This is a hotel with a profound artistic background. The entrance of the hotel is not too big, and there are surprises everywhere after entering. It is especially suitable for taking pictures and punching cards. The service is also very good. I came in winter, and the room is very warm. I can see the entire lagoon from the balcony. The location Excellent. An extra bed is available. It was already 22:00 when I checked in. I came to the hotel restaurant with the mentality of giving it a try. I didn’t expect the most amazing thing to be the upstairs restaurant. This is the most formal Italian restaurant in Europe. Eat Serving a dish with a set of tableware is too particular. It was great to have a great foie gras, the beauty of the dessert and the rich flavors. The buffet breakfast the next morning was even more unexpected. Not to mention the top-notch view, the rich and delicious breakfast is also top-notch. The location is very close to the Bridge of Sighs. St. Mark's Square is so beautiful, and the products in the nearby shops are also very good. 80 euros to sit on the gondola, it is worth it! Take a water taxi from the hotel to the airport, 130 Euros and board the boat directly from the side door of the hotel lobby, which is very convenient. When I came to the hotel, I didn’t understand. I took the water bus, 15 euros per person. The bus stopped when it saw the station. The boat was full of people. It took an hour to get to the St. Mark’s Square station. I got off the boat and walked 300 meters with my suitcase. After about 10 meters, we crossed the Bridge of Sighs and arrived at the hotel. It's not very convenient. If you take a water taxi for 130 Euros from the airport, you can go directly to the side entrance of the hotel lobby in 20 minutes.

The location of the hotel is excellent. Incredibly close to the main attractions (St. Mark's Square) the price in relation to this is very good. Obviously the style is old and the cleanliness was good.

Breakfast is the most common and simple hotel in this hotel. It is convenient to travel, but when I think of living in the summer, my nose is uncomfortable. In the big winter, the river in Venice looks like a smell of corruption. As for the service, after the check-in on the first day, we took us to another place to stay, and the breakfast was also settled here. It feels that it is not the same hotel at all. What kind of service do we enjoy? !

They are quite good of a stay with the price I pay. Though the staff is just normal instead of welcoming. The hair dryer in the bathroom is broken and the bathroom smell v strong detergent when I first walked in.

We had a lovely 3 nights stay in this hotel. Breakfast was great and beyond our expectation. Staff were friendly and Matti stood out being so kind and helpful with all our inquiries. Facilities was good enough for our needs. Location was really excellent just walkable to St Mark's Basilica & its nearby attractions & water transportations to other pride of Venice. But this time I can't help but tell the truth. Let's talk about the price first. 1. The standard large room of this hotel is more than 4,000 yuan per night. This room type is enough for two people. After arriving at the hotel, we still asked how much it would cost to upgrade to a better room, and the front desk receptionist took us to see two upgraded rooms with different decoration styles, but it would cost about 350-400 euros. In the end, we gave up because of the price and felt it was not worth it. In addition to the larger space, although there is a sea view, it is not a floor-to-ceiling window. 2. The design style is dark. I personally think that this hotel should be suitable for young people under 25 years old who are avant-garde in art. It is a personalized design boutique hotel. For other business travelers with high comfort requirements/poor eyesight or older people, forget it, because it is really a bit dark, a bit dark, and the practicality of various buttons in the room is really a bit brain-consuming. It is more recommended to choose a chain brand five-star hotel). At least those brands are more mature in operation, the service is also very professional, and the courtesy is more diverse. 3. The reception is not good enough. There is no pick-up service. This is a hotel on the main island. If you come here, you can book a water taxi ticket at the airport (140 euros for two people, a special boat, 20-30 minutes to get off at the hotel door, it is quite smooth.), but you will be very embarrassed when you leave the hotel. Anyway, we are going to Lucia Railway Station to take 🚞 to Milan. The hotel staff did not provide any service to help us see off. You know, guests like us from the ”Eastern Tang Dynasty” have several suitcases and have to travel through several cities. We dragged several heavy luggage all the way, and there were 5-6 bridges on the cobblestone road and 20 minutes of walking. Oh my God! Where is the decency of staying in a boutique hotel? ! ! It's really ironic! ! As a hotel of this price on the island, a representative hotel, it is marked as the No. 1 luxury hotel in Venice on Ctrip... It really made me feel very, very bad. 3. I am quite satisfied with the hotel breakfast. You have to order a set meal on the spot, which is freshly made and not self-service, probably to avoid waste. As shown in the picture, the drinks, water, snacks, etc. in the mini bar in the room are all free. 4. If you are a little superstitious, you don’t have to choose this hotel, because the standard room is a sky view room, which is really depressing, with insufficient light, and dark style design. I almost brought my own black magic. There is also an art installation in the corridor at the door of my room. As shown in Figure 1, there are all kinds of monsters moving in a pool of mud... Just think about it and your stomach will tremble! When we checked in, we were very nervous, and we could only stay in this state of mind. The reason why I have such a long talk is to avoid many compatriots from stepping on thunder. In fact, Venice is very small. One day on this island is enough for you to play. It is similar to you visiting an ancient town in China, but the architectural scenery in Europe is more outstanding. There is no need to stay on this main island. Leave more time to other fun cities!

The basic room type I booked was special for the 10th anniversary. When I arrived, I said I wanted to upgrade, but it turned out that I upgraded at my own expense. The rooms that cost money are of course better, but the basics are not cheap anymore, and this anniversary was quite luxurious. As one of the eight palaces in Venice, the hardware environment itself is a destination worth experiencing in life. The service staff is also very enthusiastic, and the hotel specially sent champagne, which is a perfect journey.

I've stayed here for a couple of times, Nice stay in this hostel, there are helpful staff members, very useful map provided, lovely common sitting area on the ground floor. Easy to reach from San Macro stop. There are some shops around. Just one thing, it could be better to add blinds/curtains on each bed, thanks

Hotel was close but also quiet beautiful hotel room was lovely with Juliette balcony overlooking the grand canal breakfast was good nice selection and all the staff were helpful and friendly especially the reception would definitely recommend I would book again thank you for an making our 4 days

It's a great hotel. They have welcome drink(tea/coffee)and snack for free. the room was enough big. Have bathtub. There have 2station for Subway. My booking was include a breakfast. Under ground floor(-1floor)A lot of bread, fruits,ham and cheese. of couse coffee. but very classic style hotel. it doesn't have outlet(power socket place)beside a bet. Need to use long cable or move bedside table to use a rump outlet.
