I felt clean and comfortable as soon as I entered the hotel. A box of warm grapefruit juice when I checked in was particularly heart-warming. The reception manager took the initiative to upgrade me to an executive room, which was very touching. When I got to the room, I saw that the guest room was clean, orderly and well managed. Especially the bedding is warm, dry and full of comfort. Very good value for money.
The meals are very healthy and have many varieties, which match the price of the hotel very well. I will choose this hotel next time.

此次入住的酒店真心感覺到酒店細節滿滿，服務處處用心。進入大堂彷彿置身花的海洋，拍照超出片。酒店客房温馨舒適，枕頭也舒服。mini吧提供了4種免費飲品看得出酒店用心準備了，床頭放了酸奶和温水，簡直太貼心了。位置也是相當方便，出門就是地鐵站，後面就是沙湖公園，風景非常美。早餐品種豐富，最喜歡他家的牛肉麪，總之非常完美的一次入住體驗，下次來會繼續選擇。

酒店就在東亭地鐵站d出口旁，距離近交通方便。房間是近期新裝修的，環境和風格都非常滿意，訂的是湖景大床房，在房間就能看到沙湖公園的風景。早餐也非常豐富，多種飲料，水果，糕點，還有武漢的地方特色豆皮兒、熱乾麪等。酒店的服務人員工作熱情周到細緻，整體都非常滿意，五星好評。

絕對滿分推薦的酒店。地理位置超好，正好在四個旅行片區的中心，湖北省博物館、黃鶴樓步行可達，酒店旁邊就是地鐵，可直達武漢站和機場，附近公交四通八達，酒店設施很新，早餐很豐富，衞生很棒。特別表揚酒店的服務，這次是父親和母親兩位長者在外地出遊，非常感謝前廳王盼盼細心周到的服務，每天幫長者家根據身體情況提供出遊建議，下午提前在房間安排好了下午茶，長者每天回到酒店都倍感温暖，旅行非常開心，下次來武漢還會入住。

酒店地理位置非常好，距離武漢站衹有20分鐘，楚河漢街也在邊上，每次住在酒店，沒事兒都會過去走走。
酒店裝修的逼格挺高，早餐也很豐富，中式西式自由選擇，而且能夠品嚐到當地的特色早餐。

前台小姐姐彭錦服務很好。得知我們一家三口，孩子稍大，很積極幫我們協調房間，讓我們這次的旅程能住的舒服。在此感謝。
酒店白天和夜間提供不同食物，白天有飲料和爆米花，晚上有酒釀和粥品，很貼心。
服務員的態度都非常好。來武漢是清明假期，也遇到了30度酒店不開啟中央空調的問題。這是最大的bug，導致兩晚都熱醒。希望這點要人性化處理。

設施：酒店配有餐廳，茶室，健身房和洗衣間，配套齊全可以滿足絕大部分住客的住宿需求。酒店早餐中西結合十分豐富且帶有武漢特色，喜歡體驗酒店早餐的朋友不要錯過！房間內設施齊全高端；但是房間的洗手枱的設計個人感覺有點非人類了，洗漱時水花容易到處崩，洗手枱水龍頭和淋浴頂噴頭放出來的水不集中，洗漱的體驗不好。
環境：酒店位於沙湖邊，距離武漢武昌區絕大部分景點都很近（打車到酒店途中司機師傅評價酒店位置是整個武漢市數一數二的好！），距離東亭地鐵站出門不到200m就可以走到。湖景房看沙湖很不錯。酒店內部裝修輕奢大氣，房間內裝修給人温馨舒適的感覺。
衞生：酒店衞生從進酒店停車場到房間再到餐廳等所有區域都十分乾淨，哪怕是晚上九點停車場也有人在打掃！萊斯麗呈華庭的衞生真的沒得説！
服務：前台服務十分到位，可以滿足住客的很多要求。餐廳的工作人員很熱情，看到有需求的住客會很盡責的服務。

酒店離東亭地鐵站50米左右，出行非常方便。大廳雅緻美觀，房間乾淨整潔温馨，小沙發打坐很舒服，洗浴用品上檔次，早餐特別特別好，最稱道的是免費宵夜八寶粥、銀耳湯等，每天晚上20：00—23：00供應，玩了一天歸來，在大廳品嚐真的是享受。下次來武漢依舊選擇萊斯麗呈華庭酒店！
