房間設施較新，但沐浴設施略差。水開到最大時，頂部淋雨也冒水，有點不太舒服。
屋內設施都很好，且我們的房間內可以直接看到園內景色，不錯！
由於酒店內住了很多小朋友，吵鬧是幾乎不可避免的，但夜間休息時很安靜。

吃完早飯就直接入園啦 有專屬停車場
玩完後再去錄車牌號
除了有丟丟隔音不太好 可能全部住的小朋友原因吧
以後要是再來玩 還是會選擇住這裏的

房間內有異味，上個客人用過的東西竟然沒收拾，衞浴毛巾什麼的破舊不乾淨。

海洋世界很小，沒什麼看的。

酒店位置不錯極，離海洋世界和地鐵口都很近，適合帶孩子去極地海洋世界遊玩的人居住，能趕在一大波人流到達前先參觀一些項目，環境不錯，乾淨衞生，也解決了早餐問題，房間多通風會更好！

設施：很親子，小朋友很喜歡
衞生：很乾凈
環境：靠近園區一側是園區和酒店之間的小街道，4點多有人收垃圾，快7點有人收拾啤酒瓶子的聲音。
服務：雖然開始預訂的時候，大馬戲兩次都沒預訂上，在門口等了不少時間，但是前台一直在溝通，很認真負責，能理解。
武漢極地海洋公園門票:開始覺得貴，後來看了大馬戲，摩天輪，還有園區內的表演，感覺票價很值，掙錢都不容易，演出人員都很賣力，還有很多互動，小朋友很開心。
最加分的是早餐，熱乾麪和雞湯米線好吃的很，還有蝦仁蛋炒飯，真有蝦仁，早餐上大分，服務人員態度很好，隨便吃都不急眼，加菜也很快。手機就拍了幾張，其他都在相機裏，景酒套餐很划算，而且聯繫工作日來，人少能各種拍照。

度假區的酒店很適合親子出遊，到處都是吸引寶寶的可以玩的地方。旁邊的極樂湯還可以泡湯，大馬戲很值得一看，外國人很賣力的表演，情緒飽滿。

酒店確實離園區近，後面可以直接進出，但是，衞生確實太垃圾，早上準備退房，發現淋浴頭上有一根頭髮，應該是上個住客的吧，好惡心，噁心，噁心，噁心到極致，糟糕透頂
