地理位置非常好，出行方便，到地鐵站步行3分鐘，到楚河漢街步行15分鐘，旁邊是沙湖公園，步行也可到達。距離東湖公園武漢大學和漢口江灘也不遠。房間衞生打掃的很乾凈，工作人員態度非常好，今早退房的時候天還沒亮，前台小姐姐暖心的給我們帶了早點。

這家酒店不咋地，非常差的一次入住體驗，絕對不會再來第二次。衞生一般般，沒跟我聯繫，直接給我的房間做出了退房處理，幸虧是沒貴重物品留在裏面。全季酒店掉檔次了！

錯峯到武漢來特地選的這家全季酒店，大堂還不錯，但是住到房間就太令人失望了，吐槽幾點：房間沒有宣傳的那麼大，很窄很小；走廊和房間氣味很大，洗手間還有一股明顯的怪味，薰得整晚睡不着；衞生也一般般，很多灰塵可能是新裝修的原因，玻璃上面有明顯的水垢，房間地面和洗澡間還有前一個住客的頭髮；房間隔音也不好，半夜聽到隔壁的住客一直在説話；總之很令人失望，不值四百多的價格。
華住會黃金會員也沒有贈送早餐

酒店今年開業，硬件設施新。位置上也還可以，出門左轉200米就是4號線，去主要景點打車10公里以內也很方便到達。離大型商超如skp步行還是有些距離，最好打車。服務人員都很熱情，響應速度快，最後一天還幫忙延遲退房，幫了大忙。保潔打掃衞生及時。早餐方面中規中矩，全季的正常水準。不過要是每天都周邊過早的話也可以先不定。

這次行程最滿意的酒店，五星的配置和地理位置，性價比賊高，而且新店所以設備設施都很新很乾凈，重點是沒有新裝修的氣味，隨處都散發著香氣。房間的的樓層都是9樓以上，洗衣機烘衣機都挺多的。但是健身房衹有兩台跑步機其他都沒有了。浴室沒有放置護髮素，後來問前台才知道需要用的話是可以打電話送到房間的。早餐種類太少，一點西式的糕點麪包都沒有

非常滿意的一次住宿！ 房間乾淨整潔，設施很新，智能馬桶和藍牙音箱這些小細節很加分。床特別舒服，一覺睡到天亮。早餐種類豐富，尤其是當地的特色小吃很好吃。 最重要的是，所有工作人員都面帶微笑，服務主動又周到，讓人心情很好。 位置方便，鬧中取靜。強烈推薦！
