As the last reviews are 5 years old I can only assume management has changed since then. I have never been spoken to so rudely as by the man managing breakfast and check outs. Breakfast ends at 09.30 on a weekend and check out is at 10.00 which is ridiculous. The place is far from the centre, over-basic and the breakfast is terrible. Never again.

Accommodation is a bit old, but there is everything you need. Rooms were clean and our wishes were taken into account. It was great that there was free parking, which is no longer a given these days. The entire staff was very friendly - from the reception to the staff at the breakfast area and in the bar. Breakfast had a good selection and you were often asked if you had a special request.

I booked a little last minute to Vienna and therefore ended up a little further outside the center than I would have liked. Despite this, it was a very nice accommodation with helpful staff and well-equipped rooms. I had a little problem when I booked and had to make two separate reservations, but when I explained to the receptionist she understood and let me keep my room for all nights. The breakfast was quite ok. There is not much to do in the immediate area and is probably more practical if you have a car. Otherwise, there is also a bus that goes to the tram/subway.

War dort jahrelang Stammgast, eigentlich ein relativ ruhiges, angenehmes Hotel mit guten Öffi-Verbindungen. Bei meinem Aufenthalt letzte Woche wurde in beiden Nächten die Heizung abgedreht (trotz Beschwerde nach der ersten eisigen Nacht). Das geht gar nicht, werde nie wieder dort wohnen. Hatte wie zuletzt immer Eck-Doppelzimmer mit viel Platz und großem Bett. Aber was nützt das, wenn man nachts friert. Die Heizung wird vor Mitternacht zur Gänze abgedreht und erst gegen 06.30 morgens wieder aufgedreht. Bei eisigem Wind draußen (und keineswegs optimalen Fenstern) und etwa 0 Grad C. Rezeptionistin (oder Managerin) nahm meine Beschwerde am ersten Morgen entgegen, entschuldigte sich und versprach, dass ein Heizungstechniker sich darum kümmern werde. In der zweiten Nacht war es gleich wie davor. Da wurde einfach aus Spargründen die Zeitschaltung so betätigt, dass nachts nicht geheizt wird, da brauche ich keinen Techniker. Eine Frechheit. Und ich trug eine massive Erkältung davon.

Das Hotel liegt völlig ruhig in einer Wohngegend. Eher für Gäste mit Auto geeignet, auch da Parkplätze reichlich vorhanden und kostenfrei. Sehr saubere Zimmer, ausreichend groß. Modern eingerichtet. Service/Rezeption sehr freundlich. Check-in via Code 24h möglich. Wir waren zum 2.Mal hier und waren auch diesmal voll zufrieden.
