Friendly staff, love their outdoor pool, great locations with massage places just opposite to the hotel, within a 1 min walk! Great selections for breakfast. Close to the night market/walking street. Will definitely be back again next time.

Top notch room for comfort and cleanliness! We stayed in the Deluxe King room with balcony. The interior design is beautiful and amenities are easy to use (TV with Netflix, aircon control touchpad). The room, bedsheets, towels etc were all very clean which we appreciated. There is parking for guests in front of the hotel. We came here after a long bike ride around Chiangmai and it was perfect for us. Please keep it up!!

Staff were friendly but the service style is a little old fashioned. We had to wait until exactly 3pm to check in, there are signs in the room warning of charges for stained sheets or towels and we are asked to wait 5 minutes at check out for someone to check the room for damages. The room is beautiful in an old colonial style. It can be a little noisy but not a big problem. It was incredibly clean and lots of storage. The breakfast is also great with a good selection of local and international food. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and had an excellent experience.

Excellent hotel highly recommend, the staff was friendly, location was perfect super close to both the Saturday and Sunday night market. Room was clean and spacious. All amenities needed was provided only hair conditioner isn’t. TV had an extensive options and channels. Elevator is available in the premises. The only con I would find was the fridge wasn’t cold and the breakfast area had to go up a flight of stairs from a separate entrance outside the main entrance.

In the evenings, the riverside area transformed into a magical space with twinkling lights and the soft murmur of the water. As a boutique hotel, the breakfast is OK and the staff is very friendly. The rice noodles I tried there were, without a doubt, one of the best I've ever had. What truly set this hotel apart, though, was the warmth and hospitality of the staff. They were attentive, and friendly, and always went the extra mile to ensure my stay was comfortable and memorable. They can speak English, Mandarin Chinese, and Thai. In conclusion, this riverside hotel in Chiang Mai is a gem that offers an exquisite blend of natural beauty, Thai culture, and exceptional service. As a frequent overseas traveler, I never write reviews, but this time I couldn't help but review a hotel for the first time. The conclusion is that Lalin is great and one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Other reviews are already very comprehensive, so I will make a supplement. 1. The hotel has a car and free airport pick-up. I changed hotels and they also sent me there. 2. I like breakfast very much. It is delivered to the room and the family enjoys it in the restaurant in the room. It is warmer and more convenient than the buffet restaurant. 3. The swimming pool in the room is very large, and the two sons play in the pool almost every day. 4. The hotel cafe can order food, the menu is in the room, and the waiter delivers it. At the same time, there is a restaurant nearby, and the menu is also in the room. The hotel will order and deliver the food. 5. The hotel is a 10-minute walk to the river, and there are many restaurants. I checked many hotels in Chiang Mai, and this one should be the ceiling of the hotel in the city.

Special reminder to remember to add breakfast when checking in, only 350 Thai dollars / person, you can enjoy a fine breakfast, the hotel did not arrange staff to the villa to cook breakfast, the process will not affect the guests, juice soy milk coffee, fried ghost, a choice of staple food, fruit and dessert, really very rich. The disadvantage is that each room water pressure is different, hot water is not very stable. The hair dryer has very little horsepower, it takes a long time to blow your hair, and if you need to wear makeup, the room is dimly lit, which is not very convenient. Overall, this hotel whether you want to walk to eat, shop, massage is a walk out the door across the road to find, so it is really convenient.

Good location. Spacious public area. The breakfast was quite disappointing - the quality of the food is low. The service was strange, some are good , but some do not have good service mind and manner. Location of the room is quite awkward, you may have to walk back and forth via some stairs to get to the room at the end of the hallway. Also, the view from the superior room is obstructed. Some places of the hotel were not tidy as a 5 star hote - see phots. Some equipments in the room are not working ( the air purifier), glass coaster is dirty and it was re-used! I did not give the high review score because I hope the management see this review and try to improve. Thank you !
