Guest UserIt was the best hotel we stayed at. The service, facilities, cleanliness, and even the mattress were perfect. I’d give it 5 stars instead of 4. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the room was spotless not a speck of dust anywhere. Most of all, I was impressed every time I walked into the bathroom. It was spacious and beautifully designed. We only stayed one night in Venice, but it was truly the best hotel experience.

The hotel boasts a fantastic location, right on a high-end shopping street, making it incredibly convenient for exploring on foot. The service is also impeccable; the personalized butler service is excellent, with staff escorting you to your room and handling your luggage. The rooms are generously sized, ensuring a very comfortable night's sleep. The hotel itself is a beautifully renovated mansion. Its grand staircase offers wonderful photo opportunities, and from the rooftop, you can enjoy the refreshing Adriatic breeze while watching a stunning Venetian sunset. A crucial tip for arrival: absolutely do not follow Google Maps! Do not disembark the water bus too early. Instead, take it all the way to 'G-station' (you might need to check previous reviews for the exact name). From there, the hotel is just a very short walk away.

Stayed here on March 10th and was very satisfied! The hotel is located in the first small alley to the left of the train station, about a 5-6 minute walk. The facade is, as expected, not very large, but the interior is very spacious. The decor is classic in style, with fabric-covered hallways that feel serene and profound. The front desk service was polite and attentive, always ready to help, and the room was cleaned promptly and thoroughly. It's about a 20-minute walk to St. Mark's Square, passing through a bustling commercial area with various enticing shops. Along the way, you see gondolas gliding through the waterways. You might think you've reached a dead end in a narrow alley, only for it to open up unexpectedly, which is full of fun surprises. It's an ideal choice for travel accommodation.

This hotel is in the quiet Lido~
If you exit Venice Santa Lucia Train Station, you need to take the Line 5.1 water bus (45-50 minutes) to Lido Station.
It takes 17-20 minutes to walk from Lido S.M.E Station. If you have a lot of luggage, such as (2 pieces/more than 2 pieces), it is recommended to call a car directly. It is quite tiring to walk and push the suitcase.
The hotel room I was given this time was very large, enough for 4 people~ I booked a double bed room for 1-2 people online (at that time, a friend was still waiting to decide whether to join)~ In the end, my friend was not able to join~ But the room the hotel gave me had 3 beds (1 double bed + 2 single beds) which was a bit unexpected~ It is more suitable for family travel.
The hotel environment is very good~ Facing the sea and spring flowers blooming.
There is a courtyard, lawn and chairs at the door of the room for rest ~ a strong seaside villa holiday style ~
Hotel facilities: Although the room is large:
But I didn't see any slippers. Of course, you have to get water from the minibar ~ and of course you have to buy it yourself ~ This is similar in European hotels. It's within the expected situation.
For breakfast - the overall difference between hotels in Europe with a price range of 1-1.5k/night is not big: mainly Western style - bread, milk, juice, eggs, ham, cheese, coffee... Chinese stomachs have to overcome themselves.
Travel is also quite convenient. If you need to go to the main island or other islands, walk 1.1 kilometers to Lido Station to take the water bus.

OK, breakfast was good, and finally there was fruit freedom. They can provide airport transfers with a total of 15 euros for two people with children.

To sum it up, considering the price, I'm quite satisfied.
I stayed for two nights during the Venice Carnival. It's about a 5-minute walk on flat cobblestones from the waterbus stop. If you're going to Marco Polo Airport, be aware that you'll need to cross a bridge with stairs, and it takes about 15 minutes in total, so it might be tricky if you have a lot of luggage. We actually fell victim to a scam where someone unilaterally 'helped' us with our bags and then demanded money...
There's no elevator, but the staff kindly help with luggage. The staff members were always friendly.
The room was cleaned daily; the sheets were tidied rather than changed. There was a heater next to the toilet and by the window, which was great for drying hand-washed items.
The room's cleanliness was average, with no noticeable dirt.
Amenities included a single bar of soap, and the hairdryer had good power. It felt like a typical two-star hotel.
Regarding breakfast (I'm not sure if it's included for everyone?), I've seen some negative reviews, but considering the accommodation cost, it was excellent. There were several types of delicious bread (toast available) and various jams. What impressed me most was the availability of individually packed olive oil and salts with different salinity levels. Additionally, there was ham, scrambled eggs, several kinds of juice and coffee, cereals, and multiple desserts. The breakfast area always had staff present, clearing tables and replenishing food, keeping it very clean. They even kindly showed me how to use the drink machine.

The room has a beautiful, exotic feel. It's located right in the city center, and the water bus to the airport, as well as water buses for getting around the city, are directly across the street – very convenient. The breakfast restaurant is also lovely.

Our final stay in Venice! Good concierge, really friendly. Location wise also very good and central. Just light walking distance to the basilica and you can see dorsoduro side from here. Room was quite small but ok for a one night stay. Breakfast was quite limited but sufficient and since there was nobody it was only us in the cafe. Good shower. The only downside I can think of is there is no lift/no elevator. So if you have big luggages, be prepared to do some weight lifting even more so if you’re on the higher floors because the stairway is narrow and have many turns. Lucky for me I have my partner.

The hotel is well located for the Rialto bridge, that is its main attribute. It is old, as expected, and the rooms/bathroom/lift are all showing their age, but with such a building there is inevitably a difficulty in modernising it and holidaymakers should expect this. We did not eat evening meals in the restaurant, with so much choice around us, but had the continental breakfast - average, not worth changing your plans for, carbs, carbs, and more carbs. All in all, I would stay there again, for the location
