Holiday Villa Rentals in Chiang Mai

A nice hotel, suitable for family trips. Two families were traveling together; there were four suites. Each suite has a dining room, open kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, and four-burner electric stove. There's a small swimming pool in the courtyard.

The authentic Lanna style hotel is simple, natural and fresh. The eldest brother, a programmer, started the construction by collecting wood. There are currently 6 Lanna double-storey wooden houses. Taxis can go directly to the door, and there is also a small parking lot. Located in the core area of ​​the ancient city, it is quiet and elegant in the bustling environment. I learned from an introduction to small boutique hotels with Southeast Asian characteristics 13 years ago that this is a green and sustainable hotel. For me, the room is comfortable and full of green plants, the local breakfast is exquisite and delicious, and the service is warm and thoughtful, just like returning home. On weekdays, the second sister and the third brother of the store are responsible for guiding the employees to take care of every guest in the store. We like the feeling of entering the house with slippers, and like to go to the bathroom barefoot on the second floor to wash. The air conditioning in the room is excellent, the lighting is warm and comfortable, and there will be a quietness of hitting banana leaves when it rains. There are two particularly cute cats in the yard. One is called Lulu, who likes to sleep and maintain order in the restaurant. The other white bully is the cat king of this area. It likes to wait for me to come home at the door of my room to say hello to me and seriously protect my shoes. It was raining when I left. The waiter came to the second floor to help me carry my luggage downstairs and walked to the parking lot to deliver it to the car. He never let the suitcase fall to the ground! There is a spectacular water bar where you can choose your own tea and boil water to make tea. There are hammocks in the yard for rest. There are small water features with fish and three little turtles. In the morning, the roosters from the neighbor's house next door crow early, and at night, I watch the squirrels and birds on the balcony to accompany me to sleep. This is a place you don't want to leave once you stay here. There are very few Chinese guests. I think every programmer should come and see it and imagine their life after retirement, hahahaha

Really enjoyed staying here. Rooms were well equipped with the necessities, hair dryers and shower items were all in order. Cleaniness was top notch. There was a water outage one morning which was quickly rectified in 2 hours after communication. Family was very pleased and happy to stay at this villa.

There are two buildings in the villa. On the second floor of the main building are two double-bed rooms and one standard room. Downstairs is the living room, kitchen, dining room and bathroom. The second floor of another building has two rooms, one is a suite, and the other has three beds. The whole villa is very large and can accommodate many people. For breakfast, we bought the ingredients ourselves and ate it in the garden. The villa also provided milk juice and various spices. The butler was also very caring. We also booked a BBQ the next day, one thousand baht per person. It was very hearty and tasted great. This stay was really great.

I really enjoyed my stay in the villa. Kat is an exceptional host who takes extra steps to accommodate our needs. The breakfast here is amazing, also we love love love the mango sticky rice. The neighborhood is beautiful and lovely. I will recommend this villa to everyone who comes to Chiang Mai :))) Beautiful stay!

This is the second time I have stayed at this Villa. It feels very good. Every staff member is very warm and entertaining. We are ten adults. It is very wide and the room is comfortable. Each room has a bathroom and shower room. The location is very convenient. Thank you Nina. She cares about our itinerary every day, put forward a lot of information and help arrange the reservation, she also helped us find a big car that can take ten people, the driver is very polite, communication is completely OK, so I also packaged his car for a few days, all in all, this trip is very happy, comfortable and leisurely, friends are very satisfied, I will stay again next time I come to Chiang Mai.

The rooms were clean and cozy, perfect for friends and families traveling together. We stayed in a 2-bedroom unit spread across three floors, which could accommodate 6 people. Each floor had its own bathroom, which was incredibly convenient. The hotel reception had staff who spoke Chinese, making communication very easy. They also offered complimentary water, Coca-Cola, and instant noodles. Plus, there's a communal kitchen where you can cook your own meals. The value for money at this hotel definitely exceeded our expectations, and our satisfying stay truly enhanced our Chiang Mai trip with a lot of happiness.

Really nice house with lots of natural light through out. We had a group of 4 adults and 3 kids and there was abundant space. The location was excellent - 5 min drive from the airport and 10 mins from old town. It's very quiet though and there are lots of stray dogs in the area - but we realised they were harmless after a while. The rooms are all of a great size and the pool was clean and quite large. The whole house was very clean, though some parts - like the kitchen - were a little tired. Would definitely rent again.

The bush area around the pool needs mosquito treatment—there are way too many mosquitoes! The space is very large and every bedroom is a suite, but the cleanliness leaves something to be desired. Overall, it was still a nice stay.

The accommodation was beautiful, clean, and had such a great vibe. It was perfect for relaxing, and the location was very convenient. The owner was incredibly kind and gave excellent recommendations for places to visit. I will definitely come back again — I absolutely loved it! 😍😍❤️
