Facilities: Although the room I stayed in was upgraded, the hot water was not hot. The maintenance staff came to fix it in the middle of the night but it was not fixed. We took a bath in the swimming pool the next day. It was a bit bad. Then the butler on the phone said that we could only check out at 1:30. I said 2 o'clock is okay. In case it is inconvenient for two long-haired children to take a bath and blow their hair. But the other end of the phone rejected it. I felt it was not humane. In fact, I checked out at 1 o'clock in the end. It's just that your hot water has a problem. It's wrong not to give a solution. This attitude should be criticized. Hygiene: Good. The travel photography is good. The lady is a little anxious. After collecting the money, she can't slow down the service. Environment: Very good. Every detail that is paid attention to makes the children and adults very happy. Service: No butler was added, so a lot of disturbances were avoided. I went to the Shenzhou Peninsula with my family over the weekend and booked the Shenzhou Peninsula Private Sea Villa Hotel. The environment and service were great! The handsome guy at the front desk upgraded the room when he saw the children and the elderly! really thankful! 👍, you can see the sea from the window 🌊 and the internet celebrity check-in spot ~ The ”Lighthouse” where she disappeared. It's a pleasant surprise. The hotel is a seaside 🏝️ villa 🏡, and the environment and service are also very good! A very cost-effective hotel! My family is very happy😃. I will stay at this hotel again next time I go there🏨

This hotel comes highly recommended. Upon arrival, the staff were incredibly accommodating and even upgraded my stay to a villa, which was fantastic. The food at the Horizon Beach Bar was outstanding, and the staff were attentive, always anticipating my needs. The cuisine at the Western restaurant was also excellent. Overall, this hotel provided a wonderful experience.

Clarifying I am not a Robert. Beyond Expectations, great spirit and services. But In fact I m not really expecting anything while I decided to stay this hotel at the first beginning. However, FD Manager - Cristina and her team changed my mind. Good feeling and experience in staying 2 nights which upgraded to lake view with high floor. And the welcome coffee biscuit that my daughter loved it the most. Appreciated at all arrangements!

Booked their room package in advance on Ctrip. It includes various activities for children to play. Just make an appointment in advance. The housekeeper Xiao Kuang added WeChat in advance. He will send various activities. If it rains, all activities that cannot be done outdoors will be changed to indoor activities. The hotel is very large and comfortable. The beach with its own is deeply loved by children. As long as they dig some sand, they will not leave. The breakfast buffet is super good. There are a wide variety of varieties and the taste is good. However, it is peak time to queue up at 9:30. The room has a balcony facing the beach. There is a bathtub on the balcony, which is unique. The hotel is beautifully situated with its own beach. The landscaping and grounds are picturesque as are the ocean views. I have previously stayed in big hotels in Sanya that involve long walks to the facilities and the beach. However, this hotel is really nicely sized. The lagoon pools and infinity pools were great, though I did wonder a bit about the cleanliness levels. I was initially concerned about reviews saying the place looked aged, but in person the rooms seemed fine, spacious and clean. The service was excellent on every level. They did not have a business center but they helped me out with some business needs. The breakfast was diverse and they made sure to keep the buffet filled up despite a large number of diners. All in all, it was a very refreshing and enjoyable stay. Note that taking a train from Sanya Airport to Wanning is not difficult and economical if the timing works well for your flights.

We chose the parent-child suite here for this family trip. The facilities, hygiene, environment and services are very good. What the children like most is the children's bunk bed. Location: ONLY book if you are coming with your own car. Accommodation is not easily accessible by foot especially if you are arriving at night. All food places at least 5-10 min DRIVE. However, it is an interesting location as it is not close to the sea, so you get to experience another side of Hainan’s environment. Make sure you bring mosquito repellent. Service: Was just okay - not the most helpful unless you ask questions. For example, the SUPs have to be booked ahead so their trainer is scheduled to come - which was not mentioned. So if you are only staying for one day, make sure you tell them ahead. Cleanliness: Since it is a humid environment, mould will likely appear. The tent we were in had a lot of mould on many of the inner walls. There was an attempt at simply covering it but these tents should be cleaned and treated. Amenities: the tents definitely are definitely more fancy than normal tents - ours had a shower and AC. I was mostly disappointed by the lack of activities and food availability. I think if you are an accommodation that is difficult to access - at least food/drinks options should be provided.
