Amazing!!! I was hesitant to choose this hotel because it's not on the main island, but picking it was absolutely the right decision! Even though it's a bit further out, access to the hotel, the main island, Burano island, and the airport by water bus is excellent, making travel completely stress-free. In fact, you'll get to fully enjoy Venice's water bus sightseeing! The views from the hotel's terrace are lovely morning, evening, and night! Nearby, the restaurant next door (Valmarana) was incredibly delicious, and the local supermarket (Coop) was also great!

We enjoyed our stay at combo venezia, very clean comfy bed and big space for 3.
With mini kitchen dining tables, cooker, fridge .
Clean bathroom with toiletries and towels.
Such a shame,we only stay for 1 night.
I have to leave early as my flight is early, the lovely gentleman at the reception packed me with my foodies as I missed my free breakfast ,the rest of my family has to check out later than me and they say the breakfast is lovely.
Location is very close to Central and to the water bus station B F.T.Nove station via (Alilaguna)just 2 minutes or less maybe to the Hotel . Only 2stops to and from the airport of Marco Polo.
Highly recommend, definitely will booked here again next time.👍

It is a super good location close to the real bridge and can be reached in Venice square in 5 minutes walk.
Venice Santalia station is about 30 minutes.
It was a red-based room, a little narrow, but there was no problem if you stayed without meals. The smoked salmon for breakfast was delicious.

We love the hotel room, it’s so spacious, clean and beautiful 😍 However, the location is not the best, it’s 18 minutes walk from the train station and still have to take another train ( 2 stops) to Venice. Initially we thought the hotel will provide free shuttle service, but we were only told that our package is not included with the shuttle service and need to pay 20 euro per person for one way in order to use the shuttle service.
This is a very small villa and I think they are short of staff to work? There’s only one receptionist when we first arrived, and when he directed us to the wrong room, he tapped the door and someone was inside??? He later then told us it’s a wrong room. When we came back at night, there are no receptionist at the counter ( we waited for 5-10 mins and rang the counter bell).
We were so surprised that the cleaner that cleaned our room did not top up water for us, and didn’t even replace new glasses/ wash our glasses? The used glasses were remained on the same spots.
Overall I think we mainly enjoyed the room, but mainly not there for service or if you need to travel out to Venice.

Before my stay, I saw mixed reviews online, but after experiencing it myself, I found it to be pretty good. The front desk staff were very friendly and patient.
**Transportation:** There's a bus stop very close to the right of the hotel entrance. Using Google Maps, it's quite convenient to get to the train station or Venice's main island. Just make sure you're heading in the right direction before boarding. It takes about 30 minutes to get to the main island, but you need to factor in waiting time for the bus. I bought several tickets at an automatic machine at the train station, each costing 1.5 Euros. Remember to validate your ticket when you get on the bus.
**Surroundings:** If you walk ten minutes to the right of the hotel entrance, there's a huge shopping mall where you can find food, entertainment, clothes, and souvenirs.
**Airport:** Taking the bus isn't very convenient; from the last stop, you'd have to walk nearly 2km. So, I decided to ask the hotel to call a taxi for me. It took 20 minutes to get to Marco Polo Airport and cost 40 Euros.

Guest UserBeautiful hotel on a beautiful island. Room was big and clean with little view of the lagoon. Staff in the reception was helpful and we got a complimentary ride to visit the glass factory on Maurano Island. Really enjoyed our dinner by the seaside restaurant with the beautiful sunset. Highly recommend this hotel to those who visit Venice.

Overall, I'm very satisfied! The only minor issue is that the bus from the city's train station to the hotel stops running at 9 PM, which is quite early. A taxi wasn't too expensive, costing 15 Euros.
However, there's a convenient direct bus service between the main island and the train station. You can buy bus tickets at the hotel front desk; I recommend buying a couple extra. Otherwise, it can be a hassle if the ticket machines in the city are broken or there are long queues.
Breakfast was quite good, but the windows couldn't be opened, so I kept seeing dust and lint floating around in the room. This seems to be a common problem with hotels where you can't open the windows.

The shuttle boat we booked with the hotel cost 22 euros per person and took us directly to the hotel entrance, which was a great experience. It was perfect for enjoying the beautiful scenery of Venice without anyone else around. You can also take a bus directly to the entrance. I didn't visit the Glass Island last time, so I wanted to explore it this time. The hotel is right outside the scenic area, so it was a great place to wander around. The bus from the entrance goes directly to the main island, which is quite convenient, but you still have to walk a bit to the boat station. The room was average, not very clean, and the view from the window was lacking, so choose carefully if you mind. I stayed at a five-star hotel in San Marco on the main island last time and was dissatisfied because it was too old. I wonder if Venice is just like that. The beautiful weather and the beauty of Venice these days may make up for some of these shortcomings.

Very good experience in this hotel. The very large and clean room. The staff very careful and have gluten-free food. Furthermore, it is very close to the Academia bridge that crosses the great channel. They also have a restaurant in the same hotel. I therefore recommend it 100%.
