The facilities is excellent with a smart toilet, voice activated room , a washing machine with dryer for clean clothes everyday. Would visit this hotel again

I was planning to stay for one day but after I got arrived to this hotel I extended my stay because the hotel is wonderful and has all the facilities that you need as a hotel guest the room was large and has a balcony and super clean the staff very friendly the second day I had work and I needed some printed papers the printed out for me they such a life saver and whenever I asked for help the service was very fast also the gym was very comfortable and so clean has all the equipment that’s you need to start your day such an amazing luxury experience. I will definitely come back here again and I recommended for you guys 100/100

Breakfast area should be upgraded. Service at front desk is excellent. If U know how to walk around after being familiar. It's actually walking distance to 3 mrt lines and 2 mega malls are just round the corner. Short trip to the airport.

I recently had an exceptional stay at [Hotel Name], and I couldn't wait to share my experience.
From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted with warm smiles and friendly staff who made me feel welcome. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and they even offered me a complimentary welcome drink, which was a nice touch.

The shower glassdoor seal frame was faulty but the staff just sealed it back without having to use any glue or sealant so we had to be very careful whenever we use the shower room throughout our stay. Water temperature fluctuates in the shower too. Fridge was very mini and had a bit foul smell. Unaware of the nearest metro entrance of line 6 was closed so we had to cross the traffic light to use the other one. Lifts were quite slow perhaps due to it was shared between another hotel in the same building. Overall i only like the layout of the room.

Excellent service and location. We have 7 people and booked 2 one bedroom suite with a sofa bed in the living room. The amenities are great and include washing and drying using the same laundry machine. The location is close to metro and shopping malls. Breakfast has many options and the noodles are served as request and quite tasty. Overall the hotel is excellent choice for travelers visiting Wuhan and highly recommended!
