Haidu Hotel

The location of the hotel is great. The service was really bad then. The first thing is to drive into the parking lot. After the car is parked, the security comes out and does not let me park, and asks me to park somewhere else, saying that the parking space is reserved by someone else. I don't understand that hotel parking spaces can still be reserved. It's nothing more than being relatively close to the hotel and asking me to go far away. The second thing, I went to the front desk to open a room, obviously I made a reservation online. Then the front desk looked at a loss and didn't know how to open the room. And I arrived at about three in the afternoon and told me that the room had not been cleaned. The most speechless one even gave me two rooms that were directly opposite the elevator entrance. There is no room at this time, and I saw a lot of bus people come to the front desk to check in at night. The third thing, I went to the restaurant for breakfast around 7.40 in the morning, but there was no more food. And I didn't see any additional dishes. Many people are very angry about the lack of food, and only a little fried rice and fried noodles are left. There are also buns. The fourth thing, I want to pick up a cup of hot water to take away to drink in the car when I check out. The front desk looked at the size of the cup and then decided to tell me not to tell me where to heat the water. I asked to borrow the boiled water after seeing my cup.

Quite a good experience. Stayed for the second time and stayed for two nights. The front desk upgraded to a deluxe sea-view double room for free. After having dinner on the balcony of the room three times, I felt that I had set up a sea-view restaurant. The hotel’s order is delicious and generous, and the price is cheaper than the seafood barbecue on the nearby Memorial Road. It is a pity that the nearby Heqing Wharf has no fresh produce during the closed fishing season. Come again in September.

本來不想在網上評論，可覺得給酒店提下建議，續住的房間客人不主動提出，洗漱用品不提供，一次性的洗漱用品可以重複使用，綠色出行是這樣解讀的嗎？那你們酒店的價格裏面不包括洗漱用品的提供嗎？前台那位胖姐姐的職業笑容都見不到，早餐也就如此了，跟酒店入住價格不匹配。酒店環境很好，在海源公園對面，公園裡面有合慶碼頭，下午3點以後到晚上7點有漁船打上來的皮皮蝦雜魚螃蟹，除了價格貴，新鮮的很，酒店位置的確很好，距離威海公園，幸福門門口公交車直接到達很近，韓樂坊不建議去，晚上太亂，沒啥特別的就是年輕人多些。房間直接看到日出，面朝大海，除了洗漱用品的問題，這個酒店值得入住，希望改進一些細節，好客山東，最美山東。

遺忘手錶必須要自己主動打電話才能退還，雖説不能完全怪酒店方，但是客服部清理房間時發現了，為什麼沒有第一時間和顧客本人聯繫呢？

定的海景標間，基本上看不到海，問酒店，酒店説這是部分看海，早知道就定普通標間還便宜點呢。酒店毛巾都是破的，挺敗好感的，大幾百塊錢一晚，毛巾都不能換點新的嗎？

房間乾淨整潔，服務人員熱情周到，住宿還有免費水果送到房間，驚呆了，第一次有這種待遇😂主要還能看景，離半月灣海邊近，過馬路就是，還能在房間看海，太棒了！ps酒店是吃飯時和當地人閑聊，人家推薦的，説他們本地人會去住的地方

酒店設施比較老舊，但是地理位置非常好，正對着海源公園。我們到酒店已經比較晚了，問問有房就從攜程上下單。開門一瞬間，真是驚艷到我了，無敵的海景，正對着劉公島。其他房間問題都可以忽略不計了。 不過，還是建議酒店提升一下檔次，換換小毛巾，都洗不白了。淋浴間地板上的沙子，在客人入住前沖洗乾淨。電視小點就算了，畢竟窗外的海景已經百看不厭了。 停車場很大，很方便。 下次還來。

很乾凈舒適的寶藏酒店，電力系統的單位，價格不像其他商業酒店能在旺季漲個2-3倍，房間裏有直飲水、晾衣架好評，出門就是海源公園

一家老字號酒店！位置不錯，服務也不錯！我們是閃住，沒想到酒店的前台很熱心！辦了升級和照顧！很喜歡他家的氛圍！就是某些房間有噪音！
