I feel very uncomfortable during my stay at this hotel due to smoking smell in my room and not properly working the heating system

Nice place to stay for a couple days. The subway station is pretty close to the hotel and the swimming pool and gym are just right. The only problem was the heating system in our room. Even though we turned it off, our room still felt pretty hot.

My stay was fine. The room was very spacious with a comfortable bed and a bathtub. The metro station of Line 8 is just outside the hotel.

The hotel is close to the famous shopping street. It is modern and the basic facilities are available. The staff always tries to accommodate the request made.

Room is big, but dark even all lights are turned on, noisy when people walk pass, can hear others door closing, washroom is old, many water marks in shower area, amenities are ok, but shower head keeps leaking, water will suddenly turns cold…
