General ok charge garage extra 15 min walk to center / 25 min to arrena di Verona Nice breakfast no extras like ham and eggs sunny side up

Love the gym and the spa area. Relaxing. Although it is a little distance from the train station, otherwise it is excellent!

Staff were excellent, so friendly and could speak English. Hotel room was a little small but perfectly useable and clean. Nice relaxing garden / outdoor section to relax in. We used the Verona hire bikes right outside to / from city centre. Bus to / from train station also on doorstep. Easy and cheap!

I didn’t like the fact that I had to pay extra for the spa, but the rest was pretty much worth it

The structure is clean and tidy, the spa is beautiful, it's a shame that access is limited to a few hours.

I think it's the worst location for travelers. It's far from the station and also from tourist attractions. I walked there. It takes 30 minutes. It's a distance that you should take a bus from the station rather than walking. The room is spacious and comfortable. It seems like everything except the room is paid. Breakfast was okay.

非常好的酒店，環境及衞生都很滿意，前台也很好，有問必答，也謝謝前台服務員給了免費延遲退房至12:30。坐11號公交車由中央車站便到酒店後門，也由可坐11號公交車到主要景點，非常方便。房間很舒服及寬敞。
