李李The hotel itself is a work of art. It is said that it was the residence of a former noble governor. Be sure to set up a landscape room with a balcony. Open the window and you can see the church on the other side of the river. The view is really amazing! The hotel is in a good location, about ten minutes walk from Luxury Street, Phoenix Theatre and 15 minutes from San Marco Church.

GGuest UserIt is a super good location close to the real bridge and can be reached in Venice square in 5 minutes walk.
Venice Santalia station is about 30 minutes.
It was a red-based room, a little narrow, but there was no problem if you stayed without meals. The smoked salmon for breakfast was delicious.

GGuest UserConvenient to get to by water shuttle from the main Venezia train station on the island. Check in and check out was very pleasant from staff. Location is not particularly close to the main area of Venice which is good as it’s generally more quiet and secluded from the crowds but easy enough to get to the tourist areas by foot and water bus.
Room is not particularly big but was clean and had everything we needed including bottled water from the hotel.

DDavid_GreWe spent 2 nights in this hotel. When you arrive you are getting such a warmly welcome. The room was really nice - especially that Venice oriental style. Just the bath, as some already mentioned, does not fit to the room. It is clean and is equipped with everything what you need/expect. Just different from the style. And one more little highlight are the big air con devices in front of the window which a super loud. The rest was really perfect. Breakfast buffet included everything what you need. Just only the powder coffee you can get for the price - rest you need to order separately which is different to other 5 stars Hotel where I have been before. At least one „good“ coffee should be included in the high price.
Overall really a nice stay with a SUPER friendly helpful staff. And the location is really perfect as you are close to the top sightseeing locations.

GGuest UserThe Astor Junior Suite I booked for over 10,000 yuan a night turned out to be like this. It was next to the elevator, the window faced the roof, and the door faced the air conditioner and utility room in the corridor. It did not meet the suite standard at all. It was probably the worst room in the hotel. I asked the hotel front desk to change the room. On the first day, they said there were no rooms to change. I checked online and there were still many rooms. They said they would change it the next day. On the second day, they said they would have to pay 2,000 euros more. It didn't cost 2,000 euros to book a new room. It was a very bad experience.

MMOUSINEverything in the refrigerator is free, all kinds of snacks are free, and breakfast is free. The room is large and every little item is worth savoring. Every hotel waiter is treated with the most beautiful smile. Best hotel I've ever stayed in. It's so perfect!
