Our room (apartment for 2 adults) was very clean, beautiful and comfortable. The refrigerator wasn't turned on (we couldn't turn it on by ourselves, but actually we didnt need it) A special thing in apartment is that there is a stove. All required dishes you can ask on reception and make food by yourself.
Location is not far away from tram and underground stations (5-7 min by foot).

I love the concept of this hotel. It feels like a tiny house. It is well located, close to metro, tram, and bus stations. The breakfast includes variety of items to select. It has a mobile key, which is awesome because you don't have the fear of lose it. The girl at the reception was so gentle and guided me thought the digital check-in process.

We couldn’t believe the value, the quality and the overall brilliance of this stay. We had a two-bedroom apartment that cost us far less than a quadruple room without the privacy in many other Viennese hotels, and we loved every minute of our stay. The AC was essential and welcome given the heatwave during our stay, the room was quiet; it had its own kitchen to allow us to have breakfast without paying the extra for going out for it; the tram and bus left from right outside the door and connected to the U-Bahn and S-Bahn in a matter of minutes; and though we were a little out of the heart of the city, we never felt disconnected and could reach anywhere with ease. The staff were very helpful whenever we needed them - there are cleaners who come every few days but it’s not like a hotel service in that way - you can pick up new towels and other essentials from the pantry should you need to; the laundry facilities are self-service but very welcome. The pizza restaurant just up the road was nice as well, and there are supermarkets and bakeries within a 10-minute walk. Couldn’t recommend it highly enough. Would definitely stay here again when we’re in Vienna.

Hotel what you can get with a really good price in Vienna. It’s a little bit outside of the city but it was just what we wanted. Hotel itself is nice and decent. But were extremely unlucky: we had the room and window to the golf field side but 6:30 in the morning started some maintenance guy blow the grass in the golf field exactly under our window for 2 hours. We had ear plugs but they didn’t help much. As we were on the road and lot of driving ahead we were really sad about it. I guess it would have not been an issue if the room was in the other side of the hotel.

Just returned from 3 nights stay. From the beginning to the end we have had a lovely time. The hotel is very modern, all decor and furnishing is very high standard. It is located less than 5 mins from the train station and literally opposite from the famous Schoennbrunn Palace. The bed is very comfy you have a choice of pillow to choose from should you wish to. Just ask reception or request via email through iPad in the room. Dressing gown, slippers, shower cap, shower gel , tea and coffee facilités are provided. The maid comes daily and if you decide not to have your room clean. They offer you 2 free drinks either from the bar downstairs or from the mini fridge in your room. We really enjoyed the breakfast too. And my decaf skinny latte. My favourite is the scrabble eggs. I am pescatarian and a fussy eater. You do have a lot of choices and thoroughly enjoyed it. We recommend the hotel and cannot wait to come back with the rest of my family and friends. Ps: Special thanks to Nadine. She was a gem.

Rooms and breakfast really great and in the beautiful 13. District with the palace around the corner and many places to enjoy good food. What really turned me off was the unpleasant lady receptionist, being rude and unhelpful. I would expect a bit more friendly staff in the front office of a 4+ star hotel. Leading up to the visit we also had troubles with the booking and one of our rooms got “lost” and brought a lot of confusion and frustration. It almost felt like we had to apologize the inconvenience of booking rooms.

The room is located on the east wing of Schönbrunn Palace. Previously the room was used to receive heads of state and foreign guests. No matter the room facilities, the location or the view from the window is impeccable. If you must say the disadvantages, the shower area is slightly slippery, and breakfast needs to go to the parkhotel not far away, which is relatively average. Although the price is very high, but the room can accommodate four people, considering the absolute value for money.

Unforgettable 5 days in Vienna. We stayed at the Victoria Hotel and were very pleased with our choice. We were met by Larisa Yurievna, a wonderful, intelligent woman. My husband and I had a big date and upon registration we were given champagne and it was very nice. Excellent location of the hotel. Metro U4 is just 3 minutes, Schönbrunn Palace is 7 minutes. The room was very cozy and overlooked a small park where the linden tree was in bloom - the smell was enchanting. Very comfortable mattress and pillows, slept comfortably in the fall. The rooms are clean, everything you need is there, cleaning and towels are changed daily, bed linen is of high quality. The bathroom has everything you need, a very convenient hairdryer. I liked that there was a strong pressure of hot water. ”Victoria” 3***, but according to some criteria it is not inferior to 4**** hotels. Svetlana advised us on a tour along the Danube to Bratislava and we are very grateful to her. Responsive Tatiana and Marina. We would like to say a huge thank you to everyone who made our vacation enjoyable!

