Good location, friendly and helpful staff.

It was an amazing experience...Friendly staff..My new favorite place after DALARIZE GUESTHOUSE

Would recommend the hotel for a quick stay in Windhoek. It’s located near a mall wifi a cinema, restaurants.

Good location, near grove mall, breakfast was 10/10, rooms were ok in terms of cleanliness, would stay again.

No delivery services from nearby restaurants, that are listed in the lodging dining in menu.

The property was good and well maintained, the reception was okay but the room service attendants were not professional, they were nosy and judgmental.

Nice place for a night or two and affordable you get value for your buck. I didn’t find the buffet to be that nice:

Everything was good but remember to put fridges in the rooms in room 236 they were no fridge..

We spent two nights at the hotel, one before going to and one after coming back from Etosha. Due to a very early flight, we arrived well before the checkin time and the staff stored our luggage and did their best to get us a room as quickly as possible. We were also able to buy breakfast on that day, which was excellent. The pool area would have been very nice, except it was simply too cold in the winter time. The lodge is conveniently located to the grove mall where we bought supplies for both our trips (though note the shops close at 7 and the supermarket at 8). We would recommend dinner at the mall over the hotel…the service was quite slow and the pizza cold. The rooms were excellent for the price, however, and you get free bottled water and above-average toiletries. It’s not a great location if you want to sight-see (though honestly, Windhoek isn’t great for sightseeing anyways). But if you need a nice place for a layover, this is probably the best lodge you could book. Thanks to the lovely staff!

Overall the facility is great. There was a delay in checking in

The staff were unfriendly. The fire also went off three times within the night at 2am, 5am and again at 7am. General sense of disorganisation as how to tackle this. Apparently due to people smoking inside rooms and proceeded to continue doing so regardless. Terrible nights sleep before early commitments and a long haul flight.

Very bad restaurant service. Had to wait for almost an hr for my salad order. Infact waiter and kitchen both forgot. Our all seems not so trained staff.
