staff are friendly, neat and clean

Had a wonderful experience here! The service was excellent, the staff were friendly and especially Nidhi was excellent in the service welcoming, and everything was handled with great care and attention to detail. The atmosphere was lovely, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. A special thank you to the whole team for making my visit so enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family and would happily visit again!

We had a lovely experience at premierinn croxley green, room was very clean and looked well taken care off,we went for some food in the resaurant where we was served by jayden and sam who where very helpful and made our experience that bit better as they were so welcoming food was lovely!

As usual Premier Inn beds are extremely comfortable. However, don't go when it's too hot, as there is no air conditioning! Why does the bar close early, before 22.30, we arrived back one day around 21.30, only to be told the bar is closed - totally unacceptable.

Room ok, staff attitude for sending out food incorrectly was abysmal, they blamed us, starters sent out different times, the breakfast looked like it was left over from the day before. None of the swipe locks worked on the lifts so anyone could just go to any floor. Staff all looked scruffy and none were helpful, one manager was actually telling a cleaner off and raising her voice in the corridor.

Had a good experience when I went to the bar at 7 p.m and had a lovely drink. Went for a nightcap at 10:10 and was told they were closed. Holiday Inn Express is open until 1 a.m. so can't understand the early closure here

we stayed here to do to bon Jovi concert, we booked an early check in as we wanted to leave the hotel early and on arrival the room was ready. it was so big and im loving the new look of the rooms. it was so much cheaper staying here and getting the train. We did not stay for dinner but we had breakfast the next morning and it was perfect, also hot food available, the staff were so friendly and the chef even came out and spoke to staff as more breakfast items were brought out. we will be staying here again and have told our friends to as well
