"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with everything I needed for a pleasant stay.
The location is excellent, close to many attractions and easy to get around. I also really enjoyed the amenities and the overall atmosphere of the hotelâit felt welcoming and relaxing.

From the moment we arrived, the hotel impressed us with its elegant Venetian charm, rich history, and impeccable service. The staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, making us feel cared for throughout our short but memorable stay. Our room was beautifully appointed, combining classic Venetian style with modern comfort. It was comfortable, well maintained, and thoughtfully preparedâperfect for relaxing after exploring the city. The attention to detail and cleanliness were excellent. The hotelâs location is unbeatable, just steps away from St. Markâs Square, making it incredibly convenient to explore Venice while still enjoying a sense of calm and refinement inside the hotel. Despite the brief stay, Baglioni Hotel Luna delivered a truly luxurious and authentic Venetian experience. Timeless elegance, exceptional hospitality, and a prime location make this hotel highly recommended. We would absolutely return on our next visit to Venice.

We had a great experience staying at this hotel! Although it's rated as a three-star property, keep in mind that itâs three stars in Veniceâwhich is definitely not the same as a three-star elsewhere. The charm and quality here exceeded our expectations. You wonât find a lot of reviews about this hotel, but I did come across a YouTube vlog by a mother who shared her family stay here. She said it was a really good choiceâand she turned out to be absolutely right! We booked a Prestige Room with Canal View and specifically requested Room 101, which we saw on TikTok or YouTube (can't recall exactly where). The photos already impressed us, but the reality was even better. The ceiling was much higher than expected, which gave the room a beautiful, airy feel. The hotel still shows older pictures online, with an outdated TV, but we were happy to find a newer TV already installed. The amenities were excellentâtruly some of the best Iâve experienced in a hotel of this category. Breakfast was on the smaller side, but absolutely sufficient. The cakes and pastries were quite decent, and having them in such a beautiful, old-style interior made it feel like we were stepping back in timeâin the best way possible. A huge shoutout to the staff, who were all genuinely kind and accommodating. We felt their hospitality in even the smallest gestures, and it was very much appreciated. Lastly, the location is unbeatableâjust a short walk from the Rialto Bridge, close to everything. Being so near the heart of Venice made it easy to go out and explore, then return to rest and recharge. It's also conveniently close to shopping areas, which is a nice bonus. All in all, this hotel was a hidden gem. If you're looking for a stay that combines charm, comfort, location, and authentic Venetian vibes, this is a fantastic choice. That mother on YouTube was rightâit really is a great choice!

It feels like I have discovered hidden gems. The surroundings are so beautiful, and the service of the hotel is superb. Preserving the exterior of the classic hotel, the interior has been renovated modernly. My mom uses a wheelchair, and the hotel gave the wheelchair user the best room. Also, I would like to compliment the chef who prepared the breakfast. Fresh and diverse fruits are prepared more than the famous four-star hotel, and the food is all delicious. Offering luxurious service for the price, this hotel is comparable to the name of a villa. This hotel is far from a train station, bus terminal, and public parking lot, but it is close to the airport, dock, and beach. We stayed in Venice for 18 nights and 19 days because my mom is sick, and if you are a traveler who can afford time like us, you'd better stay at Lido Island, travel to the surrounding islands, and enjoy the beach through this hotel.

The place is very nice and clean and the shuttle availability on a payment basis is really a time saver. The ambience and facilities are very good. The only issue found is limited availability of kettle or hot water. I would recommend it for people visiting venice.

The hotel has a long history and is located in Venice, which is quite special as you need to take a boat to get there. The hotel facilities feel very old-fashioned and have a strong sense of history. Opening the window reveals the canal below, and you can wave to the houses across the river. The hotel key is very old-fashioned; opening the door requires a bit of skill! đđđđ
