Super good location. Close to some landmarks and transport. Great breakfast. Front desk was overly enthusiastic and helpful with everything. One small issue is that in my room some of the lightbulbs (2) did not work and I would think for a five star hotel they would pay attention to these small details and uphold a higher standard. But otherwise a really great stay and will return again next time.

We booked a city view room, but the room we were given had two large air conditioning vents outside the window. There was no way to open the window.

The first choice of Vienna hotel. Impeccable in every aspect. The hotel actually has a smart toilet, which is rare in Europe. The restaurant in the hotel is Michelin, breakfast and dinner are very good

I arrived in Vienna worried because there was no response to my confirmation email through Trip.com, but the staff welcomed me kindly and I stayed for three nights in a pleasant environment. However, because the U2 line was under construction, transportation was a bit inconvenient. Other than that, it was an overall satisfactory stay.

The decoration style of the hotel is unique and exquisite, the breakfast is very exquisite, but the room cleaning is really poor. The room is often not equipped with toiletries. What's more ridiculous is that the waiter broke the tea cups and fairness cups we brought with us without explaining the situation. The management in this aspect is relatively poor. Due to the language barrier, I didn't care about the tea cups, but I will not consider staying in this hotel in the future.

It's very good. The hotel service is very good. Every staff is very nice. The breakfast is also very rich. The location is also very good. However, there are some small shortcomings. Maybe my room is located relatively low and close to the road, so the noise is quite loud. There is no twin room available on the night of check-in
