The location of the hotel is great, with bus number 6 you can easily go to venice with only 1.5 euros per person. If you need to buy public transportation ticket you can buy it from hotel, this is very useful. Staff are very polite, the rooms are clean and new, with everything you need. It was a really good hotel for our stay in venice and definitely I will choose this hotel again if I wanted to go there again.

Nice hotel. The hotel breakfast is also good. Overall it is very comfortable. We are traveling by car. It is not bad. There are many parking spaces, but there seems to be nothing to do nearby.

Except location, everything is excellent and I’ll rate 10/10. The campus is really nice , rooms are excellent , staffs are polite. There is a restaurant, mini market within where you can get almost all basic items . How I can forget about the swimming pool where you can chill in a hot summer day. I booked the hotel for 3 days but I wish iI could stay there for more days. The only problem is you need to walk 1.5 km to nearest bus stop from where there is direct bus to main attraction Venice city centre.As I don’t have any problem in walking 1.5 km , it is not a problem for me.

The tidy clean, convenient location very near to Venezia Mestre Railway station with 3-5 Minutes walk. All amenities are available. Prefect room with broad balcony. Delicious breakfast which gives you energetic day start. Highly recommended to stay here in very affordable price.

The hotel was in a very good location. Just being about a one minute walk away from the Venezia Mestre station, the hub of transportation in the area, it was very convenient to travel to and from Venice. The only complaint that I had was that the hotel had very (very) thin walls. Every time my adjacent (and above) rooms turned on the shower, flushed the toilet, and had a conversation, I heard everything. I even heard somebody urinating. Additionally, the room keeper opened and slammed the doors starting at around 7-8AM, causing me to wake up earlier than I wanted to be. The hotel staff were all great. I might consider staying here again in the future.

It's easily the best-located hotel in the area, and that first impression is unforgettable. Check-in Experience I arrived at 11 PM for check-in, and the front desk staff was quick, efficient, and professional. Despite the late hour, the process was smooth, and I appreciated the courteous service. Room & Cleanliness The rooms are modern, clean, and comfortable. Everything in the room, including the bathroom, felt new and freshly renovated. The bathroom was spotless, with all the necessary amenities provided. It’s clear that the hotel takes pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Breakfast Experience One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast. The breakfast room is large, clean, and well-lit, creating a pleasant atmosphere to start the day. The hotel has several staff members serving food and beverages, which ensures everything runs smoothly. There are plenty of hot food options, and the variety of coffee drinks is impressive — you can order cappuccinos, mochaccinos, and more. Everything is fresh, well-prepared, and delicious. I can confidently say that the breakfast at Hotel Plaza Venice is excellent. Final Thoughts Overall, Hotel Plaza Venice offers an outstanding experience. Very good value accommodation experience, only one minute walk from the train station, only 10 minutes by train to Venice, there are many trains, very convenient. Although the hotel facilities are a little old, they are well maintained and the stay experience is very good. I highly recommend the family room, which has two large beds and a lot of space.

From the Venice Mestre train station takes only 3 minutes by walking. Supermarket is very near and Chinese restaurants are everywhere with good price. Their breakfast was good. They have Washer and dryer. Also luggage storage as well.

Nice and cosy hotel. The receptionist is really friendly and helpful. It's near the station, bus stop and grocery store/mini market. They also have a microwave and kettle in a public area. Highly recommend staying here.

Leonardo Royal is located just 10 mins walk from the bus and train station making it an easy and convenient place to stay. Rooms are clean and bathroom is spacious. The reception also taught me an easier path to walk behind the hotel parallel to the train tracks for a smooth path to walk with my luggage to the bus station to go to the airport. Breakfast spread was good. it's my 3rd time staying here. Happy to recommend.
