which I found to be incredibly convenient.

Tee LLWhen we reached, the reception told us that due to unforeseen circumstances, the room that we've booked ( with shared toilet)wasn't available and he offered us another room with private toilet with extra xx€ ( I forgot how much was it) but I refused to pay extra. In the end the reception gave us a free upgrade.
It was written that I should had paid 1.x euro at the hotel but the receiption asked to pay 2€ without giving me a receipt
The room was clean. The location was good. Close to eating places and supermarkets and train station. Travellers with luggages should choose this location. Facing the canal and station is at the back, turn left and after some minutes of walks the hotel is found.
