JJJJGAn amazing hotel with great location and wonderful service!! A true gem situated down an alley of one of the famous shopping streets in Venice.
Outstanding location: St. Mark’s square, Grand Canal, Bridge of Sigh’s, all these are key attractions which just within walking distance. More importantly easy access to vaporetto stops which can lead to so many other places in Venice, it’s extremely convenient!
Staff are helpful, friendly, attentive and offering to help us on various matters. Excellent service!
Rooms are clean, well decorated with traditional Venetian features, nice flowery design. The room is big and offering very nice and peaceful garden views.
A great continental breakfast was at the courtyard garden, the atmosphere was so relaxed and enjoyed. It was just the right thing and right place to get a day started.
Great value, simply one of my favorites of all time.

GGuest UserIt was the best hotel we stayed at. The service, facilities, cleanliness, and even the mattress were perfect. I’d give it 5 stars instead of 4. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the room was spotless not a speck of dust anywhere. Most of all, I was impressed every time I walked into the bathroom. It was spacious and beautifully designed. We only stayed one night in Venice, but it was truly the best hotel experience.

Sstarcc100The hotel boasts a fantastic location, right on a high-end shopping street, making it incredibly convenient for exploring on foot. The service is also impeccable; the personalized butler service is excellent, with staff escorting you to your room and handling your luggage. The rooms are generously sized, ensuring a very comfortable night's sleep. The hotel itself is a beautifully renovated mansion. Its grand staircase offers wonderful photo opportunities, and from the rooftop, you can enjoy the refreshing Adriatic breeze while watching a stunning Venetian sunset. A crucial tip for arrival: absolutely do not follow Google Maps! Do not disembark the water bus too early. Instead, take it all the way to 'G-station' (you might need to check previous reviews for the exact name). From there, the hotel is just a very short walk away.

MM255516****The facility is old but all well functional. Anyways this building can be traced back to year 1879.
All the staff are very friendly.
They have upgraded our room because of honeymoon, really appreciate that.
The interior decoration is very vintage and classic.
The breakfast is really out of our expectation.
Overall a very cost effective choice!
Also, the location is great and it is quite near to the train station, no need to take your luggage to cross the bridges!

If you exit Venice Santa Lucia Train Station, you need to take the Line 5.1 water bus (45-50 minutes) to Lido Station.
It takes 17-20 minutes to walk from Lido S.M.E Station. If you have a lot of luggage, such as (2 pieces/more than 2 pieces), it is recommended to call a car directly. It is quite tiring to walk and push the suitcase.
The hotel room I was given this time was very large, enough for 4 people~ I booked a double bed room for 1-2 people online (at that time, a friend was still waiting to decide whether to join)~ In the end, my friend was not able to join~ But the room the hotel gave me had 3 beds (1 double bed + 2 single beds) which was a bit unexpected~ It is more suitable for family travel.
The hotel environment is very good~ Facing the sea and spring flowers blooming.
There is a courtyard, lawn and chairs at the door of the room for rest ~ a strong seaside villa holiday style ~

But I didn't see any slippers. Of course, you have to get water from the minibar ~ and of course you have to buy it yourself ~ This is similar in European hotels. It's within the expected situation.
For breakfast - the overall difference between hotels in Europe with a price range of 1-1.5k/night is not big: mainly Western style - bread, milk, juice, eggs, ham, cheese, coffee... Chinese stomachs have to overcome themselves.
Travel is also quite convenient. If you need to go to the main island or other islands, walk 1.1 kilometers to Lido Station to take the water bus.

GGuest UserI had an absolutely wonderful stay at BW Premier Collection Continental and couldn’t be happier with my experience.
The location is unbeatable — just a five-minute walk from Santa Lucia Train Station, which makes arriving in Venice incredibly easy, especially with luggage. You’re right in the heart of the city while still being able to relax comfortably.
The service was truly impeccable, from reception to room service. Every staff member I interacted with was kind, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. One moment that really stood out: I was allowed to sit on the lobby couch and enjoy a bottle of wine that I hadn’t purchased from the hotel — something that almost never happens. Not only did they allow it, but they brought me glasses and even opened the bottle for me with a smile.
Later, I went to buy more wine from the bar, and even though they had technically just closed, they still served me without hesitation. That level of hospitality really says everything.
Amazing location, outstanding service, and a warm, generous atmosphere. I will definitely come back, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay centrally in Venice while enjoying truly exceptional service.

DDonena WilliamsThis hotel is obviously Old however it is comfortable. I can’t compare it to any of the other hotels there as I haven’t stayed at the others but I will say it has no lift and I was a little concerned how we would get out in the fire. The hallways are long and go round and round like a rabbits Warren.
My overall stay was pleasant and the best thing about it was the awesome breakfast. If you do decide to stay ask for the front terrace rooms I believe they’re not so claustrophobic.

GGuest UserLocated in near the Rialto Bridge and within walking distance of Saint Marcos Square it’s perfect for a budget conscious traveller.
The bedroom was spacious and clean.
I was there during carnival and my only complaint was the noise front the drinks at night but this isn’t something g the hotel can fix.
Breakfast buffet was sumptuous but needed a little more variety for my taste.