Big rooms with spacious toilet, and perfect room temperature.
Very friendly staff both at the reception and room service( shoutout to the kind Bulgarian lady for our room service)
Delicious varied breakfast buffet!
The only things that could improve is the gym equipment, a few weights and/or kettlebells would be a lot more helpful.
Also, adding a separate bin for papers in the rooms helps with recycling.
Overall, I totally recommend this hotel

SSspTravelTerrific location in Vienna within walking distance and nearby tram to all of the attractions. The hotel is a lovely European city hotel and is consistently rated #1 or #2 in travel magazines. The only reason I didn't give 5-stars is that we had stayed at such a spectacular hotel just before this in Budapest that the differences were more pronounced. It was just less personal and more typical than our previous stay. We had a junior suite which was very nice, large and had an outdoor seating area which was nice, but not ”special” which of course is subjective. We did eat at Pastamara after a performance at the symphony and our service and food were great. My husband did go to the indoor pool which is pretty spectacular and not something you often find in city hotel. We did not have time to enjoy the spa or the rooftop. I'd definitely try this hotel again when we have a longer stay.

GGuest UserIt is a modern high tower of which only the lower 8 floors are hotel rooms. We had a beautiful view from the 7th on the Danube. Breakfast is on the 4th, a nice breakfast room, everything is there for a tasteful breakfast. Good service at reception. Parking under the building. There is a large shopping center with dining facilities. And public transport close to, so in the center

GGuest UserThe apartment is outside the centre of Vienna, but super accessible for any means available nearby: 1.metropolitana (it is 3 minutes walk, behind the corner) 2.stazione Regional trains (beside the metro for any destination) 3. Bus: you need to cross the train station to access the bus headline (line400) 4.tram: it is also the god of the park having crossed the bus stop (tram line D) With regard to supermarkets, the hotel is the practitioner The hotel, not our staff x the reception at the arrival time, is practical in check-in. When booking you receive a door code to enter and then on the input bank will only scan the qr-code received during the booking, enter the booking and take the cards made available to you The floor has a relaxing room with sofas, chairs and tables and a kitchen floor to make coffee (for payment) or wash tools. There are also drinking machines or food. In addition, you can find the room to wash your clothes, you can access through the room card (You need to download the Miele app and the rechargeable mini-bar is €20!). The apartment is silent, the only sin found was the heat air thermostat, as the recirculation was always cold even increasing the temperature and with 6 degrees outside we asked for reception assistance and the The next day, in addition to us, six apartments were set at least and therefore after the technician's place, the temperature was reversed to the winter season. On every floor (always accessible with your card) there is a vacuum tool where towels, sticks, toilet paper, washing boxes and washing bags can be taken, as well as the dust and stick to be used. Recommended. The waste as requested on the site is accessed with the lift that has the U key.

AAleksIt was almost the cheapest option for us. It’s ok if you don’t have high expectations. Double bed is combined from 2 singles beds. There is No kettle in the room, you need to go to reception and ask them hot water and it’s for price 50+euros per room. Window faces nowhere, it’s a little bit dark in the room.
Location is good, 150 meters from subway, 5 minutes from railway station and very close to Belvedere.

GGuest UserThis hotel is basic but clean, its very person centred the receptionists whoever is on are very helpful. Great breakfast. It’s not the easiest to get to from Vienna Airport but don’t let that put you off around €65 by taxi or the hotel can arrange it for €45 there’s a tram stop outside 15 minutes to the centre they run like clockwork every 5-10 minutes, 24 hour ticket €7 for all travel ( shh but no ticket inspectors so up to you!! 😂) Tatax Vietnamese restaurant a few doors away is amazing lovely bar chilled melodic vibes great food and unbelievably cheap. There’s not a lot else in the area but with trams non stop you can anywhere!

When I first arrived I used the lift to get my heavy bag to the main floor. Unfortunately, with all my bags I failed to read the notice about the red line that you must be in front of so I was temporarily stuck in the elevator. I called the listed number and they cleared that up immediately.
The room is a bed a desk and a television with a full bathroom. For the price I found this to be more than enough. The breakfast is a little overpriced for what is being offered but I didn't bother since I was so close to so many restaurants.
The front desk is occupied only a few hours a day and when I first arrived my key was sitting on the desk with my name on it. This was at around 4:30PM so I was a little surprised. The next day I was able to share my passport info and check in. I was able to call the number and speak with someone at 11pm to extend my stay a day so I can't complain about the service.
Perhaps the only thing that made the stay less than perfect was the wifi was very spotty and disconnected frequently. Luckily, due to the central location in the capitol of Austria cell service was top notch.
I would happily stay again at Dan's In'n Out and I can recommend it wholeheartedly.

GGuest UserI have had a bad experience with this hotel that prefers not to hire people to check in and put a machine and a help desk line instead. Since I booked via opodo I did not have the hotel booking number I have to enter into the machine to check in, so I find my family blocked. I called the helpdesk man he told me he doesn't know the opodo and I have to call them to give me the number. I call the opodo they don't have the number. Mr. of helpdesk refuses to provide me with the number to check in and after several attempts with him he asked me to transfer my confirmation email to him from the booking to check. Finally he let me in and check in. The apart is large but dirty. There is no cleaning service as for other apart hotel. The location is excellent, near the stores, stations, tram/metro stops ...
