I booked a triple room for 3 adults and first I was given a room with one bed only, so, was forced to to get back to the reception with all the things and then they gave me a room with 2 beds and a smaller folding bed. Please pay attention, that they call 15m room - "triple". Also, instead of proper door to the bath room, there was a sliding glass door with a hole instead of a handle which didn't provide any privacy. All the facilities were very low, like for small kids, shower cabin is extremely small, no toiletries. Poor pillows, bad matrasses. To switch AC on/off you have to call to the reception.

Cleaning was not very good. During our stay the room wasn’t cleaned properly and cleaning staff took a personal item from the room. Asked the receptionist twice, but I didn’t get my item back. Except for issue above I was satisfied.

Great place to stay for some nights, close to the U-Bahn Station and many bars and restaurants around.

Hotel needs urgent renovation. During 3 night stay we have changed room 3 times due to problem with AC not working.

Air conditioning was nonexistent....room was like a sauna @ night time No dinner offered in hotel.... would have liked the option to eat in @ least once

Excellent breakfast and service without hesitation. Hair dryer in our room blew up, reported and replacement fitted by maintenance man within 20 minutes. Short walk to U-Bahn so easy to get wherever you wanted to go without having to walk miles, handy for older couple like us

Good location, 30 min by foot from the city center or 100m from the metro station. Managed to find a free (weekend) parking spot in front of the hotel with ыщьу help from a hotel staff member. Everyone was kind and helpful. Room was clean and in good shape. The only thing it did lack was a socket near a bed. Breakfast was good and for a reasonable price,
