非常好的一次入住體驗，總的來説是非常具有人文關懷和性價比的酒店。
服務上是亮點中的亮點，入住之前會聯繫客人確定入住時間和需求，入住效率高，可以説是十分的温馨，讓客人賓至如歸。酒店設施上，房間對比同價位的算是很大了，設施齊全，冰箱，床品都是一流水平，且非常乾淨，沒有絲毫的，異味和異物，這是我在攜程上第一次給出這種之高的評價，也完全是自發的，在這一價位內這次入住體驗非常好，人文關懷甚至不輸五星酒店，也是十分喜歡武漢這個城市

酒店的設施不錯，吹風機風力很足很好，細節都很到位 還有小冰箱裏面有兩瓶免費冰鎮水和汽水，床墊和枕頭很好，容易深睡，酒店服務更好，很人性化，處處為客人着想，酒店也配備了休息區，為早來暫時住不進房間的客人以及退來房了距離出行交通時間還早的休息的温馨空間。備有咖啡，檸檬紅茶，菊花茶，冰糖燉雪梨等，和值得稱讚，早餐比較豐富，特別是黑芝麻熱乾麪，十分有特色，牛肉麪給的牛肉也十分捨得。像炒菜也是十分豐富，各種菜品，給一個五分好下次再來武漢還會住這裏
